L'hotel è pulito, il personale è amichevole, il cibo è diverso, le camere sono grandi con terrazza, solo il culo alle 4:00 extra 😀 era. Eravamo in marzo, nella piscina chiusa era freddo, la sauna con solo 11, non la mattina.

I loved the Bosphorus Sorgun Hotel, but it has some things that might improve. The most important thing to improve is cleaning service. Sheets were changed daily but there was dust pretty much everywhere. The other thing I was disapointed in are deserts. Turkish ones were really good, but the other ones were not sweet at all. Great things about this hotel: -Staff: the service was amazing, and Mehmet was the best waiter. He is the best guy in the hotel. The staff was really nice too, all kind and great people, best service. -The luxury: great lights at night, amazing pool, food everywhere including pool and beach, almost at any hour. -The lobby bar: international drinks and fast serving

If you have the chance to come as a couple, family or large group...come here...what a fantastic place. I had the pleasure of taking my family during the first week of the season as easter fell very early this year from the last week of March to April. The resort had opened the day before. Check in and bags taken to the room very quickly. Our room was large and was great for a family of four. There were a couple of strange things we just couldn't work out. One window did not have an option to black out and an opaque door on the bathroom which did its best but doesnt hide anything. But overall the room was great and served its purpose. The room attendants were fantastic keeping everything spotless. We must say even with the hotel not fully operational they did a great job accomodating with food. The main restaurant was one of the best i have had in an all-inclusive. We didn't get the usual 3 days in and got bored of it syndrome. For lunch we went to the snack bar with pizza, chips and kebabs available. hit the spot at the point of the day. The other restaurants opened towards the end of the week. The turkish restaurant was great with a tasty choice of food...but i found the italian really good with lots of flavours. Be aware there are cats that are able to wander the restaurants and hotel, but they are very tame and don't do anything if you have kids scared of them. The swimming pools were big and had plenty of space, a little chilly but expected at this time of year. All the water slides were quick a provided thrills to the kids. The beach was very clean and nice to walk on. Then we come to entertainment. What a great job Hakan and his team did to keep everything going as the hotel started to fill up as the week went along. shooting, archery, darts were put on and everyone was welcome of any ability. My daughter loved doing these activities and enjoy interacting with all the team. They were so good and worth every penny you pay them. The waiters and drinks in the evening were prompt alongside a great piano player, and as we were leaving the resort it was only getting busier and more and more will be put on. We stayed at the Arcanus Resort for 2 weeks in October, 2023, with a family of 9 ranging in age from 23 to 85. We had an excellent experience. We were especially impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff was, at the reception, spa services, restaurant, cleaning, etc. We had a multi-lingual company, speaking Russian, English and German. Our rooms were comfortable and cleaned every day. We had enough linens, towels, robes, slippers, drinks, etc. All the grounds and facilities are kept very clean as well. The restaurant had great variety of foods every day, for all 3 meals, and open long enough to accommodate all guests. There was enough seating for our large group. We enjoyed our meals every time. There are other places to eat and get drinks around the resort so we were never thirsty or hungry. Deserts were especially impressive, with large variety of Turkish baclavas. We all went for hamam, they had a private session for our large group. Great experience as well, taking care in accommodating our senior parents. We also had additional massage sessions. There is a variety of activities at the resort to stay active: yoga in the morning, water aerobics, water sports, table tennis, volleyball. We tried them all. They have special staff that organizes the sessions and games. Beach was great as well, mostly sand with a few pockets of small pebbles washed up on the shore. There is one place with large rocks, but it can be eastly avoided. Fish likes to congregate around the rocks, so it's the place where some people went snorkeling. We enjoyed swimming around the pier. Water was very warm and clean. As for evening entertainment, there was a program for kids and adults every night. Kids program was pretty much the same every night, but adult one had different performances every time. And now for the cats. There is a colony of kitties that live on the property. They are well behaved, clean, healthy-looking and accustomed to the humans. Cats are allowed inside the property as well ( lobby, restaurant, hallways). If you are not a cat person or allergic, this is probable not a place for you. We have cats at home, so we enjoyed there presence quite a bit. Now for the negatives: If you went to the restaurant towards the end of the service, there was a chance that they would be out of some juices or coffee in the machines. At the spa they were kind of aggressive in trying to sell us additional massage sessions. Yoga was very simple and more of a series of stretchers rather than actual yoga. This is also not a quiet place. There are a lot of guests and also active evening entertainment programs, not just at the Arcanus but also at the neighboring resorts. So, there is usually music late into the night, at least till 11 pm. And lastly, since it's located on the outskirts of town, you need some means of transportation to go to Side or other places. Per noi, la parte più interessante dell'hotel è il parco acquatico per bambini. Siamo stati con nostra figlia di 1 anno per 6 giorni e ci siamo divertiti molto in piscina. Ci sono anche 6 grandi scivoli nella piscina per adulti. Dato che la piscina è grande, abbiamo trascorso le nostre vacanze durante la pandemia senza alcun problema. Si trova a 150 m dal mare e dispone di una propria spiaggia. Poiché il marciapiede è un marciapiede, non ci sono problemi. In generale, l'hotel è molto pulito e il personale è attento e sorridente. Hotel tranquillo, animazione in spiaggia, a 10 minuti a piedi dall'hotel al canto di Revy, una presa d'acqua tagliente, niente piante dei piedi a 2 metri dalla riva, niente lettini liberi, regolamento alimentare rotto al 90% o addirittura insufficiente4, Può si vede che l'albergo era molto buono, ma la fretta e le riparazioni covid (personale in spiaggia, animatori, teli e lettini sono tenuti) hanno spento la voglia di tornarci. Abbiamo fatto un buon sconto, quindi il rapporto qualità/prezzo è molto soddisfacente.
