Nice hotel with clean rooms and good amenities. Staff are very friendly !  It’s close to a ****** and eateries. Will stay in this hotel again.

Always a pleasant stay from pool to staff everything but this time for some reason the TV wasn’t working for screen mirroring only the local channel only that part is off.

Upon checking-in Front Desk receptionist named Will and Patrick assigned room all my preferences not achieved. I was disappointed by their guests service towards me as I know the hotel was in low occupancy on that day. Fortunately, after 3rd attempt I called reception and Mr. Arielle and Ms. Linda managed my room well. Was so relieved, I am so much thankful for their great service.

Better than I expected , clean and cozy. Located in peninsula. will reserve again if the price is fair

Good location. Access to many restaurants and transportation just a few minutes walk. Very clean and big room. Breakfast is ok but not too much choices. Hotel bar was nice we enjoyed happyhour there. Swimming pool was a great attraction. The only complaint is we are not allowed to use the hotel restroom in emergency after we checked out. Overall its a nice hotel.

Good location good service if you are staying at Macau definitely here will be a choice. Not far the touristic areas. It is close to the ferry terminal but not really the walking distance

I recently stayed at Grand Lapa and had a wonderful experience. The hotel offers affordable prices that won't break the bank, making it a great option for budget-conscious travelers. Despite the cheap rates, the service was exceptional. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere for a relaxing stay.

The facilities are good specially the service, but the cleanliness inside the room im not satisfied. As the room have bad smell, and the carpet was not vaccumed.

I loved the view from the hotel. The swimming pool was not as warm as expected, everything else was great! Friendly staff and clean room.

My Macau home when away from home! I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and has become a favorite for visiting friends and family. Best pool in all of Macau!!! Excellent breakfast buffet as well! The best part of this hotel is the staff. So kind, generous and helpful!

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice to offer self-served welcome drink at the lobby under such hot weather.

Check-in and check-out were very quick. No ****** which is different from other hotels. Not all the restaurants are open everyday, but not more than 1 closed each day. Taxis aren't immediately available but didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes. Day time shuttle goes to other hotels, and bus stops are a 5 minute walk. A few minutes to walk to restaurants and stores. Very close to Fisherman's Wharf.
