Bei der Ankunft hatten wir Probleme beim einchecken, da ich keine E-Mail vom Anbieter oder vom Hotel bekommen habe. Denn diese E-Mail war wichtig, um Zugang ins Hotel zu bekommen (Ziffercode -eine kleine Box, indem sich die Box öffnen lässt durch den Pin-Ziffercode, wie bei einem Fahrradschloss). Gott sei Dank war ein Neugast vor Ort, der mir das Passwort vom Hotel mitgeteilt hatte, sodass ich meine E-Mail checken konnte. Leider erhielt ich keine Zugangsdaten vom Hotel. Jedoch hatte das Hotel einen Banner zuhängen, auf dem die Kontaktdaten mit Telefonnummer vom Hotel zu lesen waren. Rief dort an und schilderte ihr mein Problem. Sie fragte mich nach meinem Vor-und Nachnamen und sie gab mir die Zugangsdaten mündlich durch (Englisch). Hat alles perfekt geklappt. Hotel ist circa 25-30 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen (von Victoria Station und Einkaufszentrum) Mit Auto nur 5 Minuten

Il nostro hotel è stato aperto alla notte di un Rick Astley Concert. È stato un posto eccellente e dopo l'evento si è verificato che solo gli ospiti di buona fede sono stati ammessi all'edificio. La stanza era pulita e tranquilla (anche se la demografia per Rick Astley era per lo più coppie medievali!). La stanza era ben attrezzata, ma il colazione era buona (è un peccato che non facciano altro che uova schiacciate, ma non messe in tasca). Quando siamo arrivati, la stanza era calda, perché il riscaldamento era stato fissato a 22 gradi. Presto si e' raffreddato quando l'abbiamo spento e aperto una finestra. Anche la lavatrice non aveva sapone, quindi abbiamo usato i capelli e il lavastoviglie.

The location is perfectly situated between Piccadilly and Oxford Road and Deansgate. Free wine on arrival, staff were lovely and welcoming. The room decor was a little shoddy in places but I didn’t take away from it being a great price, lovely overall hotel and location!

La stanza era bella e tempestiva, aria condizionata. La posizione è molto vicina alla fermata del tram, a circa 5 minuti a piedi dall'hotel. È possibile raggiungere il centro della città in 5 minuti a piedi dal tram. La ricezione era davvero carina, ho perso il mio tasca nel bagno degli hotel e hanno potuto trovarla di nuovo per me che è davvero apprezzato. Ci sono tè gratuito fornito anche nel lobby. Buona permanenza in generale, è consigliato!

The location is good, but not user friendly for luggage, i need to take 2 of my luggages (30kg) alone upstarts to the lift to my room. That’s killing me, I dun expect that hard for me, it’s not worth to pay that price. I found we have other better choice among that area.

Upon arrival the hotel looks a little dated from the exterior but once inside it was so clean! Staff were super friendly, bar and reception area was fantastic and reasonably priced bar too!
For how much we paid, I’m amazed at how good it was, rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, bathroom had a good shower. Good location as (10/15 minutes Uber from Old Trafford).
Would 100% return & recommend this hotel.

Situato a 2 minuti a piedi dalla fermata del tram, si può raggiungere direttamente il centro di Manchester in 45 minuti di tranquillità perfetta se si va ad un evento come me. L'hotel è di nuovo e situato all'opuscolo di un parco di negozi, ristoranti e cinema. L'hotel è stato davvero spettacolare per un hotel centro città, moderno e luminoso. Le camere erano molto belle ben cotte con mod cons. Come membro del diamante Hilton Honor, non mi è stato offerto un aggiornamento gratuito, né un check-out tardivo dopo le 2:00, come hanno detto la casa congedo alle 3:00. In generale è un bel hotel, ma non lo consiglierei per i membri di Hilton Onorevoli, poiché i benefici sono molto limitati.

Some TLC as it is a little shabby and some of the blinds need replacing and the carpets and flooring need updating and the car park has a lot of pot holes but if you want something cheap and clean it’s probably worth a visit and I myself will give it a try the next time I am in Bolton

MM Ramzan pIl tempo che stavo per soggiornare in questo hotel avevano campionati di nuoto. Questi circa 6-10 paesi erano anche allo stesso hotel. Quando arrivarono mi dissero che il colazione sarebbe finita alle 10:30. Sono andato a fare colazione alle 9:30 e ho visto che tutto il colazione era stato cambiato ( ho soggiornato in questo hotel 3 volte diverse, quindi sapevo di che cosa sarebbe stato il colazione ) che avevano fatto tutti specifico agli atleti, tutte le opzioni sani. Hanno detto che se volete qualcosa, possiamo portarlo a voi.Che io ho detto non c'è problema.Così ordinarono il colazione inglese completo, che è sempre delizioso.Ma al momento che l'hanno portato fuori era circa le 10:00 (non è un problema ancora una volta). Ma hanno iniziato a prendere il cibo alle 10:00.Non alle 10:30 hanno detto che sarebbe finita.Questo buffet colazione. Quindi vorresti ordinare un paio di volte, ma come puoi quando puliscono tutto il cibo alle 10:00 e ci vorranno 30 minuti per portare fuori il cibo che hai ordinato. Lo ripulirebbero presto, così potevano cucinare di nuovo per il pranzo sportivo, che era alle 12.00-3. Sarebbe bello se l'hotel considerasse altri ospiti rimanere lì. Molto deluso. Ma la stanza era pulita e moderna come sempre.

UUtente ospiteLocation was excellent, very central and easy to get to on the free bus (number 2). Although the room was clean, at breakfast a glass came out of the dishwasher with lipstick still on it, which wasn’t checked before being put back out. The room is intimate with a pod like bathroom so you need to be comfortable with whoever you’re travelling with. Sleep quality was okay, the hotel was quiet but the bed is hard which made it difficult to sleep. They provide free tea and coffee, which can be accessed by a machine on each floor. For a non tea or coffee drinker it would have been nice if water was also provided. The breakfast was average but good vegan option. I recommend if you’re having breakfast to go down early because it seems to be cooked and lefted out on the bar for you to help yourself so didn’t look at it’s best by the time we came down at 9:30am. The staff were friendly and the restaurant/bar area make a great photo opportunity but I’d suggest going on a Sunday afternoon for a drink, if you want to maximise this when it’s quieter. I wouldn’t stay here again and if I did I’d definitely get breakfast elsewhere.

A small yet impactful moment came when we realised we had forgotten our toothpaste. Without hesitation, we called room service, and to our pleasant surprise, before we even got back to our room, the toothpaste was there waiting for us. It's these small details and quick responses that set Hotel Brooklyn apart.
The breakfast at Hotel Brooklyn deserves a special mention. It was nothing short of fantastic. The variety and quality of food offered were impressive. From fresh pastries and cereals to a range of hot food, every item was delicious and well-prepared. It's a perfect start to the day, catering to all tastes and dietary needs.
Our room was a blend of comfort and style. It was well-appointed, clean, and spacious with a cozy and inviting ambiance. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day exploring Manchester.
Hotel Brooklyn in Manchester is a gem. The combination of exceptional service, excellent food, and comfortable accommodations makes it a top choice. I left feeling completely satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Manchester. DdavidroseagainI've stayed at this particular hotel previously (almost exactly a year ago) and my experience this time around is not as good. Firstly, the good things are the location and the rooms are very modern, new and have everything you would need. Now for the negatives. When I checked in I was surprised that I was given a twin room, although I believed I had booked a double. It turns out in small print there was something that said I might be given a twin - but this is more the fault of trip.com so I will not mark this hotel down because of it. The hotel was fully booked so they unfortunately couldn't move me into a double room. However, they were not proactive at all at trying to come up with a solution - they didn't suggest moving me to another room on another day, and they did not suggest that they could push the twin beds together to create a double - I only discovered this after a couple of days later when I pushed the beds together and then housekeeping was happy to dress the beds as a double.
Cleanliness was generally pretty good, and while I don't expect perfection, there were a couple of areas that needed work. The space under the bathroom counter was very dusty and I came across two dusty old fries next to the bed.
Part way through my stay, the LED lights in the kitchenette started having issues. Housekeeping said they would report this and someone would come to fix it. Nobody ever came to fix it.
On one of the busy mornings, one of the lifts stopped working. The staff didn't inform any guests and so a lot of time was wasted and guests eventually figured out they had to use the stairs.

C'è anche un parcheggio da £ 10 da pagare, il che fa aumentare il prezzo. Comodo per l'aeroporto e ci sono voluti solo pochi minuti. Personale molto cordiale, camere silenziose.
Eravamo troppo presto per la colazione inclusa, ma ci hanno gentilmente dato una borsa contenente frutta e un croissant. Meglio di niente anche se anche un caffè da asporto sarebbe stato un bonus.
