I stay here frequently, good location and the owner is a super guy

They were very accommodating and greeted us warmly. The room was clean and organized. I liked this hotel because it is pretty close to the Amish store.

We had a very negative experience with this hotel. When we came into the hotel, we had to switch rooms because of the smoke smell in our room. In the new room, we found a bedbug as we were going to bed, and immediately told the manager and she confirmed seeing it. She said the manager would call us the next day. We left the hotel as we were not going to stay the night in a place with bedbugs. We didn't receive any contact from the hotel the next day. We called them, and the manager said they needed a pest control inspection to be done and they would call us back after that. Again, they did not call us back and we had to call ourselves to find out that the pest control apparently didn't find any bugs and that people were staying in the room again. Overall, a very frustrating experience. The hotel itself was very old and not in good condition, but ultimately we couldn't even sleep there because of their pest problem.

I was not happy that they did not acept my ARRP CARD & AAA CARD for my discount since I was not able to do online.

Very good location for traveling but the hotel is little bit old and need to be renovated.
