It was a last minute decision to take a trip to Goa with my family (3 adults + 1 Child) and decided to book this hotel having looked at their website. I booked in for 4 nights all paid upfront based on this. To all travellers to this hotel please do not be fooled by the pictures on the website as they are no way a true reflection to reality. Also, this is also not a reflection of any of the staff members we came across as they were all good but this directly aimed for the owners of the hotel. On arrival(17.08.23), checkin was smooth and we were shown to the 2 rooms we had booked. On entering the room my heart sank as we walked in to be greeted to a sight as you will see from the pictures attached. Everything from bedroom to bathroom was in not to fit to stay purpose. I immediately went to the front desk and aired my complain to which I was given staff member to show my complain was about. I was then offered to be shown 2 other rooms but again both of them were in no different state to the one we were already allocated. Hence, within the first half hour we decided we would sleep it in in check out the next morning as it was almost getting close to midnight. In the morning we decided to have breakfast as it was included in the package and again we were disappointed with what was available on offer and the time it took for get the food we ordered from the live counter. After breakfast I approached the ***ager in charge and explained the situation and my decision to check out. I was offered to go view one of the more premium rooms that is served for the VIP guest to which my wife and I did. It was a very very slight improvement to what we had the previous night and our decision to check out stood. I spoke to the ***ager to see if I could get a partial refund on my payment but was told it was hotel policy on no refund as it was all conducted online which was quite disappointing as it was not such substantial amount. I decided to swallow the bitter pill as I was not going to let my family spend another day in the hotel. Again to re-iterate this is not a reflection on the staff but directly aimed tot he owners of the hotel. You need to update your website profile so as not to mislead travellers. The whole hotel needs an overhaul and reality check.

We stayed in Alila a few days back to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and we had an amazing experience. We had booked a standard room and they were kind enough to upgrade us to their loft room which was beautiful and nicely decorated. They had made a birthday decor on the bed and a cake was kept for her. The hospitality of the staff is incredible and very rarely u get to see that nowadays. The guest relations host Velecia kept checking on us to see if we were settled and if everything was well with us. We were even given a late checkout when asked. The breakfast was also very good and ambience is nice and serene. Definitely recommend anyone looking for a peaceful break!

Eravamo una famiglia di 5. avevamo 2 camere interconnesse. Dall'ingresso al checkout tutto era senza saldatura. Lasciatemi descrivere questo. 1. BELLA: Per noi che veniamo da giungle di cemento questo posto è celeste. Verde, pulito e tranquillo. 2. Le camere hanno un letto matrimoniale o 2 letti singoli e un letto da divano che può accogliere confortevolmente 4 persone, c'è un frigo (ha birra, acqua e bevanda dolce tutti pagabili) , caldaia, TV intelligente e WiFi, cassaforte, cassaforte, tavolo da stiro, tavolo studio e sedia. Bagno pulito con asciugamani e asciugamani. L'area comune ha una cucina completamente operativa e lavanderia. La cucina comprende i vasi da bagno, gli apparecchi e le navi che sarebbero necessari se si intende cucinare.Abbiamo fatto il nostro colazione. (i vostri prodotti alimentari). Le camere sono pulite quotidianamente. 3. La posizione è perfetta, Martini, Camaron e molti altri ristoranti molto vicini. Negozi di pasticceria a 5 minuti a piedi. 4.They hanno auto e organizzano per gocce e pick-up a prezzi ragionevoli. 5. Judy, John l'intera famiglia era un ottimo ospite.Il 100% sarà sempre la mia scelta di soggiorno.
Hotel Silva Rosa

I stayed in Silva Rosa for 2 week in Nov 23. The hotel is easy to find, the service is impeccable, the rooms are large, modern, private and clean. The Bathroom was excellent, spacious with unlimited hot water, with spotless and clean linen and bedding, and a powerful AC and Fan setup. I liked the Amazon setup where I could log in with my prime and netflix accounts. But most of all, the service from Daniel and Sienna was the best i've experienced in a hotel in India - from helping me book taxis, local pharmacies, to recommendations on help for my elderly parents staying nearby. Daniel is hands-on and prompt and his communication is excellent. I look foward to staying here again. Thank you so much for your hospitality Sienna and Daniel, Chris

Добрый день! Все предыдущие отзывы - правда. Нас заселил ночью по приезду заспанный менеджер в номер на первом этаже, сказав, что на втором этаже номера классом лучше. По фото увидите все прелести номера на первом этаже. Кое-как я уснула под утро, несмотря на усталость от перелета. На сл день нам показали номер на 2 этаже, который был чуть лучше и чище. (Ну например как в Египте самая захудалая 3ка) 5000 рупий мы заплатили за переезд, хотя в отеле было занято, ну может, 30%. Для понимания наш номер в туре - superior. (Посмотрите фото, что значит superior по-гоански). Менеджеры (оба) сомнительного вида мошенники. Остальной персонал неплохой, если не брать в расчет, что в последний день предъявили чеки за кофе, который мы пили на лужайке каждый вечер перед сном. Но дело в том, что каждый раз мы его оплачивали, оставляя деньги на столе… после долгого выяснения оказалось, что они посчитали это чаевыми, а не оплатой … сумма была небольшая, поэтому мы отдали с Богом. За все время не убирались ни разу, туалетную бумагу, мыло, шампуни - все приходилось просить самим. Завтраки очень скудные, не шведский стол. (Яичница из 2 яиц, 2 пустых тоста и чашечка маленькая кофе). Советую их вообще не брать, потому что это издевательство, а не завтрак. Мусор жгли день через день, все несло в комнату, спать невозможно в этот момент. Берите что-то от Комаров, лучше местное. На лужайке вечером бывают не только комары, но и крохотные муравьи, которые очень сильно кусаются. А появляются они там из/за местных свинот, которые могут сладкое рассыпать на траву около стола и Вы можете даже не знать об опасности. Будьте аккуратны. Отель категорически не рекомендую, даже неприхотливым туристам. 4 с лишним тысяч рублей за сутки он точно не стоит. Я бы даже бесплатно туда больше не поехала бы. Не тратьте свои нервы и время. А владельцу и владелице, которые видимо крайне редко приезжают, хочется посоветовать сделать ремонт и сменить менеджерский состав. Спасибо.

Sembra che tutto sia in ordine, ma erano in una stanza impurita, dovevano chiedere la pulizia, ma anche così non sanno che cosa sia una disinfezione simile. Letto confortevole, buon internet, ristorante vicino e stazione Z/D. Non troppo lontano dalla spiaggia.
