Il mio soggiorno all'Hotel Altira Macau è stato un'esperienza inoltrabile che ha un'infinita miscela di lusso, comfort e vista incredibile. Situato sull'isola di Taipa, questo hotel a cinque stelle è un gemma nascosto che incarna veramente l'essenza della perdita. Da quando sono arrivato, il servizio eccezionale mi ha dato il tono del mio soggiorno. Il personale caldo e attento mi ha salutato con un vero sorriso, facendo un ricevimento. Mi sono aggiornato in una suite di lusso, e quando sono entrato, sono stato sbattuto via dall'elegante decoro e dalla spaziosa disposizione. Il design moderno, insieme a una vista panoramica della linea di Macao, ha creato un'atmosfera invitante che mi ha fatto sentire a casa. L’appartamento ha un letto di dimensioni più grandi, un’ampia zona di seggiolino e un bellissimo bagno di marmo, dotato di un tubo di assorbimento e doccia separata, con ogni dettaglio progettato per garantire il massimo comfort e comfort. Mi sono particolarmente gradito il minibar e la macchina Nespresso, che mi hanno reso felice la mattina. Uno dei punti di vista del mio soggiorno era la cena al ristorante famoso dell’hotel, che ha offerto un’ampia gamma di cucine asiatiche e occidentali. La qualità dei cibi è stata davvero eccezionale e il servizio attento ha aumentato ancora di più l'esperienza di mangiare. Ho anche sfruttato l'infinito piscina e l'ultimo centro fitness, rendendo facile rimanere attivi mentre si sposta in lusso. La posizione dell'Hotel Altira offre un facile accesso alle attrazioni vicine e l'ambiente tranquillo lo rende la perfetta fuga dalla città di stallo. In generale, il mio soggiorno all'Hotel Altira Macau non era meno di spettacolare. Con il suo servizio impeccabile, le camere lavanderie e le splendide viste, non posso consigliare questo hotel abbastanza per chiunque voglia sperimentare la superficie del lusso a Macao. Non posso aspettare di tornare!

Questa è la seconda volta che sono rimasto in questo hotel. Anche se non c'è trasporto per portarmi a molte parti di attrazioni turistiche, amo il servizio che fornisce.  Ho prenotato una stanza non fumatori, ma quando sono entrato in camera, ho sentito un forte odore di fumo, ho chiesto di trasferirmi in un'altra stanza e mi hanno aiutato a sistemarmi in una nuova stanza in quindici minuti.  Questa è una gita di compleanno per mio marito e quando siamo tornati dopo cena, abbiamo trovato un piccolo torto nella stanza. Che sorpresa! Se possono fornire più servizi di autobus a diverse parti di Macao, sarà perfetto!

During my recent visit to Macau, I had the pleasure of staying at Conrad Macao Hotel, and I must say the experience exceeded my every expectation. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable customer service that made me feel welcomed and valued. I especially appreciated the breathtaking views from my room overlooking the vibrant cityscape and serene harbor areas. The facilities at Conrad Macao are truly top-notch. The various dining options offered a diverse culinary experience, highlighting both local flavors and international cuisines, while the hotel's pool and spa provided a delightful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Every detail, from the decor to the amenities, was carefully thought out to ensure a memorable stay. Overall, my time at Conrad Macao Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Macau—whether for business or leisure—if you are looking for a luxurious stay with impeccable service and a truly memorable experience. I eagerly anticipate my next visit, completely certain that my exceptional experience will make me return soon.

喜來登酒店改造後的倫敦人名滙，一進門酒店大堂和一層公區電梯廳整體裝修視覺很靚麗奪目。到了住宿的樓層，電梯打開的引入眼簾的就是低調濃濃的英倫風。房間更是意外得到了升級，寬敞明亮，房間內各處細節都能深深體會到店家的用心，衞生間很乾凈整潔，洗漱用具一應俱全；衣帽間衣架也超多；最大的亮點是按摩椅，雖然酒店有班車，景點之間還可以打車，但景點內還是要靠自己的腳來走，所以每天結束跑景點後可以舒適的享受按摩並得到休整。最後不得不提的是漢普閣全日套餐，從早餐到下午茶，再到晚上的雞尾酒，食物品種很豐富，用很新鮮新鮮的食材烹製，衹可惜自己肚子實在裝不下。另外酒店還有游泳池、健身房和SPA，這些雖然來不及體驗，但可以留給下次來澳門的一個念想。所以下次來澳門還是首選倫敦人名滙！

From the initial contact by Catherine Londoner Guest Relations Team to the pickup limo by Brian at Heng Qin port to the arrival at the main entrance, received by Gordon 吳鎮宇 star captain team manager to the suite it’s a great impression of tops hotelier experience ! The afternoon tea and evening cocktail reception literally occupied the rest of our evening at The Residence, Londoner restaurant operation for guests. Many thanks to Jessica Exec manager who introduces us various gourmet foods and canapés and offers a special plate of strawberries and blueberry to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary. To our surprise, the Guest Relations Team delivers a cake to our room in the evening at 9:30pm. The next day breakfast at The Residence restaurant is sumptuous and exquisite. Elna Exec manager from Taiwan personally serves tea and suggests a few dim sum items for us to taste. Our one day stay at Londoner is filled with joy and 感恩to all the Londoner staffs who pamper us with genuine hospitality and professionalism. The top quality of the staff, the food quality and the ambiance contribute to our precious memories. Gordon and Fiona, Stephen(?)who offers us guidance to maneuver around Londoner Sands , Venetian shoppes, assisted our departure inn a limousine at 4pm. We will be back. C'è un corridoio aereo dal secondo piano di Londra, che può andare a comprare cose da Parigi. L'hotel di Zhuang e London Hotel sono nello stesso gruppo di edifici, e i negozi esenti da imposte sono piccoli di quelli di Parigi.Le macchine del campo di intrattenimento possono essere usate direttamente con HK$, altri modi per cambiare il banconota. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Macau, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. First and foremost, the staff truly made our stay memorable. Michelle, in particular, was outstanding. Her attentiveness and genuine care for our needs enhanced our experience significantly. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our visit. One of the lovely surprises during our stay was the thoughtful thank-you card and a little gift for my bambino. It was such a heartwarming gesture that made us feel special and appreciated, adding a personal touch that we will always remember. We also indulged in the afternoon tea service in our room, which was set up beautifully. The atmosphere was both nice and romantic, creating the perfect backdrop for our tea time. The staff who organized this were incredibly thoughtful, ensuring that every detail was just right. The room itself was a haven of comfort. It was not only beautifully appointed, but the view was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to such stunning scenery in the morning was a highlight of our stay. Lastly, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It is within walking distance of local restaurants and parks, making it easy for us to explore the area and find fun activities for our child to enjoy. However, the only downside I noticed was that some of the cutlery, specifically the knives and forks, seemed a bit old and worn out. While the overall dining experience was delightful, a refresh of these items could elevate the dining experience even further. Overall, my stay at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Macau was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience. Our room was upgraded with nice view where we can enjoy the musical fountain just in front of Wynn Palace hotel. Breakfast is superb with variety of choices. Location is very strategic which connected to Cotai East station. Definitely worth to revisit again.

I had a not so good experience staying at this hotel. I arrived around 3:15pm and the room was still not ready. Front desk staff told us that we still need to wait another 45 minutes or so, and offered us free welcome drinks at the lounge beside, well that’s the least they could do when check-in time was supposed to be at 3:00pm. I requested higher floors and they only gave me a room on the 17th floor, and there are like 30+ floors. They told me that’s the only room available, I’m disappointed in that as I have booked my room a few days ago and waited so long at checkin. I requested a non-smoking room, but when I entered the room there was a pungent smell of cigarette smoking. I immediately contact front desk and requested a room change but they refused and told me that’s the only room they have available (would that be possible in such a big hotel?). The hotel just brought an air purifier, which only kill germs but does not deodorize, and we had to face with the smell of cigarettes during our stay. In general the room was spacious and had modern design, just not too practical. The bathroom is large but the shower and the bathtub is very far separated, which is very inconvenient after a bath to walk all the way to the shower when you’re all wet. They also have an electric toilet, but the toilet board itself is very small, I wonder how a tall foreigner can sit on it? One thing I would like to compliment is that the welcome fruits are very fresh and there are many snacks to choose from. The indoor pools is not up to standard as it is relatively small in size, only good for children to play, and also they only had a few chairs for swimmers to use. The hotel is far from the main area of the studio city centre, we had walk quite a bit to the main area where all the shops and restaurants are. The entrance is “enclosed” but building besides, so feeling much isolated when entering from the front entrance.

Really really spacious hotel room and service was tip top. Really appreciate the hospitality and service that we had throughout our stay. Hotel room is always filled with replenished fruits and small gifts like eye mask or room mist, which makes us more appreciative of the little things. Thank you for the kind service.
