Mixed feelings here, customer service at the front desk was stellar, they also offer a free shuttle to the airport thays available 24 hours. The rooms were comfortable but there were some downsides. No mini fridge in the room was a bit of an annoyance but not a deal breaker, not sure if thats the standard or if i just arrived when they were replacing them. The room cleanliness needs some work, the bathtub drain was slow and there was hair on the shower wall that looked suspiciously like *****, not impressed with that. But, the beds were comfortable and the Thai restaurant downstairs had some pretty good food, a little over priced but when you're only in Seattle for a night you're paying for the convenience. I'd stay here again but I'd really hope they figure out how to clean a bathroom.

Our room and the cleanliness of it along with how well it was stocked with supplies was excellent! We stayed in a two queen kitchenette room, which was very convenient. The reason I rate only is three is the breakfast was less than impressive. My children and I stay at a lot of hotels traveling for sports in the Washington and Surrounding area. Their breakfast was nowhere near the quality of the other places we have stayed for the same price. Very few options. The other reason for my rating is, I was woken up on Saturday morning at 8 AM from someone out in the parking lot **** whacking . I was very frustrated that it was my day off and I spent the day prior driving. We were all exhausted and woken way too early by the nuisance of a **** whacker. Although this is beyond the hotels control lowered my rating for the hotel in general . Otherwise, the pool was very warm. The hot tub was great. We had to ask each time we went down there for more towels. They were out every time they obliged immediately. Customer service in the hotel was excellent as well! The price that we received from booking online was great , also very affordable and competitive!

We stayed here for one night after flying into Seattle and before continuing our trip to the next destination. The service at the front desk was very friendly and attentive, and we felt that our studio was particularly clean and convenient for what we were looking for. The breakfast also perfectly met our needs, even with some special dietaey requirements to account for. The only minus was that the AC in our room wasn’t working, but this was completely manageable when we visited. Would recommend this hotel and will stay again when visiting Seattle

All that ultimately matters at a hotel is how well you sleep, and unfortunately my room facing Dexter at street level left me with only 5 hours’ sleep before a very important presentation the next day. I had requested a room facing the back and arrived right at 3pm (check-in time), but the only 2 clean rooms available at that time were both facing the front. Hotels will often “block off” a room early in the morning based on requests, but in this case it sounds like they just give you whatever’s available when you get there. I have some (mid-level) status with the IHG chain so that’s disappointing. I was told by the very friendly check-in agent that I could certainly wait for another room, but I had something I had to get refrigerated so I ended up having to take what was available. I guess my actionable advice would be, take room requests to heart and make sure your most loyal customers don’t wind up having to take a louder street-facing room when there’s a pretty long paper trail for this particular customer that quiet is super important.

Uncomfortable bed is matter of taste. Nonworking HVAC is not. Empty soap dispenser in bathroom. Really? Frayed bathtowels. Dirt on bathroom floor. Burned-out lightbulb. Does anyone check these things? Motel 6, I know what I'm getting. Most interesting: When we checked out in the morning after one night of our two-night reservation, the clerk did not say, Gee, how was your stay? What could we have done better? Seemed like: Yeah, we get this every day.

We booked it for a fun convention. I was disappointed right off the bat. I put both my husband's name and mine on the prepay reservation. They insisted that my husband had to come in to show photo ID so they could confirm it really was us. The kitchenette had no towels or anything to wash with. They said they don't have kitchen towels or cloths. We booked 3 nights, they gave us 2 washcloths, 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels. They said they had a towel shortage. Brought our garbage to the front desk because we didn't know what else to do so they said, put it outside your door and give us a call about it being there. Although, there was no replacement bags in the room. When I went to take a shower, I learned that we had 2 hotel type conditioner bottles and 2 lotion bottles. No shampoo. We only got one mini bar of soap so I used it to wash my hair. The heater in our room didn't work right either. It was either blowing cold or hot when set on Auto. We did try several settings. We froze the first night. Cooked to death second night. Third night just cold but not freezing. I heard the restaurant isn't open yet. I could see things were being worked on but they also seem to have a lack of staff. I don't feel the cost was appropriate for the level of care. I did find 2 of the staff that really did seem to care. One stuck up woman and then lazy ones. Notice the unclean porch. The tore up base of front door.

It was wonderful to have 6 EV charging stations at this motel. Even though it was only 7.3kW/hr, it is free and enough to make a huge difference on travel. I booked this location specifically for the EV charging feature. I used the J1772 charger. The breakfast was standard continental breakfast and nice to have yogurt and fruit. The only thing I would do differently is to request a top room floor. We were on the second floor and they do have high ceilings and large rooms, but the party above us was thumping on the floor, ie feet were running. We were in room 201 and I went up to 301 at 1030pm to talk to them. I told them we were getting ready for bed and it was pretty loud as they were right above our room. Although English clearly wasn't their first language, they said ”oh sorry!”. I thought it would start to get more quiet, but lasted until 12:30 am. Honestly, the rooms were dark with the shades closed and if they would have just turned out the lights, there would be absolutely no way anyone could be running around in the dark. That was the only thing negative was the walls/ceilings might be a little thin, but I guess it depends on your neighbors and again, my request would have been a top floor to avoid this next time. Beds were very comfortable, check in easy. And again.... Loved EV charging on site. Thank you!

Una delle più grandi camere che abbia mai soggiornato come un viaggiatore solitario! La camera è abbastanza spaziosa con un divano e un desk oltre alle basi. La camera da bagno era davvero grande anche! La palestra era ben attrezzata con diverse macchine.

The staff were great. Room was very nice except for the coffee maker. Why on earth do hotels put coffee makers in their rooms which are nothing more than a way to heat water and poor over instant coffee. If a coffee maker is supplied, it should make real coffee, not instant coffee. Lack of a shuttle in a city that is anti-uber/lyft is alway a negative. The taxi took about an hour to pick us up at the airport and on our return trip to Bellingham, the train station. Seriously, supply a shuttle like almost every other Springhill Suites in the country does. Breakfast was typical of most hotels in this range. Nothing exciting but adequate. Points lost for lack of a shuttle and dismal ”coffee maker”.

Hotel pulito e confortevole. Convenientemente situato vicino al centro commerciale sud di Westfield e a pochi altri negozi e piazze alimentari. Un traghetto aereo è disponibile dalle 4:00 alle 12:00. Dopo il check-in, mi è stato detto che il mio pagamento non era stato completato, mentre questo è stato fatto e confermato poche settimane prima dell'arrivo. Anche se ho mostrato la mia conferma nell'app Trip.com, non potevano accogliermi direttamente. Fortunatamente Trip.com ha un centro di aiuto 24/7 e sono stati in grado di aiutarmi a risolvere la situazione immediatamente e di conseguenza. Per questo, grazie Trip.com e ai loro rappresentanti. La signora al mio ufficio mi disse di darmi una bella stanza, per causa della sua inconvenienza; non l'ho mai chiesto, ma non è altro che quello che ho già prenotato. La fitness è piccola, ma ha tranquillamente le attrezzature necessarie per un buon allenamento. Molto prezioso per quello che si ottiene, ma dato che tutti gli alloggi sono come questo oggi, non ho contato questo nella mia recensione. Resterò ancora, ma solo dopo aver confermato la mia prenotazione.
