Hotel resort molto buono, in stile tailandese molto classico. La camera è grande e, anche se un po' vecchia, è ben tenuta. La vista dal balcone è fantastica.L'hotel dispone di 3 piscine, due delle quali sono piscine termali.

L'hotel è molto vecchio, la pulizia può essere migliorata

Very good property in midst of nature. Good for a day or two. 7/11 and few restaurants 3 kms away from the property. Better to have your own vehicle if u plan to venture out

Our 2nd time at Katiliya. Location is both a pro and a con. It is very out of the way, but in return, you get absolute peace the entire stay. The cleanliness is tip top for the property, although u get some visible fatigue in the bedlinen (with holes) and yellowed pillows. Can see the balcony has been freshened up a little. Service is top notch with great hospitability and swift responses to our requests for buggies. There is only 1 restaurant and 1 bar. Fitness centre is an eerie walk down to basement - not for the faint hearted. But overall we would come back again as its the best mountain view accommodation without sacrificing on comfort, almost at a luxury level. Breakfast spread was wonderful. Wished there were lifts though, as my mum has difficulties in walking and had to always climb up and down 1 floor to the restaurant. For such views, you might usually have to consider rundown homestays.

Good food and service

Love the location which you can see the moutain and nature around you. The food was good and the swimming pool wa so nice. Lovely staffs as well.

Nice and quiet environment for relaxation. I love the sunrise view facing the mountains.

Perfect location to both explore the area but also to relax after charging around Thailand. Rooms are huge restaurant good value and menu.

Fantastic property with amazing people.. The resort is sprawling on at least few sq kilometer area with large rooms and great views & all amenities readily available. Special credit to the staffs for super prompt service. Room service & restaurant manager Mr Wa was very helpful to attend to our needs. Had a great stay and would surely recommend to others

Katiliya Mountain Resort is a beautiful and we'll maintained property that has excellent service and offerings. While we were there, we were amongst the hand full of guest that where staying for a few nights. We stayed in the mountain suite, which has magnificent views of the valley, and the largest bath tub I've ever seen. Honestly the bath room felt large and sufficient for a couple. Despite the occasional fly and bug (from the forest), the room is clean and comfy. I felt that the sheets smelt a little damp and did not had a good smell - but understably the resort is in a forest and it is humid. The aircon, while dated, was strong and worked wonderfully. For light sleepers, the room does not have soundproofing, which let's in plenty of the crickets (which is very very loud). Nevertheless, the resort provides buggy service to the lobby or the pools, which is prompt and quick. I took a quick dip in the pool and found it slightly dirty with 'things from the forest' and mosquitos around, but it's generally quite relaxing. Do take note that the pool has a depth of 1.5m at its deepest. Breakfast was sufficient and proper. Eggs, we're amazingly cooked and the scrambled eggs were - above our expectations. And the bacon, was served fresh and hot! Together with its warm and attentive service, the breakfast service is an awesome start to the day - just remember to put on mosquito repellent 😅 While there is ample parking, the road between the hotel and the main road is filled with potholes and sandy terrain, which may not be for everyone. The road also does not have lights, so it would be better to leave and return before sunset. Overall, Katiliya Mountain Resort is a great place to stay and one that I'll certainly visit again in the near future. One thing that stood out was the extent the staff goes to provide for your needs, including making you feel welcomed and ensure that your stay is comfortable.
