Solo una notte perché abbiamo un volo la mattina dopo. Abbiamo apprezzato il servizio navetta gratuito per l'aeroporto. Le camere erano situate in edifici diversi e la nostra era piuttosto lontana dalla hall, quindi non era facile da raggiungere se si hanno molti bagagli ingombranti.

Check in clerk was amazing.. but Husband stuck in elevator for 20 minutes no one helped until I climbed down from the 5th floor to the lobby with my baby and my pregnant stomach. Responded to pretty rudely by other person at front desk Beautiful hotel and location is amazing Room was a little on the dirtier on the other side Small fruit flies flying in the sink , pillows were dirty some lights didn't work Didn't really care about those things until was told hotel denied this elevator incident happening. Conflicted if I would ever stay here again. Contacted trip.com and even though it is not their fault they still provided comfort and support but the hotel denied this even happened ??? So leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Expected something different from a nicer hotel like this

Nonostante un po' date, l'hotel è pulito, accogliente e, soprattutto, il prezzo è eccezionale nella zona Bel-red. Sicuramente prenoteremo di nuovo quando ci vedremo dopo.

The whole hotel have no carpets, the hallway and room. The sound insulation is not good either can hear next room sneezing Tv sound. In the Hallway can hear people showering. The Hotel doesn't provide slippers! The front desk said a lot of people ask for the slippers.

I do not know I have to pay $25.00 for parking, when I book you should let the customers know they charged parking, parking in the parking lot not in garage and still charged for $ 25 I fell like not to fair to customer.

Premessa: l'hotel NON offre il servizio di navetta come sponsorizzato qui su Trip.com. Questo è un dettaglio non da poco, dal momento che a Fairbanks taxi e Uber sono praticamente introvabili (oggi ho dovuto attendere un'ora e mezza prima di trovare un taxi che dall'aeroporto mi portasse qui). Sicuramente non avrei prenotato qui se avessi saputo questo dettaglio, quindi attenzione se non avete a disposizione un'auto (anche perché in zona non c'è praticamente nulla). L'hotel è pulito e molto essenziale in quello che offre. La stanza è abbastanza spaziosa e così il bagno, almeno per me che viaggio sola. A disposizione una scrivania, frigo (vuoto), microonde, tv, phon e ferro da stiro. Buonissimi i prodotti per l'igiene personale, compresa la crema corpo. Manca il dentifricio. Il wifi funziona bene, cosa essenziale soprattutto se volete ordinare cibo da asporto su GrubHub (in zona si trova solo un posticino che prepara bagel). Il letto king è enorme ma il materasso è morbidissimo, quasi si sprofonda. Un altro aspetto positivo è la tranquillità della zona... passano pochissime auto e gli unici rumori provengono dagli altri ospiti. Il check in anticipato costa 20 dollari.

I had request for a quiet zone room. But I got a room on the 2nd floor by the street which traffic started a lound noise since 4 am in the morning!!! Plus, every neighber rooms seems waking up since 5 am and so on. I only had 3 hours sleep here. Shuttle bus service to/from the SeaTac airport is a plus.

Pro: Very functional room, they provide plates bowls and all the pot tools in pantry, all you need is just ingredients. TV channels are great. Con: $10 charge for parking. breakfast ran out before ending. front desk employees can not figure out billing issue.

La stanza è grande, tre persone hanno anche più alloggio, e ci sono molte strutture di intrattenimento!La colazione è auto-prodotta da un uomo da pranzo, se può fornire un po'di tempo migliore, l'hotel non ha fornito denti e tracce, si prega di prestare attenzione.

Amo l'hotel IHG. Il prezzo è buono e le strutture sono molto meglio di molti motel. Il desk era amichevole e il colazione era fantastico. Abbiamo andato a Leavenworth per Natale, ma il prezzo degli hotel a Leavenworth era pazzesco. Wenatchee sarà un buon posto da considerare.
