I would never usually go so far as to write a review, however, soon as we arrived at Hendham House we checked straight back out. Initially, we believed the hotel to be located in central Manchester near Victoria Station as shown by the photos but it is in fact located in Harpurhey. Photos uploaded of the exterior of the hotel on the app were also a blatant and obvious lie as shown. On arrival we were also asked to provide a £50 security deposit by the lady on the desk, this wasn’t a problem until we arrived in our room to where the door frame was already broken off and there was a hole in the wall. The room we received looked nothing like the photos shown online and therefore I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. There are far cheaper hotels in central Manchester, save your money.

Grazie mille a tutto lo staff che ha reso il mio compleanno così speciale. I palloncini erano assolutamente perfetti e ho adorato ogni secondo di essere qui. Sicuramente un compleanno da ricordare. La camera era di qualità 5* ad un prezzo estremamente incredibile.

Vengo a Hendham House da molto tempo ormai per eventi e allestimenti di palloncini e posso onestamente dire che questo è uno dei miei hotel preferiti. Il personale è sempre estremamente cordiale e si può davvero dire che si prendono cura dei loro ospiti. Non vedo l'ora di creare nuovi allestimenti di palloncini e di lavorare con il loro fantastico team. Ci rivediamo tutti presto

Abbiamo alloggiato in una camera assolutamente incantevole, sembrava la suite attico, l'arredamento era perfetto e ultra moderno, anche il letto era moderno e comodo, la biancheria da letto era pulita e ben tenuta e il bagno era moderno e pulito . La camera era lussuosa e con un eccezionale rapporto qualità-prezzo. Il personale era disponibile e alla mano, l'hotel era a soli 10 minuti di taxi dal centro di Manchester City, prenoterei di nuovo una camera in questo hotel

Booked this hotel in advance for a trip in June 2020, the place charged 3 of us just short of a grand for a 2 night stay. The whole of the UK then went into an unforeseen lockdown due to COVID which left us unable to travel BY LAW, and the place refused us of a refund and still have our money to this day! We are 3 teens on part-time minimum wage. Absolute disgrace.

Great hotel, we were warmly greeted at the door and our bags were taken up to our room whilst we checked in. The room was large and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean. The staff were always on hand to give any directions and recommendations. Yes there was decorating work going on but it did not affect our stay in the slightest and it was nice to see them working hard to improve the hotel quality. We would definitely return the location was great and convenient. Only downside is it is noisy at times but that was no fault of the staff who we did see actively managing this. Overall we give 5 stars for this lovely experience and will be back

Great hotel on the outskirts of Manchester. Would highly recommend to those travelling or working in the city centre. The rooms are clean, comfy and reasonably priced. The people who work there are very friendly and polite. They go the extra mile which is really nice and appreciated

The hotel cancelled my booking as they are trying to selfishly take more money from customers for the Oasis gig at Heaton Park. Booking confirmed and they selfishly cancelled as looking to money grab for the event, instead of honouring the booking they have opted to create a money grabbing opportunity

The hotel room was ace and the venue outside too. Great music and good vibes all round. The hosts treated us like family, we will definitely return this summer when the weather is nice again. Top place
