SOLID SOGO BRANCH! Super daming nakapila but since we booked here via sa app, naprocessed kagad yung room namin so kudos to the fast service + good room pa yung nabigay samin ng bf ko. very friendly din nung naghatid samin hehe siya ata yung manager. Will definitely book again soon!

Not good of giving information and other service.. no free mineral water every day.. its not given to the customer.. dishonesty to the crew and staff especially the front desk when you call them, no hospitality and honesty.. cleaning and replacement of bed shits not performed.. not asking if you need water or change your bed sheets..air-condition are not working properly..

Rude staff especially the guards and female supervisor Kryz. I was planning to stay for longer but with the service provided and attitude I wasn't allowed to take away the room key card out even though I booked for several days didn't feel secured at all. The room was dirty with stains in the bathtub. The TV and lights were broken and at night time you can hear people talking loudly outside. Will not recommend to stay for a long period!

Thumbs up to the manager as they upgrade us to other room which is more spacious with garage, because the room we book is not yet ready!food was ok!service great and the whole staff is attentive! Highly recommended to stay again!

Just curious about how Sogo looks like so I tried for one night. Surprised that the room and toilet are spacious. Sheets are a bit thin, towels are bit dark already, but smells nice. The food was great though. Check in and check out was smooth! The Internet was kind of slow. Overall just okay.
