I migliori hotel con spa a Manchester

La posizione dell'hotel è comoda per raggiungere il centro città, il che è stato sicuramente un vantaggio. Tuttavia, sono rimasto deluso dagli interni obsoleti dell'hotel. Le luci sono rotte. Inoltre, l'atteggiamento del personale lasciava molto a desiderare. Quando ho chiesto informazioni su una luce rotta, la loro risposta è stata sprezzante e priva di ospitalità. Dire che è normale, le loro plafoniere principali non funzionano. Inoltre, quando ho chiesto consigli su dove acquistare le pantofole poiché l'hotel non le forniva, la risposta del personale è stata inutile, semplicemente rispondendo: ”basta uscire e cercare un negozio vicino, qualsiasi negozio che abbia pantofole.”

First time staying at the Edwardian Manchester and overall very impressed. Service was great, a gentleman named Danny in particular was fantastic and very helpful. Facilities including spa and gym were great, breakfast and dinner in Peter Street Kitchen restaurant onsite was really tasty and good selection. Only fault I would say is room product seems slightly dated and shower / bathroom in our room 503 was an odd layout. Also very noisy outside window as there is an Irish bar open until late and dumping glass bottles first thing in morning was not great for sleep. Would avoid rooms facing this side.

La stanza è stata molto confortevole, rendendola una brisa per accedere all'arena. La stanza è stata spaziosa, offrendo spazio per rilassarsi e rilassarsi. La disposizione della stanza è ragionevole, il letto speciale è molto comodo, il servizio dell'hotel è anche molto grande. Il personale della reception chiede e introduce la situazione locale. Il coniuge aiuterà il furgone. La data sbagliata è stata fissata per la stanza dell'ospite il giorno dopo. Il manager della reception ha anche aiutato a regolare l'ordine. Il soggiorno è molto buono e si riprende per una notte.

Good location but lack of instructions on how to get to the hotel from station, please notice you will need to get to the exit via Fairfield road to find the hotel. Room not so spacious but clean. We were allocated just besides the lift so you can imagine the noise, also due to the exterior modifications there were noise since quite early in the morning.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is spacious and clean. When you check in you have a choice or having a shower or a bath which is really lovely. The gym is large and well presented. The rooms have aircon which can be adjusted to your choice. The bar area is very comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast is superb. I have recommended the hotel to my colleagues who often stay/work in Manchester.

Ideal location, literally a couple of minutes walks from the train station. Sainsbury’s local across the street, the city’s shops, bars and restaurants a short walk. The hotel is stylish, quirky and unique. It has its own cafe (serves Starbucks weekdays only), bar, restaurant, spa, gym. However, for the value of the room, I would expect additional in-room facilities - fridge, a bottle of complimentary water. The room was a good size and decorated beautifully. My partner was exceptionally impressed that our room television had Sky Sports! Luxurious hand soap, shower gel and hair shampoo supplied. We used the hotel bar at various times throughout our stay - the bar staff work very hard, and serve quality cocktails which display their expertise, however we didn’t find all bar staff welcoming or warming when being served. Just a smile and warm greeting would make a difference, and what ideally expected in the hotel and hospitality industry. On the other hand, the times we visited the receptionist staff, service was how we expected - greeted warmly, friendly and helpful. Whilst the hotels location is its biggest positive selling feature, we do feel the hotel is overpriced for what it is compared to other hotels we have stayed at. Nevertheless, due to its location we would stay again.

We stayed in Manchester for the weekend and The Midland was in a perfect spot for exploring the city. Both nights we stayed at the Midland there were wedding parties being hosted there, unfortunately this led to not having the best sleep as there was regularly noise coming from other rooms, but when we called reception they did their best to help. In the morning the staff were extremely apologetic and went above and beyond to make it up to us and said they usually are able to keep the bigger parties staying in the same area so this does not happen. Lovely hotel, lovely staff, great location!

Positivi; vicino a Dysbury e tutti i collegamenti di viaggio. Buon per utilizzare le strutture di mattina come la piscina e la spa. Negativi; è ridicolo costoso per una stanza da 10 m2 senza colazione 😳. Il letto era quasi una regina. Ho pagato 140 sterline per una notte. Il personale era abbastanza piacevole e tutto era pulito e fresco.
