Easy to get to from the airport, we just hopped on the #6 city bus, and there is a bus stop right in front of the property. City busses are clean,and cheap, I think it was about 5€ or so, and takes about 35 mins. Check in was really smooth. The place is spotless, customer service is very good, they upgraded us to a small bungalow right next to the beach. We were taken by golf cart which was nice. Accommodation was clean, and new, nice bed, decent bathroom, it's a little small, but has a shower, no tub. Really nice deck area to have coffee and listen to the ocean. The room has a small fridge, a safe, decent closet space, a small couch, queen sized bed, large TV, and great wifi. Actually wifi was available everywhere on site. We opted for the breakfast package, which was actually very nice. Buffet style, but literally dozens of options. Fresh fruits, breads, cheeses, yogurts, cereals, many many hot dishes, you will not go hungry. We also had one formal sit down fancy dinner which was also very nice. We didn't really use any of the on-site facilities, but we did hang out at the pool for a few hours one day. Even though it seems like there was a lot of people there were still a lot of loungers available. Pool looked really nice, only a few people used it. Beach area also has loungers and umbrella for free use. Really nice sandy and shallow beach, great for kids, but it does get windy, so keep that in mind. Impressive amount of smokers manage to keep a steady supply of cigarette butts in the sand at all beaches we visited. Kind of gross, but this seems like a European thing? Can't say we have seen this in other places. I would easily reco.mend this place due to the fact that it was really clean, food was nice, easy to get to, lots of off site dining, gift shopping, bakeries, grocery stores, and car rental places within a 10 minute walk.

I had a pleasant 7 night stay here at this accommodation while in Heraklion, Crete. It belongs to the Lato Boutique, which is the main hotel. The Annex is right opposite and required card access to enter. Room was the Economy room (15 sq. metres), a little on the small side, but good enough for a solo traveller. The room was right next to the stairwell and the lift, so there were times I could hear people moving about, but at night it was very quiet, and there were no sleep disruptions. Bed was comfy, air-conditioning was also good. The shower was also good, with shampoo and soap provided, though I noticed it was running a little low towards the end of my stay (i.e., no refills were done). I also appreciated that a luggage rack was provided, along with two bottles of water on check-in day. Fridge was big enough to fit lots of mineral water bottles to keep them cold, which would be a great reprieve in the summer time. Room safe was incredibly huge as well, it can easily store laptops securely, if needed. The elevator door got stuck on the day of check-out, but still worked, so not too big of an issue there. Wi-Fi requires a special code that you can get from the reception. My first code strangely stopped working after two days, but was promptly rectified after I informed the reception of the issue. There were no other connectivity issues for me. The hotel location is pretty near to the Venetian Port, and the Rocca Fortress; it is also walking distance away from the main shopping street in Heraklion and lots of good eating places nearby. There are also supermarkets nearby to get water as well. It does get quiet at night, but I did not encounter any incidents that made me feel unsafe. My room came with buffet breakfast included, which is served in the main building. Breakfast starts service from 7 am onwards, and was generally quite crowded at the start. Depending on the crowd level, the staff will occasionally open up a new section of the dining area. Breakfast was generally good, there was a good spread of American breakfast items, to pastries, ham and cheese and even Greek yogurt with a lot of condiments. It varied a little bit from day-to-day, but was generally the same for the most part.

Siamo stati a fine agosto io e il mio compagno, struttura per noi eccellente con personale disponibilissimo e sempre sorridente pronto a risolvere qualsiasi domanda gli venga posta. Le camere accoglienti e pulite dotate di un ampio balcone dove godersi lo stupendo panorama sul mare. Il ristorante principale offre un ricchissimo buffet dove si può soddisfare qualsiasi palato con cibi veramente molto gustosi e di ogni tipo.ci sono poi il ristorante vegano,italiano e greco dove in quest'ultimo abbiamo passato una piacevole serata sia per il cibo ottimo che il servizio molto cordiale e capace di ricevere ospiti col sorriso sulle labbra e il famoso raki. Dispone anche di piscine per adulti e bambini sempre sotto l'osservazione dei simpatici bagnini.hs anche un centro benessere dove si può godere di momenti di relax . Infine vorrei ringraziare lo staf dell'animazione per le piacevoli giornate che ci hanno fatto passare il loro compagnia tra attività sportive (acquatiche, minigolf,pin pong ,beach volley,yoga,pilates..) e i magnifici spettacoli serali tutti fatti da loro con grande impegno in particolare vorrei fare un elogio a Gianluca il capo animatore per la sua capacità di organizzare tutto lo staff e la sempre sorridente Martina con la sua ginnastica e i suoi balli per aver reso la nostra vacanza splendida! Ragazzi l'anno prossimo ritorneremo .

Stanza ampia e molto pulita, bagno rinnovato recentemente. Grande terrazza con panorama splendido. Piscina e giardino molto curato, ottima colazione e cena. Il personale molto gentile e competente. Molto comodo per visitare Candia e palazzo di Cnosso. La struttura si trova a circa 80 m sul livello del mare a circa 900 m dalle due baie più vicine, tranquillamente raggiungibili a piedi anche da persone non allenate. Consigliato ottimo 3 stelle!
