My recent stay at Just Inn was fantastic. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfy, and the location was convenient. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. I highly recommend it for a pleasant stay in the city.

Room was small but good enough for solo traveler Clean but there was a very strange smell from the bathroom drain. Informed reception but they couldn’t really do anything about it Also, the constant blinking light from the smoke alarm is very annoying while trying to sleep Location is great. For the money would say it’s a decent option but could do better

Cosy hotel close to city center, next to kura river. Our room was the worst room looking back of the building which was a total messy sight on that part. Other than that, some hotel staff was very helpfull. Its ok to stay for couple of days in my opinion.

I have booked two nights, but couldn’t sleep well at first night because the bed was too soft and pillow was too high, plus could hear all noises from the streets , so I applied to cancel second night, but hotel didn’t approve it, so I have to leave with bad experience and without refund for next day, in addition, the decorations were too old, and breakfast was almost nothing there, so highly recommended travelers choose carefully.

Very irresponsible bad staff. uncomfortable bed. The bathroom is dirty. The air conditioner did not work. The noise of the cars that does not make you sleep

Отель очень хорошенький, понравился , интерьер приятный, подсветки , в ванной всё необходимое имеется (фен, мыло, шампунь, полотенца), есть халаты, тапочки. В целом всё понравилось. Единственное заселение я понимаю что с 14:00 положено, мы приехали в 13:00 и нас не заселили, ушли гулять в город и в итоге заселились только в 18:00 вечера . Хотя хотелось принять душ , переодеться и сбросить некоторые вещи с рюкзаков и сумочек (эти вещи не влезли в чемоданы которые мы оставили на ресепшн). В целом по Тбилиси наблюдается такая история- не особо стараются заселить чуть раньше 14:00 , даже несмотря на то что номера прибраны уже и в целом в них не жили последние сутки . В общем заселили нас с подругой сначала в номер в одной кроватью - мы бронировали номер с 2 кроватями , сначала нам пытались сказать что номер с 1 кроватью у нас , но это не так . В итоге нормально перезаселили - в номер с 2 кроватями и нам достался красивый вид из окна .

موقع ممتاز قريب من جميع الخدمات ( بقالة ومطاعم وكافيهات) بالاضافة قريب من جميع الانشطة الموجودة في تبليسي فقط دقائق من الفقندق ولو تحب السير تعتبر قريبه جدا من المعالم

真是太離譜了，一進房間沒有廁紙也沒有紙巾，打電話問前台，前台回覆要check一下，雖然不知道需要check什麼東西，但還是等待他回覆。過了半小時回覆我們，目前他們沒有toilet paper 也沒有tissues，sorry…我們花錢這些都沒有也不想辦法補給，就光冷漠的説sorry…後來下樓我們又想多確認一下，結果被告知它們在運輸當中，微笑臉…第二天退房了這事也沒跟進… 除去這些，房間窗户還漏風…太差評了

我覺得他們的酒店非常的乾淨，然後入住標準，其實有類似於國內的如家商旅這個標準，但是其實比如加上要更加的趕緊，然後前台服務特別好，早餐也更好吃
