The hotel was okay, it met standards but there were many small things that made our stay feel less perfect. Upon check in the room was very spacious for a double queen bed room, and bathroom spacious as well. The amenities are lacking a bit, in the bathroom it was just minimal 1 makeup remover wipe and a shower cap and hand soap. It comes with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash but our conditioner was out and stayed empty for 2 days (as I thought the cleaners might notice and refill), until I requested front desk to refill it. In terms of cleanliness some of the towels had some minor stains and the bathroom had rust and brown stains in the bathtub so it didn’t feel super clean. The worst part was that when I entered the hotel the sheets were soooooo pilly and rough, they didn’t feel soft and welcoming as a hotel should have. Those sheets should’ve been thrown out years ago, I wouldn’t even keep sheets like that at my own house they were so worn down, bumpy, and uncomfortable, I asked front desk the next morning if I could please have them changed and got a very sassy and rude response that “usually requests like this should come in before 9AM and it’s not guaranteed that they can be changed” (I requested this around 10AM before the cleaners had even appeared on my floor). I found this response extremely off putting and inhospitable, since it’s not like I caused the sheets to be rough and uncomfortable and was simply making a request to make my stay better and more comfortable, and I also requested it very kindly and didn’t rush them to do anything- just by end of day or the next day so I wouldn’t have to sleep on rough uncomfortable sheets the entire 5 days I was there. They ended up changing them but I didn’t appreciate that kind of reply. 2 days after, the cleaners left their dirty rags, some random extra pillowcases on random surfaces by my personal items on the desk and night side table, It was very careless and unprofessional and who knows where the dirty rags have been, and where those random pillowcases came from if they were clean or not, next to my personal items. They also didn’t finish cleaning the bathroom and there were missing towels and didn’t finish taking the dirty towels out. Moving on, the location was okay but one of the farther hotels from the Zion National Park entrance in the town, I did like the pool and the restaurants nearby. Lastly, for the complimentary breakfast it was basic but good and I appreciated having that every morning before we left for our adventures.

Questo è stato il nostro primo soggiorno qui e lo terremo presente come opzione più economica nel centro di Salt Lake City. In generale, si tratta di una struttura un po' datata che offre i servizi essenziali di un buon alloggio. Le camere erano pulite e dotate di un grande frigorifero e di un forno a microonde. I letti e la biancheria erano MOLTO comodi. Il parcheggio è gratuito e gli animali domestici sono ammessi con un supplemento di 25 dollari. (NOTA: il sito Trip.com afferma che gli animali non sono ammessi). La posizione è ottima, con accesso a piedi a numerosi ristoranti, bar, locali, negozi, ecc. Abbiamo preso un Uber (oltre 7 dollari) per andare e tornare dallo State Room, che dista solo 800 metri, perché mi ero appena sottoposto a un intervento di protesi all'anca. Normalmente avrei camminato. Cosa potrebbero migliorare: Sebbene la proprietà abbia delle belle piante, potrebbe essere rinnovata con una mano di vernice e una pulizia approfondita dei vialetti in cemento. La hall/reception mi ricorda un motel in una zona malfamata. La reception è dietro una struttura chiusa in plexiglass e la hall non è un luogo di ritrovo, dato che non è tenuta molto pulita. Non servono cibo, a causa di decisioni prese durante l'era COVID (vedi foto), e la presenza di distributori automatici di cibo spazzatura dimostra che non si preoccupano di questa decisione e continueranno a non offrire questo servizio in futuro. (CONSIGLIO: Andate al ristorante The Red Beryl, proprio accanto, nel Doubletree. Cibo, servizio e prezzi eccellenti!) Forse se la reception offrisse agli ospiti un elenco di ristoranti nelle vicinanze al momento del check-in, questo problema non si presenterebbe. L'unico inconveniente della camera era che la tenda oscurante a rullo non funzionava, costringendo a un utilizzo più manuale per coprire la finestra. Come in molti hotel, viene richiesto un deposito di 100 dollari che viene restituito al momento del check-out. Se si paga con carta, il deposito viene restituito entro 3-5 giorni lavorativi. Se si paga in contanti, viene restituito immediatamente dopo un rapido controllo della camera. Il personale che ci ha servito non è stato né gentile né scortese; aveva un atteggiamento piuttosto formale.

Great Breakfast and Friendly Staff, but Poor Communication on Facilities I have mixed feelings about my 3-night stay. While there were some high points, the handling of basic facilities and staff communication led me to give a 3-star rating. The stay started strong with Jill at check-in, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I also really enjoyed the free daily breakfast. it was delicious, and having a machine for freshly ground and brewed coffee was a major plus. The room itself was comfortable, though I did have some technical trouble trying to cast from my phone to the TV. My main issue was the laundry situation. Upon arrival, I was told the machines were out of order and directed to a local laundromat (a 5-minute drive). Unfortunately, that laundromat was constantly full and a total waste of time. What frustrated me most was seeing other guests using the hotel’s ”broken” machines. When I called to clarify, the staff member was quite dismissive, insisting there was an ”out of order” sign on the door. I was staying literally next door to the laundry room and can confirm there was no sign there for three days. A handwritten note only appeared the next morning after my complaint. Being told I was wrong when the evidence was right in front of me was very disappointing. I also noticed that access to the breakfast area seemed uncontrolled. It felt like anyone could walk in off the street and eat, which raised some questions about guest-only security and value. Overall: A decent place to sleep with a good breakfast, but the management needs to work on honest communication and facility maintenance.

Questa visita, volevo scappare dal rumore della città e trovare un posto tranquillo in qualche luogo vicino alla natura ma ancora confortevole. E questo è il modo in cui sono finito a AutoCamp Zion, solo circa un 20-minute di guida dal Parco Nazionale Zion in Utah. Vi dico che questo non è il vostro campeggio medio.È il più glamour campeggio glamoroso al suo meglio! ✨ Tutto è bellissimo progettato e incredibilmente cospicuo, dal letto più grande e bagno privato al soft lighting e elegante decoro che ti fanno sentire come sei in un resort boutique circondato da roccia rossa. Sono rimasto in una delle loro sigla Airstream Suites, i rimorchi di alluminio brillanti che sono diventati la marca di AutoCamp. Quando mi sono salito all’interno, ero sinceramente impressionato è minimalista, moderno e caldo allo stesso tempo. La grande finestra si apre ad una vista stupenda delle montagne rosse di Utah una vista che immediatamente ti fa rallentare e respirare. Il risalto?Tempo notturno.🌌 Ogni suite viene con la sua propria piazza di fuoco.Io e il mio amico siamo seduti fuori a fare marshmallows, a fare vino, e guardare le stelle riempire lentamente il cielo. Era tranquilla, magica e così tranquilla la notte che volete potreste durar per sempre. La mattina, andammo al caffè del lupo, dove offrono caffè, granola e yogurt semplice ma perfetto.L’intero spazio si sente come una piccola comunità di viaggiatori che amano la natura e il buon design. Se hai sognato di riconnettersi con la natura senza sacrificare il comfort, AutoCamp Zion è il luogo perfetto. 🌿 È tranquillo, bellissimo e pensato per farvi sentire fondato, ispirato e completamente agevole.

L'aereo è in ritardo, e Xiaojiang può soggiornare intorno all'aeroporto.L'aeroporto ha preso un taxi per dieci minuti all'hotel, e il maestro nero non ha preso 30 coltelli. L'hotel intorno alle 10 dicono che non posso uscire rapidamente dal lavoro. Così, nella stazione di benzina sudamericana, il pollo di Battlefield è buono per il pollo di Battlefield.Il bus è stato spedito all'aeroporto il mattino dopo, ma ricorda di dargli un piccolo pegno al conducente.

Questo era un bell'hotel pulito con un parcheggio in garage di facile accesso e molto facile da individuare?

Mi ha sorpreso piacevolmente di quanto tutto fosse bello all'hotel. Check-in era veloce e amichevole. Mi è stato dato un delizioso chip di cioccolato e biscotti di noccioline dopo l'ispezione. La mia camera era tranquilla, pulita, grande, con un letto molto comodo, e una sedia facile. La loro navetta aeroportuale era disponibile anche alle 4:00, quando ne avevo bisogno. Rimango sicuramente quando devo stare di notte vicino all'aeroporto.

The check in was appalling. The receptionist must’ve taken classes in ‘couldn’t care’. Shame we interrupted whatever it was that was more important than providing a civil welcome to a couple of guests. In contrast the breakfast and room cleaning staff were on a different level - brilliant service and friendly. Sadly it’s the first impression that lasts - and being made to feel as though you’re a total inconvenience when you arrive is utterly crap.

Questo hotel è terribile! Dopo il check-in, ho scoperto che le tende non potevano essere tirate e la stanza era molto buia. Questa è la condizione di base. Inoltre, il prezzo della camera era molto caro e inaccettabile. Ho chiesto alla reception di cambiare camera e mi è stato detto che non c'erano più camere. In questo momento ho visto che gli ospiti facevano il check-in uno dopo l'altro. In questo caso, la pratica abituale è cambiare camera o effettuare l'upgrade. Il coordinamento tramite Ctrip due volte non ha funzionato. Il servizio di Ctrip è buono, quindi mi sento sollevato dal fatto che mi abbiano dato un certo compenso.
