房間佈局合理，特大床很舒適，酒店服務也非常的棒，前台人員主動詢問並介紹當地路況，禮賓會幫泊車，看錯日期定了後一天的客房，前台管理人員還幫忙調整了訂單，入住感覺非常好，再續住了一晚。

Loved this hotel, we were given a room upgrade which was an added bonus. The rooms are a good size, modern and clean convenient for the city centre. The staff are all very friendly. It’s not the hotels fault but even though we were on the 6th floor the window cleaner woke us up reversing his vehicle.

Loved it most comfortable bed and pillows and I have stayed in quite a few , very friendly staff fast service and good food too.
Plus valet parking ! Loved it really recommend this place . Will be back .

What an amazing hotel. Room was very nice. Day bar staff where excellent. It was my partners 75th birthday and they gave him a treat with a happy birthday song. The breakfast was superb. Great choice.. And very attentive staff. Well done. We will certainly recommend and we will be back..

One night stay. The hotel is quite difficult to find. Sat nav in car takes you to an area not the hotel front. Arriving at the hotel the concierge parks the car for you.Well worth the fee for overnight parking. The only area or the hotel we felt was a little tired was the bar. Overall the service and the hotel is five star. Plenty of choice for breakfast and staff very courteous as can be said for all areas of the hotel.

The Lowry was a choice we made based on its reputation. Sadly, this large spacious hotel is now a tired and slightly worn version of what was probably a 5 star attraction in its heyday (20 years ago). This also extends to the service from the lobby crew with no offers to take our luggage to our room.
The ‘premium’ price of our room included some rather dubious staid on the blanket thrown across our bed.
Nor did it extend to the quality of the finishes either - cheap vinyl laminate everywhere, peeling paint, cardboard trims and stick-on logos abound in the bar. And it’s always a bit irritating when a bar tender adds an optional 10% service charge (just about acceptable) and then suggests that an additional gratuity on top of that is also desirable (completely unacceptable).
The final insult upon checking out was the charge for one night’s parking of £28. All in all a very disappointing stay.
