Makkah: i migliori hotel per soggiorni di lavoro

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the Haram, especially near King Abdul Aziz Gate. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, making it a relaxing place to return to after a long day. The breakfast was decent, with a large variety of options to choose from. I also enjoyed the view of the Haram from my room. One great convenience was being able to pray in the room during busy times, as the sound of the congregation from Masjid al-Haram was played in speakers of the room that you can turn on or off according to your comfort. The only downside was that the washroom was a bit small, but overall, the stay was very comfortable.

The location of the hotel was excellent, very close to Haram. The service was really fast and efficient. The rooms although, were slightly old and felt used and not as “clean” as some of the other clock tower hotel rooms. Also the amenities in the bathroom can be improved by adding more like toothbrush toothpaste were not included which we expected. Also there was no blow drier or oven in the room to heat up food items. These improvements can lead to a better experience and for us to book again with Pullman Zamzam.

Se cerchi un hotel a 4 stelle, non cercare da nessuna parte. Questo è il migliore che si possa ottenere. Hanno un servizio di autobus gratuito che funziona ogni mezz'ora. Ti cade a Marwa Gate. Hai 10-15 minuti a piedi per raggiungere Haram. Il tuo pick-up dallo stesso posto. Non ho avuto alcun problema per il servizio di autobus. Il servizio di navetta era abbastanza buono. L'unico fallimento è camminare verso il haram. Ho avuto mio figlio con me e lui si sforzava di camminare per ogni volta. Il cibo per l'hotel è peggio. Non mi piaceva affatto. Ho avuto il buffet per colazione e ho pagato 100 riyals. Era una peggiore esperienza alimentare. La scelta del colazione era molto limitata. In generale è un buon hotel di bilancio. Penso che si compromessi da qualche parte.

Umrah trip with family Mar 2023 Went there for Umra trip with family we were bit confused while booking this hotel since it is located a bit away from Haram (1.5kms), however, they have shuttle service with good reviews 1. Hotel is super nice, new and very clean. Checkin was super quick although we had two rooms and were given on seperate floors as they didnt had two rooms on the same floor. 2. Rooms were good clean and tidy on check-in. They provided all basic amenities like iron, iron board, safe, etc. However, the rooms service was an issue and i had to complain and ask the counter to get the room cleaned after requesting the staff for couple of time. 3. Shuttle service was superb. Evertime there is a shuttle standing at the enterence leaving in approx 20 to 30 mins. Drop off point is the bus station behind clock tower with hardly few minutes walk to the Haram. 4. Even if you use Taxi it usually charges 15 riyals during normal timings and max 20 riyals during rush hours. We mostly used taxi service which was also very convinient. 5. Hotel location is very peaceful, you can find few restaurants nearby and baqalas for basic requirements.

Le strutture dell'hotel sono molto buone... anche l'addetto alla reception è molto reattivo. La posizione è molto vicino alla Grande Moschea... speriamo che un giorno potremo tornare.

Prima di tutto, mi permetta di notare che questo non è un istituto di 5 stelle. Non da lontano. Io gli darei 2 stelle, perché non si soddisfa nemmeno per un grado di 3 stelle. Il personale non si ospita affatto. Non è stato fornito alcun controllo di routine. L'edificio stesso è uscito. I mobili e le finiture sono tutti in cattivo stato. Le tole lasciano il vostro senso di salute compromessa. Come fanno i bagni, i tappeti e i giardini. L'odore nel lobby, i passaggi e le camere sono tutti questionabili. I bagni sono pieno di mucche raccolte in pratica in ogni grove e angolo. Il nostro bagno è bloccato. Quando il ragazzo di manutenzione è venuto a sbloccare, era sconvolta che abbiamo sbloccato il carta da bagno e ha detto che non dovremmo farlo perché le tubazioni sono strette. Dovremmo lavare e gettare la carta igienica in una borsa di plastica!! Che cosa? Egli poi ha continuato a sbloccare la toilette e trascinato il piatto attraverso la stanza, gocciando l'acqua di poppa attraverso il pavimento e non si è preoccupato di pulire dopo di sé. Il bagno dei bambini non aveva acqua calda. La seconda notte il bagno era bloccato. Rilassati nelle caldaie. I mutandine sembravano non essere mai lavati, solo una lavatrice veloce sotto il tappeto. Le coperte di base dei letti sono rotte. C'è una cassetta di cello che copre gli alarme per il fumo.Voglio dire, la lista continua. La cera in cima è che il servizio del personale è assolutamente povero. E non c'è nessuna stanza che serve mentre tu sei fuori. Quando cercava di parlare con uno dei puliziari su questo, la sua risposta era ... ”Arabico”. Chi abbiamo risposto a dire ”No Arabic ... English”. Poi ha ritorto ”No English, only Arabic ... È la stessa cosa” non ho mai avuto un servizio così povero. Non sprecare i vostri soldi prenotando questo posto orribile. Le immagini annunciate sono molto ingannevoli. Inutile dire che abbiamo prenotato un altro hotel veloce e lasciato il secondo giorno!

Molto bel hotel, buona posizione. E tutto il personale è davvero utile. Anche il colazione è incredibile ci sono molti cibi locali e internazionali. Hotel molto consigliato se si vuole eseguire umrah dal momento che è molto vicino a Haram si può solo camminare a Haram all'hotel entro 5 minuti.
