Place was good and clean. Location is very near to Robinsons Place Manila and many other restaurants for quick and easy access. Front desk service is excellent! Will definitely book again. View from the balcony is good too.

Great location and staff were really friendly and easy to deal with. Comfortable bed and good sized bedroom with kitchen and balcony. Covered pool and sauna. Very fast elevator. Worth it except for the cockroach problem, there are lots in the kitchen area.

My expectations at this hotel have been met. Staff are friendly, approachable, and polite. I am thankful that they allow me to check-in early (around 1 PM), and surprisingly, my room was upgraded for free (the executive room) with a nice view of the city and Manila Bay. Also, the room has appliances (refrigerator, microwave, heater, etc.). The location is also nice, as it is a minute's walk to Robinsons Manila. However, I didn't have time to enjoy the pool as I strolled around Metro Manila. One thing that I want this hotel to do is add a rug in the CR so a customer can at least clean the floor after taking a bath. Thank you, Pacific Bay Grand Suites. 🧡

They downgraded my booking from luxury room to a standard room with the same amount of charge which i cannot accept because theres no advise thru email or call. Sink in the comfort room overflow. AC is not the cold. The door access malfunction also there are defective window specially the glass door.

For the price we paid, I guess you can say, it's alright. The service elevators were old and almost impossible to catch because of the amount of people traffic. Tissue is not provided. Thank God for the bidet. The space for the toilet is too narrow that you'd have to squeeze yourself between the shower wall and the sink. They wrongfully advertise that parking is for free. They do not have parking. Parking around the area is not safe yet. Still, you'd have to pay while taking the risk.

I will never stay at this hotel ever again. The area is excellent. However, the facility is boisterous.

Booked 3 rooms but was given 2 and 1 temporary room due to maintenance. Shifted the next day to new room causing inconvenience even though we booked and reserved the rooms. Uneven tiles in 1 of the room and cockroaches running around in the room. Not a very pleasant stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent, with easy walking distance to the mall, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. The hotel features a swimming pool, gym, and sauna, all of which are well-maintained and great for relaxation and fitness. The room we stayed in was quite small, but it included a kitchen, which was very handy for cooking and eating in. This added convenience was a significant plus for our stay. The cleanliness of the room was average; it could use a bit more attention to detail, but it was generally acceptable. Additionally, our room had a balcony, offering lovely views which added to the overall experience. Despite the room size, the amenities and location make this hotel a good choice for travelers looking for convenience and leisure facilities.
