Hotel con parcheggio a Mandelieu La Napoule

Da anni vado in questo hotel e mi trovo sempre bene. Ristorante e spiaggia privata sono un plus. Avere camere grandi e bei balconi con vista e’ raro in questa zona. Servizio parking comodo e preciso. Ci si sente in vacanza al mare col golf a due passi ed un porto bello e poi Cannes a pochissimi km comodi da fare con la litoranea.

I was staying in the hotel for work reasons for 2 weeks. I looked forward getting back to The Zenitide each day. It was a nice relaxing place to stay. Clean and well looked after facility. Staff were friendly and helpful. Situated perfectly 20 riverside walf yo the seaside.

Where do I start, let’s start with the good and keep it short. Free and convenient parking practically at the door to your apartment, the wifi worked well and the bed was reasonably comfortable. There was a little outside garden area with a table and some chairs but the garden area didn’t really look that inviting The staff at the office were friendly. The bad, it is a longer list. When you arrive at the area where the reception office is the area around it looks like an abandoned shopping centre on a council estate with a building that looks like it could have four or five shops, cafes etc but instead is just an empty shell with some of the leaves from outside scattered on the floor and the concreted area out the front of these abandoned shops and reception area is just a faded painted concrete slab. The apartment is really where things go downhill, while opening the door was easy locking it from either the inside or outside with the key which was the only way to lock it was near impossible and I had to call reception to come and help and she showed me how it works and you have to “force” the lever to a 12 o’clock position and then turn the key and after a few tries it did lock but each time I went to lock it I had the same problem over and over again which really shouldn’t be the case locks should work. The apartment is a decent size but so poorly laid out, there is an L-shaped main room with a trundle sofa which I think converts to two single beds at one end of the room and a table and four plastic chairs at the other end with a TV in between. There were also a couple of little tables. There was also a freestanding wardrobe in one corner. The main problems with the room was the lack of lighting with just one ceiling bulb to cover the whole room and while it wasn’t a huge room it needed more lighting. There was a lamp near the sofa but it wasn’t much use. Off to the side was a very steep staircase though I am not sure it would legally qualify in many parts of the world as a staircase and is more of a ladder/staircase and under the stairs were some mops and brooms and a clothes airer thing. Off the main room was the small kitchenette which was pretty typical of the setup you get in this type of accommodation. It had the usual, a small under the counter fridge/freezer, sink, two burner cooktop, microwave and range hood but the only source of light in the kitchen area was the light on the rangehood. There were plates, glasses and cutlery for four people though some things only had three while others had five. A couple of pots and a pan but really no utensils except a strange group of about 6 items and it looked like as things go missing which I guess they do they are not replaced. The sink had a wall mounted dishwashing liquid dispenser but it was attached to the wall and didn’t reach the sink which really defeats the purpose. Hotel a quattro stelle (ci sono tutte) in zona residenziale, sui canali, molto tranquilla. Ristrutturato da poco, Camere spaziose con balconi. L'hotel ha una bella psicina riscaldata con sauna a disposizione gratuita degli ospiti. Con 15 euro al gioeno è possibile parchegiare la macchin all'interno del cortile. Discreta la colazione. Piccolo appunto: spazio non ottimale nella servizio colazione. Il servizio e la pulizia sono perfetti. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo visto anche che si trova alle porte di Cannes. Sicuramente da consigliare

Brilliantly situated modern spacious en clean apartment at the portside . Great view!! The staff is extremely helpful. We where extremely pleased with this apartment and have no doubt we will return in the future..

Situato in un poligono industriale, questo hotel può essere una buona scelta se si va a Cannes per lavoro, ma sinceramente non credo lo sceglierei mai per passarci una vacanza, anche perché la spiaggia si trova a 700 metri di distanza. La stanza è spaziosa ed il letto comodo, ma i cuscini sono decisamente troppo duri per i miei gusti. Ottima e abbondante la colazione. Per quanto riguarda gli altri pasti, il cibo è buono ma c’è veramente poca scelta, per cui se si restano diversi giorni diventa ripetitivo. Fra l’altro, il ristorante in questo periodo è chiuso il sabato e la domenica, e intorno non c’è praticamente nulla. Il WiFi funziona molto bene, ho potuto lavorare dalla stanza senza problemi. La nota sicuramente più positiva è il personale, sono tutti estremamente gentili. In complesso questo hotel non è male ma, come già detto, limitatamente a viaggi per affari, anche perché non è affatto economico. Il rapporto qualità prezzo potrebbe senz’altro essere migliore. Il parcheggio a 12 euro al giorno mi sembra davvero eccessivo.

Struttura molto bella ed elegante, affacciata sul porto di Mandelieu-La Napoule. Stanza molto confortevole con terrazzo arredato vista mare. Letto comodissimo e ottima biancheria. Pulizia della stanza impeccabile. Bagno con set di cortesia limitato all’essenziale. A disposizione degli ospiti una piscina con acqua riscaldata. Colazione a buffet decisamente al di sotto delle aspettative: nulla che valga la pena di essere menzionato, se non le tazze di cui controllare la pulizia prima dell’uso! Servizio non all’altezza della struttura: all’arrivo l’accoglienza alla reception è consistita nel presentarci la fattura per il pagamento (già garantito alla prenotazione con CC)! Occasione persa: location da 4 stelle, servizio che non va oltre le tre!

Énorme déception ! Nous nous faisions une réelle joie de séjourner au sein d'un établissement Pierre & Vacances, au regard d'une réputation solide et fiable, mais malheureusement nous sommes clairement déçus de cette expérience. Nous savions que la déco de l'appart était plutôt vintage et classique, nous comprenons cela sans souci, nous nous étions faits à l'idée, puis pour une famille de 5 personnes, il est rare de voir un logement plutôt spacieux et confortable. Indépendamment de cela, le VRAI probleme reste l'entretien et la propreté du logement: Moisissures sur le plafond de la chambre, fissure énorme et plafond craquelé. Logement extrêmement sale, nous avions rarement vu une telle saleté. En effet, présence de poils dans le lavabo, traces de nourriture sur les chaises, table, commode, vaisselle non lavée mais le pire c'est la forte odeur d'urine dans les toilettes + trace d'excréments (mur). Nous avons dû à notre arrivée après plus de 7h de route faire la vaisselle et nettoyer la partie salon / salle à manger. Nous avons été voir l'accueil (a deux reprises) pour demander qu'au moins les toilettes soient nettoyés et réclamer également des verres car nous n'en avions pas. Malheureusement à part avoir apporté les verres le problème de toilettes n'a pas été solutionné et nous passons la semaine a avoir l'impression d'être dans des toilettes de fin de festivals ou de certaines aires de repos....nous demandons constamment aux enfants de bien refermer la porte pour éviter les odeurs nauséeuses. On positive en se disant que la piscine et le cadre sont sympas mais c'est tout. Merci PV pour ce séjour clairement pas à la hauteur on est contents de rentrer chez nous 👍. Visité en août
