Risposta dalla struttura: Hello,Thank you for giving us some feedback about your recent stay with us.Although I'm pleased that you found our central location convenient, I'm sad to find out that you've only scored us average. This is most likely due to the fact that you found your room too hot to your liking. As you've pointed out, all our accommodations are equipped with an Air Climate Control system (NOT Air Conditioning) which is linked to the outside temperature and will only blow warm or cool air accordingly. We appreciate that it may not suit all our guests so portable fans or heaters are available on request.Thanks again for sharing your thoughts which are invaluable in our continuous effort to improve the quality of our facilities.
