Lovely and helpful staff, always was on hand to help out. Room was very nice, bed VERY comfortable and I was gutted to check out! One downside was the other guests, they were ridiculously loud and played music which was also quite loud so that put a slight downer on things but overall great place, I’d definitely stay again.

Bei der Ankunft hatten wir Probleme beim einchecken, da ich keine E-Mail vom Anbieter oder vom Hotel bekommen habe. Denn diese E-Mail war wichtig, um Zugang ins Hotel zu bekommen (Ziffercode -eine kleine Box, indem sich die Box öffnen lässt durch den Pin-Ziffercode, wie bei einem Fahrradschloss). Gott sei Dank war ein Neugast vor Ort, der mir das Passwort vom Hotel mitgeteilt hatte, sodass ich meine E-Mail checken konnte. Leider erhielt ich keine Zugangsdaten vom Hotel. Jedoch hatte das Hotel einen Banner zuhängen, auf dem die Kontaktdaten mit Telefonnummer vom Hotel zu lesen waren. Rief dort an und schilderte ihr mein Problem. Sie fragte mich nach meinem Vor-und Nachnamen und sie gab mir die Zugangsdaten mündlich durch (Englisch). Hat alles perfekt geklappt. Hotel ist circa 25-30 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen (von Victoria Station und Einkaufszentrum) Mit Auto nur 5 Minuten

Buses 97 and 98 run from Shudehill Bus Station passing the front door.

It was a bit dirty, but it felt homely. I couldn’t make a hot drink and being by the front door was noisy, but overall I absolutely loved my stay and will definitely come back.

Dirty , so called queen bed, it was a three quarter bed, dirty bedding had to sleep on top of cover nasty place.

The room was good and bathroom was easy to access.
Stated netflix was available on tv- wouldn’t work in our room and most channels didn’t have signal to work.
Radiator was on too hot and no way of turning it off/down- fire hazzard! Especially as it was right by the bed.
However room was nice, slept well and price was good for area and easy located area and to get around.

When I went there the property is closed and nobody answering the phone. I was very frustrated. I had to go to another hotel.
