Hotel in zona Locked-Up Resto Bar, Makati

Comparato prima che il servizio fosse eccellente, abbiamo chiesto l'ulteriore cavo e acqua calda, sono veloci, e dopo 10 minuti abbiamo ricevuto una chiamata dalla ricezione confermando se abbiamo già ricevuto quello che abbiamo chiesto. La stanza puzza bene, è pulita, il segnale televisivo è bello, l'aria condizionata è fredda. Non c'è bisogno di pagare per un deposito di sicurezza. C'è un internato che ci ha sempre salutati.

This place was such a steal for the price! Super clean, had a kettle, wonderful AC, nice little private bathroom and suchhhh a comfy bed!! If I ever have a layover again in Manila I would 100% come back here. Location was also good! Front desk staff were also very helpful and kind. Just a warning that there is no elevator and we had to go up and down 4 flights of stairs. So not suitable for those who are unable to do this.

My stay at I'm Hotel was great, checkin was fast and easy, fully transparent. The hotel accommodated all my requests, and a great room was provided fully equipped and pristine. I like their water dispenser where one can fill their water bottles up for free. The staff are absolutely delightful, helpful and cheerful which adds to the air of positiveness and professionalism. The location is superb. Best of all was the breakfast and spa. The rooftop bar had great views, vibes and food. Room city view was spectacular. Thank you and looking forward to staying there soon. Questa è la nostra seconda volta che siamo stati a Berjaya. Il personale era fantastico e amichevole. Il servizio era grande. Questa è casa lontana da casa.

Y2 Residence is a bit along Makati Avenue (about 2.5 kms from Greenbelt Malls area) and around the corner from Century City Mall. There are numerous small restaurants within easy walking distance along Makati Ave and surrounds. We stayed two nights at Y2 Residence Hotel on our way from Palawan and prior to departing the Philippines and wish we had found it earlier. On arrival were were immediately made feel welcome , met on the road and our bags taken and carried in for us. (We had stayed in a number of places in the Philippines on this trip and our previous far more expensive where this did not occur). Check in was seamless, Y2 offers an online check in however we prefer face to face. Our room a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite on the ninth flooor, while not large was easily spacious enough for the two of us. A two seater lounge, a single chair with coffee table. A small dining table and a kitchenette large enough to cook in if you wanted. The bedroom was small with one bedside table on one side wih a cupboard with safe on the other. But really what more was needed. The bathroom is small (narrow) however had everything in it including an intantatious hot water system that provided hot water quickly. Even though we faced the main entrance and a building site was adjacent to us we were not disturbed by noise. However this may change as building increases. The view from the rooftop pool and bar area are worth the extremely slow lift up and down then walk up the flight of stairs, particularly as one lift was out of service while we were there making it even slower to get to any floor/ foyer. The lift was the most frustrating thing with our stay. The pool area and surrounds are not large and would if busy you would be lucky to find somewhere to sit, however while we were there we had not problems with this. As stated the view across the city is spectacular, take a few minutes to soak it in. Pros Excellent value for money Very good service, particularly the young trainees. ATTENZIONE!! Non vi fate ingannare dalle fotografie 🙏 posto per dormire una notte di passaggio, mediocre camera piccola no frigo non funzionante il wifi, aria condizionata rumorosa e rumori nella camera accanto!colazione ottima ma servita nel bar adiacente che la notte mette la musica molto alta per fortuna che eravamo al 3° piano ,quartiere equivoco con persone femminili che adescano clienti per sesso 🤔 gentilezza del personale e disponibilità ECCELLENTE 🤩

Firstly, the good. Good location in colourful Poblacion (close to the heart of Makati but keep alert) and reasonably priced. Good friendly staff who go out of their way, Nino, Marlon and Leo (Nino in particular gave me great help when ING Australia had suspended use of my ATM card given its overseas use even though I advised that I would be overseas! lol). Good security (steel security door) and good value. The bad....upper floors can only be accessed by stairs which resemble the steep climb to the death face of K2 (to say it is somewhat steep is an understatement). Nimble young folks and families could do it but it was a great strain for older folks like me despite the fact that the friendly staff were happy to carry my bags upstairs. Secondly, the internet there must be run by evil spirits - you would get connected and the internet would fade and disconnect, or refuse to connect repeatedly. There are many other alternative internet options (different routers for different floors) however you would get the same bad internet experience over and over again. Whilst there is no great internet even in Manila, at the end of the day the internet here was a very frustrating experience and a great difficulty if you absolutely required it (which is most of us). The rooms were so so and came with air conditioning and were about right for a budget stay.

1st the location is very nice its in the vicinity of BGC near sm aura and market market 5mins walk . 2nd the Room is very clean no insect no bed bugs its a thumbs up 3rd the room rate ia very cheap.👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 4th all the staff are very accomodating  The request has been granted for the higher floor city view . 5th i expected a little bit much for the breakfast How i wish next time  would have something better like longanisa or connbeef or even bacon.   What i ate for 7am was cold food. The scrbled egg was cold the rice is cold also the .  Good thing that time they have egg section where i requested to cooked new so i could eat hot breakfast.  I highly suggest this hotel to add oven toaster in their buffet breakfast area so. Everybody can  have toast bread without waiting too long .  Surely will booked ths again 😊🥰🥰 ohh lastly, the quality of the pillow and the bed is so nice i think its EMMA  brand  so comfy!!  Very very nice  Plus points for me.   They also have bathrobe 👌🏻🥰😊 so perfect! 3rd floor for buffet swimming and gym area which i also loved.

ボラカイ島の後泊で一泊しました。事前にメールでお願いして、空港まで迎えに来てもらいました。泊まったのはボトムカテゴリーのコーラルウィングの部屋でしたが、広さも快適さも十分。トイレが２つありました。海側か噴水側か、チェックインの際に希望を聞かれたので噴水側にしました。夜6時以降、1時間おきに行われる噴水ショーが部屋のリビング、バスルームからよく見えました。音はそんなに聞こえませんが。部屋の良かったところは荷物置きスペースが広く、玄関から直行できる作りになっているところ、明るい電気がつくドレッサーがあるところ、広いバスタブの底に滑り止めがあるところ、シャワー室にベンチがあるところ、など沢山ありました。アメニティは良い香りで、ドライヤーの風量も十分。バスローブの肌触りも良かったです。翌朝のフライトが早かったのでコンシェルジュ経由でgrabを手配してもらったのですが、モーニングコールの時間、荷物のピックアップ時刻等を決めて、後で紙にまとめたものを部屋に届けてくれました。信頼のおける対応でした。
