Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful during our stay. They were professional and always smiley whenever we got back hotel. Especially yu min 于敏 wang jing王晶, they helped with our smooth check in and check out and my many enquires. Requested for late check out for 30mins and they gave me 1 hour instead, really appreciate for that!!! We were surprised with the little gift pack from the hotel. It’s the local tea leaves and volcanos rock!! It’s something so unique and interesting as a gift! It’s one of the best hotels I would say!! Room was spacious, clean and smart. The layout and lighting of the room make our stay very comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was delivered right to our room in the morning at our specific timing. This saves us effort to make our way to the dining place for breakfast when we can enjoyed it in our room. The laundry room was definitely a huge plus for us. Totally free of charge for washing and drying clothing. The stay was so great and we decided to extend one more night. Location is near the town area. Either flag for taxi or ask the receptionist for help would be a better option. It’s very convenient to roam around the area as taxi is widely available. Overall it was an awesome and enjoyable stay.

Il personale della reception era entusiasta e ha aggiornato la nostra camera Anche se non riuscivamo a sentire la differenza tra le camere, ci hanno dato frutta, bevande e snack gratuiti. I cuscini del letto grande erano molto comodi e ho dormito molto bene. Inoltre, le strutture della sala fitness sono molto professionali, comprese le macchine Smith e le macchine a giunto singolo per varie parti.

Chose the hotel due to the river view from the room. However, check-in experience was disappointing . Staff came across as inexperienced and arrogant. Front desk tone unfriendly and annoyed when she could not find the booking in the system, stating they were fully booked and did not offer any solutions, despite being shown the hotel booking confirmation. Finally resolved when another colleague assisted. No apology for the delay after.

Ho cercato specificamente un hotel non fumatori durante la mia ricerca su Trip.com. Anche se ci sono molti altri hotel con camere da fumo, ho limitato la mia ricerca a questo hotel che ha mostrato tutti i tipi di camere nella proprietà in essere NON fumatori. Immagina al mio shock quando entro nel lobby dell'hotel. La guardia di sicurezza fumava apertamente nel lobby. Quando abbiamo chiesto la ricezione al conto, ci è stato detto che questo era un hotel fumante. Trip.com, perché contraddice il tuo post web?

Very comfortable and clean, and mostly perfect location. We had to walk a bit far to get to terminal 2, but totally worth being so close to the airport for an early morning flight!

South Lake Hotel provides exceptional different experiences in Changchun. Great services and security, while we enjoyed most the huge outdoor area with 2 lakes and a lot of well-maintained trails in shaded greens. And of course, the traditional North-East food, especially the hand-made Tofu, is accompanied by sufficient Western choices if you prefer variety.

Our 4 nights stay at this hotel is definitely the highlight of our Changbaishan trip. We had minimal planning for our trip here knowing that the hotel could take care of almost everything. The snowy weather makes this place looks very magical with the decoration too! Things I really like about this hotel: 1. The pickup from Changbaishan train station to hotel, notify the hotel a day before arrival 2. Unlimited access to natural hot spring, both outdoor and indoor. 3. Fast pass to Changbaishan Tianchi (peak) by skipping the queue. The hotel is just few hundred meters away from Changbaishan entrance 4. Ski ticket and transport to the nearest Ski Resort 5. Great variety for breakfast 6. Clean and spacious room 7. An assigned butler(张永萍)to us to help with all our needs during our trip and stay in CBS 8. Recommended driver from the hotel to bring us around Erdaobai town, very friendly driver and reasonable charges Things to improve: 1. Choice of meals for room service can be improved 2. There’s a Food Hall for hotel guests to go for lunch and dinner since the hotel is quite some distance from the town. Meals are quite costly in exchange for convenience

Hotel location is so called near to train station but it is not so ”near” if traveller plan to walk with big bags because there is no lift access at the exit that is walkable to the hotel when exit from train station. Suggest traveller to check the exit properly so that you don't want too many ”extra”. Room was ok, though it was a corner room, and my booking though mentioned is 8th to 9th floor, I received a 7th floor room instead. Surrounding the hotel is few wholesale building of fashion, nails, etc. which is good for shopping.

Confortable bed and bedding. Need electrical adaptors for devices, but there's a hair dryer provided. Room and hotel are equal to what a US hotel provides. However, rooms don't have A/C, so you need to prop open the big window for air. Bathroom is big enough, toilet and walk-in shower are US-style, and water pressure is strong and warm enough. An R2D2 robot delivers requested food or water bottles to rooms. There is no fitness center or spa. Hotel is walkable to restarauants (10-15 min) but no convenience stores or supermarkets nearby. However, the lobby has a small convenience store room that is open sometimes.
