Close to Thamel . Very Chinese style new hotel . The boss speaks perfect Chinese and is glad to help customers.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks. The hotel was super clean. The staff was awesome, kind, polite & very helpful. They have security officers guarding the premises round the clock. Breakfast was delicious 😋. I highly recommend anyone to stay at lakhey Hotel.🫰

The hotel is new and clean with excellent service, and has walkable distance to Thamel. There is security officer in hotel entrance which made me feel safe, and also a chinese restaurant with good quality of food. All of the staff can speak very well Chinese and English so communication is not a problem in the hotel. The most attractive point of the hotel is the owner 小明 who is also a travel company owner. He helped me arranged airport transport, two-day Pokhara trip as well as one-day sunrise and city-sightseeing trip which were all very well organised with reasonable price. He speaks fluent Mandarin and I communicated with him via wechat for all the arrangements (just email the hotel to ask for his wechat). I can truly feel that the owner and all staff made best effort to make every visitor to feel warm and welcoming like a home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Kathmandu.

Good service and friendly stuffs

The staffs are nice as well as the food. Most of the room smells cigarette and very noisy from housekeeping during they cleaning the room, slamming the door etc., Dogs barking noise the whole day and night, kept you awake all the time. No any offered to change the room from the staff after you report them the problem. We booked 3 nights but only stayed 1 night was enough for us….terrible experience.

10/10 service and super helpful staff. Clean rooms and the hotel looks pretty new. Definitely recommended!

Honestly, this is the most cost-effective hotel I have ever stayed in. The location is great, the room is comfortable, and most importantly, it is very clean. The shower has strong water pressure, which is very refreshing. The breakfast is delicious. The highlight is that the hotel owner is very helpful, arranging everything for us as first-time visitors to Kathmandu. We have already planned to return to Nepal in December and will stay at this hotel again. ---

10 mins walk to the main area of Thamel so you can avoid the noise. Hotel staff can speak Chinese and English.

Last city stop in Nepal for this trip. Chose this place based on the area since I wanted to check out Thamel for calendar New Year’s Eve. Location is far enough away from the noise on a great street, yet less than 700m from the chaos near Art Square. There’s both a walking and driving choice to get to the entrance. 🧳 Rooms are basic with the most comfortable beds. Common showers in true Nepal fashion. Breakfast was great, snacks delicious, and spirits are available. 👏 Staff are multilingual, and though I cannot speak Chinese or Nepali, I can pick up some words. Regardless, fine looking group of a team 🔥 Nepal citizen beautiful people. Nice artwork in the halls, and super cute balcony. View from the room was nice. Locals nearby. Best of all, the price matched a better value. Will share on WeChat.

nice hotel the staff are very helpful and polite boss is very good and can speak Mandarin and very helpful rooms are big and clean if you don't know how to travel in nepal they will provide you free travel information I booked all my travel forms here very satisfy I recommend for everyone this hotel
