Makati: i migliori hotel con palestra

Questa è la seconda volta che soggiorno nella *****ola di Manila. Sono stato qui una volta in 18 anni e la camera è stata rinnovata, ma non è cambiato molto. Il servizio alla reception è comunque efficiente e cordiale. Anche la qualità della colazione è abbastanza buona, ma ci sono molti cibi occidentali e pochissimi cibi cinesi. Sorprendentemente, il servizio nell'atrio, che in passato era impressionante, era a un prezzo basso. Dopo l'arrivo della nostra macchina, c'erano molti facchini, ma nessuno ci ha aiutato a tirare la porta o i bagagli un grande berretto alla porta. Ok, ma ora che la persona è cambiata, parlo solo da solo e non apro la porta all'ospite. Più tardi, un addetto alla sicurezza ci ha aiutato a trasportare i bagagli. Lo stesso problema di servizio si è verificato anche con la giovane donna che si è seduta a colazione. Sembrava così arrogante e deludente. Alberghi professionali, le tende oscuranti sono fatte così, ahimè! ! !

Perchè scegliere questo albergo? 1. Posizione: a pochi passi da centri commerciali, parchi, ristoranti, ecc. Sono andato all'aeroporto da questo hotel, la spesa era poco più di 300 PHP. All'interno dell'hotel sono presenti anche 2 ristoranti. 2. Rapporto qualità/prezzo: la stanza è un intero monolocale. Inoltre, bella acqua calda e vasca da bagno per rilassarti dopo una lunga giornata. 3. Servizio: il personale è incredibilmente gentile, disponibile e comprensivo. Presumibilmente c'è un deposito da pagare al momento del check-in, ma, poiché ho finito il mio peso e non hanno accettato la mia carta di debito UnionPay, la reception ha deciso di rinunciarvi. La reception accetta Alipay, ma i ristoranti no.

5 stelle!!! Il personale è amichevole e molto accogliente. Buffet per colazione è buono, ci è piaciuto! Mi hanno anche dato un aggiornamento gratuito perché abbiamo bisogno di 1 letto regina invece di avere 2 letti singoli. Una piscina cristallina chiara, il jacuzzi è così bello!! Il personale del Front Desk che mi ha aiutato a controllare l'ingresso e la guardia kuya sa piscina sono così gentile, ho dimenticato il suo nome ma siamo andati alla piscina circa 8:00.

We booked to stay here for Christmas. We chose it for its close proximity to Greenbelt malls. I booked 3 rooms and asked for the rooms to be adjoining but the best they managed to do was that we were all on the same floor. It was a busy period so this is understandable. There are many other places to stay in the area which are cheaper and if we ever stay in a hotel for Christmas again, we will seek cheaper accommodation because we were hardly in our room. The breakfast had fantastic selection. Staff were lovely and we appreciated that they also employed staff who are hard of hearing–– they opened the door for us and were prepared with a list of places guests might want to go to so that they can direct. I booked Super Deluxe Queen Room or something, it’s a standard sized Queen bedroom with ensuite. Clean and new looking. No complaints. Pretty good view as well. The minibar was super cheap, which is a first for this traveller. Big enough for some extras too. The pool area was a nice place to hang out, with pool loungers and seperate smoking area. The poolside service for drinks etc was super slow so we didn’t order much. Swimming was but more challenging, the water was basically all chlorine and your eyes started burning the first time you stuck your head under the water. Wifi was good most of the time, but it and the TV went out on our last night when I was trying to rest up for my long flight the nest day. The hotel staff were in no rush to fix it. Either an effective way of ensuring your guests don’t hang out in their room prior to check in, or just too hard. The breakfast buffet was pleasant, I mostly had eggs, bacon, fruit, juice, and coffee. The omlette chef knew his stuff and the staff was discrete and polite. Nice place to be. Lots of variety for the hungrier among you, I had less and less each day after over eating the first time. The hotel restaurant was a saviour after a couple of heavy tourist days, but not really a restaurant, more a small bar with a long list of options. Service was slow and they seemed to have a vague idea of restaurant etiquette. Everything arrived at once, except the salad, which was large for one person, but small for more. They appeared to want to silver service it between us, and a bit offended when I ate it myself from the bowl. Once again, it wasn’t that big. Various attractive booths had the head rests dropped to make sitting there unappealing, I had fun not lifting them up but sliding in with them still down. The food, when it came was very nice for me, but my girlfriend did not like any of her dishes and I stuck to the things that worked for me the first time. The streets outside had a lot of eating options within walking distance and Grab delivers. The front counter staff helped me out of a couple of tricky situations, and were very polite to a confused, tired, first time in the Phillipines traveller. I am in pain all the time and partially disabled, the hotel was very easy to get around once you are inside. As is your access to taxis etc outside. Like everywhere in Manila the streets can be somewhat more treacherous. All in all a pleasant stay, not great, but you could do a lot worse.

Good place, clean, the room are fairly big and comfortable. It's noisy in the morning if the room face the street so earplugs are recommended for light sleeper. The staff is helpful and professional.

The ‘Unfairmont’ should be a 4 star hotel: - il peggior buffet del ristorante che abbia mai avuto ... il pollo Korma, per esempio, era solo pollo in salsa di mayonnaise e il resto era secco medio o nessuna carne come il burro con pollo zero in esso. (inattivi dipendenti così rimasti così attraverso il nostro pranzo) . La zona del ristorante è così piccola, molto rumorosa con sedie indietro, così doveva dire “Mi scusi” ai pasti dietro di me prima di spostare il mio chat indietro per uscire. Anche i succhi “freschi” sono di concentrato. - Non ci sono posti in zona fumante, non ci sono segni di malattia, non ci sono posti dove gustare una sigaretta. - Sala da giardino e camere sono più che ordinarie - TV nella stanza troppo piccola per guardare dal letto - L'intollerabile battuta, ecc., ha reso impossibile dormire.

La stanza che avevamo era così pulita e il buffet di colazione era molto bello. Ho inviato la mia richiesta speciale per una stanza con vista e ci hanno dato una stanza con vista grande! Il servizio era molto bello, il personale è molto amichevole e accogliente. Mio marito e io ci siamo divertiti molto, l'unico posto in basso era il parcheggio, e' stato confuso perché non c'erano segni che ci possano portare alla uscita. Le strutture come gli ascensori erano anche un po' vecchie e quando abbiamo cercato di andare al nostro piano (30° FLR), dal FLR superiore, non ci permetteva di andare lì così quando abbiamo capito cosa sta succedendo, Non è un grande, ma vorrei vedere più segnali in futuro per evitare questo incidente. In generale, ci ritroveremo. :)

Hotel is clean and functional. For the price paid very happy with the amenities and everything on offer. Got an upgrade to a quiet room. Very happy with that. Can still hear cries from babies at the other room but luckily not bothersome and we still had good night sleep over the 2 nights we stayed with this hotel. Location is close to makati, a short grab ride to green belt area.
