Comfortable and spacious room. Nice deco. Modern facilities, multi pin plug and charging cable provided. I love the selection of pillows. Room is not fully sound proof but keeps the sound of traffic out although does not keep sound of guests talking loudly.. Breakfast was good value for money. Great service - doorman solved the issue of shuttle service for me. Easy to check in and out. Many English-speaking staff. Nice pool and gym. 5 star experience.

Check in was very smooth and fast, the lady who checked us was very nice and professional (I forget her name). Front desk staff provide the best service and this is very important, very polite good attitude and service. Staff here make you feel at home and you feel welcoming, so far this is the first hotel in Macau that we feel this kind of warm services. Beautiful spacious clean room and great view from the window, all I can say is amazing. All amenities are provided, and the shower water pressure is very strong i like it. The hotel also provides shuttles to a few places like Lisboa Macau, Macau tower and Jai Alai which make our stay more convenient. In my opinion Artyzen Grand Lapa is the best hotel we have ever stayed in so far, maybe not the biggest or luxurious but their service is the best we ever received.

Perfect choice if you want to stay away from the crowded ****** area in Macau. Overall is good value but don’t expect too much comparing to the top hotels of its vicinity.

One of the best resorts I have stayed in. I travel all over the world and the facilities here are incredible. Lovely clean outside pool and jacuzzi, reasonable and tasty pool food menu. The staff are all lovely and so helpful. Big shout out to Maree who was delightful. Also a huge shout out to Carlos and Allen in the bar upstairs. They kept us entertained and satisfied with a range of bespoke cocktails. We had the most amazing stay and we will be back!!

Great hotel in the city centre, perfect to explore the city and relax with the outdoor pool.

Love this hotel so so much! Highly recommend this hotel in Macau! "Attention to details" is always what I looking for, as a person working in the hospitality industry for years. Through every small thing, you can tell so much effort that this hotel’s whole team put into it. I was attending an event last weekend with my workmates. We had a very tight schedule, we don't need too much entertainment in the hotel, I was looking for an accommodation that we could work and relax at the same time, so I booked Aytyzen Grand Lapa. There's no disappointment found. The front desk staff warmly greeted us and introduced the hotel facilities in details, very gentle tone to reminds me should enjoy the moment in this gorgeous place. The room is beautiful, clean and neat. The washroom amenities are well chosen, the aroma is pleasant and the texture is pleasant high quality which really enhance the whole experience of the room. The location is good too, the neighbourhood is quiet and safe. Walking distance 12 mins to reach the attraction Guan Yin Statue Macau. Enjoy having an easy walk after dinner from hotel. Next day, we called housekeeper in the morning to refill the coffee mate, the housekeeping lady approached with smile and asked if we need anything else. I had a very good sleep with comfy environment, bed is good, temperature is perfect, lighting is just right. Enjoyed watching the street with my coffee, nice view from the room. The other thing I was looking forward is the swimming pool! It looks beautiful in the photos, and it truly is!My colleague could swim in the morning then got refresh, this is like a bonus in a business trip. Visited the cake shop after we checked out, the cakes looks amazing, and I really like they have Macau themed pastry - Bolo Fios de Ovos. We enjoyed the stating and definitely will come back next time!

This was my first time visiting Macau, and I only had three days to enjoy some relaxation. I tried this hotel for the first time, and it provided me with a very relaxing and comfortable experience. Everything was done exceptionally well, from the check-in process to the information provided. The overall amenities of the hotel really surprised me. I will definitely stay at this hotel again with my family and friends next time. Excellent service👍👍👍

The check in process was smooth and enjoyable, big thank you to Linda for such a good 1st mpression. My room was on 11th floor with a view of the pool and Sands. Very soft, comfy bed with a huge bathroom (rain shower is amazing here). There were a few issues though, their water kettle didn't work and I called for help. 4hrs later it still wasn't resolved, I called again and 1hr later it's finally replaced. I find it unfortunate to see that it takes a 5star hotel 5hrs to fix a broken kettle. The next morning I tried to use the coffee capsules machine, but again... it doesn't work. I called for help and this time it was quick, but the male staff who came in looked very unhygienic and didn't take off his shoes ,walking around inside the room. Then a female staff replaced the machine shortly and she was wonderful. The pool area has a slide, one jacuzzi along with a nice gym and locker rooms. I have to emphasize the locker rooms because inside also has another jacuzzi, wet+dry steam rooms and private massage rooms. Slippers, towels, lotions, shampoo, body wash, hair dryer are all provided. I especially enjoyed the steam rooms, very clean and relaxing. The cleanliness of the overall hotel is very good, except for some small coffee/soda stains left on the table from the room when I checked in. I think the resort needs to make sure all appliances are 100% working and cleaned room before the guests arrive, because I was definitely bothered and disappointed in this area, as I expected better from a high quality resort

Great experiences, good memories, the room was available earlier, size of the rooms are small, but well finish, plenty of activities at the club house, great traditional style. Perfect for kids trip. With the sciences museum near and some big parks.

Spacious room, clean. Helpful staff. Really nice pool area and spa zone. It was a pleasant stay.

Nice family hotel, close to Fisherman’s warf and 25-30 mins walk to old Macao. The pool area is nice , the pool is deep and there a hot jacuzzi outside and inside. Breakfast is quite good for the European taste, not a very big choice though. Not sure if there’s a shuttle to the boarder , we used Sands shuttle bus that it’s 2 mins walk. In general I liked everything considering the price and quality
