Booked this room for the second time as it is really convenient to everywhere. New Yaohan, Senado Square etc. Many small eateries and shops around the corner. Room is huge and I love the amenities and facilities provided by the hotel. Daily breakfast set was flavorful too with some Chinese dimsum / local variety.

The room was amazing. It was a two-room suite on the third floor with a balcony overlooking the river. It’s in a peaceful neighborhood on the tip of the Macao peninsula. Good if you want to be away from the crowds, though it’s about a 25-minute walk to the main historic sites. The hotel felt a bit like a work in progress. The staff was obliging but not always there. There are no elevators and there’s no one outside to help you bring your luggage up the stairs to the lobby. Our room keycards stopped working every day so we had to get them reset. A basic breakfast was included - two pieces of dim sum, congee (rice porridge) and two boiled eggs. The hotel no longer has a restaurant but it has a cafe with an atmospheric outdoor seating area that was popular in the afternoon for coffee and cakes or drinks and bar snacks. There are a couple of tourist sites a short walk north of the hotel: the A-Ma Temple, which sprawls up a hillside, and the Maritime Museum. There are a couple of good Portuguese restaurants a little further north. First is “A Lorcha”, which is on the touristy side, and then on the same street is “Restaurante Litoral”. The hotel is near the last stop on the light-rail line, so you can get to the Taipa casinos and the airport that way.

Nice hotel and would stay again. We got connecting rooms for 4 adults and one toddler. They provided a crib and bath toiletries. Staff were also kind enough to heat up leftover food for my toddler so I can feed it to him in the room. Pools looked awesome but we were too cold to swim although we saw people swimming in the pool every day when we were there so maybe it was heated. The cube kingdom was really big, and my toddler had a fun time in it, but it does cost extra. Cleanliness I gave a four because I always think hotels with carpets are inherently a bit dirtier, but it’s probably way too much money to change all the carpet into hardwood floors at this point.

Immaginate di andare in una gemma nascosta che si sente come se avesse dovuto farsi cadere questa città in età attuale.Benvenuti all'Hotel Andaz! Dal momento in cui passi attraverso le porte, si è accolti con un caldo che ti fa sentire a casa. Mi hanno anche scortato l'ascensore dal loro bel personale, che già imposta il tono per un'esperienza speciale. Il tuo check-in è in attesa al terzo piano, ma non preoccuparti! L'equipaggio è lì per guidarti ogni passo della strada. Immagina questo: arrivate alla fine della sera, e c'è un salotto fantastico pronto a accogliervi con rinfrescamenti. Puoi spruzzare il tuo drink mentre prendi in un incantevole sole di parola per un inizio perfetto per il tuo soggiorno! E non perdete di vista le camere! Quando sono entrato nella mia, ero encantato dai colori caldi e dalla bagno immacolata. Ma aspettate, c'è un tubo in una stanza standard! In una piccola città come Macao, questo è puro lusso che molti hotel non possono godere. Oh, e qui c'è una bella sorpresa: nel cappuccio, troverete una scatola di famosi biscotti di mandorla, un trattamento da provare che parla al cuore di Macao. Quindi, se stai cercando un'esperienza inoltrabile piena di comfort e servizio attento, l'Hotel Andaz è il luogo da essere. Fidati, non vuoi andartene, e posso promettervi che sarò felice di tornare, riuscire a riempire tutte le sue piacevoli offerte!
