Many time go for this hotel . So far so good worthy with the price . Staff friendly. Easy to communicate . Cleanliness all good . Can recommended .

Have a nice stay here. It is just the toilet bowl and sink are not so clean. They provide free breakfast. The taste of the foods are good.

The staff is friendly. The ambience of the front desk is nice. Good to have breakfast included in this booking. The food is normal but ok. What made me feel that they can improve is : 1. The cleanliness of the room. I booked a non smoker room and was given a cigarette reeks room. 2. To improve on the aircond as I have set it 16 C feels like 27 C. Fan maxed but doesn’t feel any air coming out frm the aircond. Only to 2-3 am it suddenly works fine. 3. The floor of the room feel sticky. 4. The toilet sink and bowl has hard water marks. Make it feel and looked dirty but it is decent not dirty. 5. Cafe is a buffet style but it would be great to have proper labelling so that it is easier to see what it is inside the tray. Overall, I will give a 5/10 for this hotel. For budget and a single day stay the price is good. But experience wise it is not that pleasant. Given the price not much can expect.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Convenient with food and shops around. Close to city centre. I only wished the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel can be better.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown
