So far, I have a good time since my stay last Friday. Friendly staff and very neat accommodation.

The place was clean and had a pleasant smell, creating a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival. We booked for 4 people, and while some supplies like towels and blankets were initially missing, they were provided promptly upon request. The space itself was quite spacious, though the lack of a closet made it a bit challenging to keep our belongings organized without creating clutter. The appliances were in great condition and appeared almost new, which was a positive touch. The bathroom was generally nice, although the sink could have been cleaner. A small downside was that the water heater only worked with the telephone shower, as it's the only one connected to the heater, not the overhead shower. A standout feature was the smart door lock, which was easy to use and felt very modern. Overall, our experience was good. However, there’s room for improvement, especially in providing better storage options, such as wall-mounted hangers or under-bed storage, to keep the place organized while maintaining its spaciousness. It would also be nice if both guests received the same blankets or comforters when booking for 4 people to ensure comfort during sleep :)

Ok FIRST ITS A CONDO IN A TALL BUIDING...THERE ARE 3 BUILDING WITH THE SAME NAME PHASE 1. 2 AND 3 WICH WHAS NOT MENTION WICH BUILDING IT WHAS...SO i waited 20 minutes in the loby of the phase one after call the person from the loby it whas a woman that did,nt speack english very well..so after waiting 20 minutes I call her back and ask her whats happening...she keep saying am comming now... 20 minutes later again I call her back...and then she told me that it whas phase 3....so why did she say this the first time it whas 3pm the true is that she whas the lady that whas doing the cleaning...rental ect ect so finaly after 45 minutes and running arround from one building to à other with two laguages...I whas not happy at all...finaly arrived at the unit on the 37 flor..unit whas clean quitte small no soap no water no vie no nothing....WHAT A WAITS OF TIME I WOULD NEVER GO back....good look

I have booked this unit for THREE people and was charged accordingly. We sent our ID photos as required. Unit was in good clean condition and things were all working fine. The problem was the amenities are for TWO people only. There was no pillow, blanket, towel, spoon, fork, glass, toiletry, slippers, etc for the 3rd person. There was no bath soap bar either. There was no can opener. If the booking was for THREE, it’s a fair expectation that amenities and supplies will cater for Three people, not TWO.

The caretaker that took care of us was really good. The place was awesome and I didn't expect the place to be just beside a mall. 100/10. Will definitely book this place again in the future

The place was tidy and have a complete amenities, the owner is quite accommodating , they made us use their ironing even if its not included in the package deal. I say security is 👍 , i will book with them next time.

This place was a gem, walking distance to malls, restaurant, very secured location & safe streets with no beggars, street children & shady people in sight. The apartment was so complete that we hardly needed anything from Iron, towels, hot showers fully functioning telly..I would definitely book again & would recommend it!

This place is my favorite place to stay in. Been here several times. The place was clean and peaceful.
