This is such a wonderful gem of a hotel, it makes Lyon feel like a holiday home almost immediately. The front desk staff was only too happy to open the door to greet you, they are located in their own cozy corner on the ground floor, rather spartan because everything else - bar, breakfast spot, cocktail lounge - is up the stairs. The hotel may look deceptively quiet but we have stayed in such places where you feel like you have the whole place to yourself, when actually, it does have other hotel guests. Perched on the ancient Fourviere hills and two minutes down the slope from the Roman amphitheatre, the location is within walking distance to the Notre Dame as well as the funicular down to Vieux Lyon. The pool is really relaxing after a whole day of exploring the walking city, and has a fabulous spa of steam and sauna and massage services (book ahead). We checked in slightly earlier and were redirected to the cafe with a wide view of the city and rivers. Food was excellent. The concierge team is very friendly - Francois, Julien and Alvaro can quickly suggest and advise and research for you. Francois sorted out a dinner reservation for me where I had booked the wrong date and purchased extra meal vouchers. A really lovely time, we are telling everyone to go to Lyon now.

Ottima posizione sia per visitare Lione che per visitare i meravigliosi dintorni. Raggiungibile in auto, dispone di un servizio di valet parking a 29 euro a notte. Hotel molto bello, stanze grandi, dotate di molti confort (macchina da caffè, bollitore, accappatoi ecc.). Colazione buona in una sala un po' più piccola che limita un po' la possibilità di scelta. Personale gentile e premuroso.

裏昂最好的5星級酒店。屋內現代裝修風格，現代衛生間裝修和設施，住着非常舒服。我們是7月份來尼斯，室外溫度高達38度，本來擔心空調不行，結果證明擔心是多餘的。空調冷量充足。酒店的外觀很漂亮，在河邊，看起來像是宮殿，其實是一個大型醫院改建的。因為是一個大型的綜合體，除了酒店還有10家左右的餐廳，和一些商店。早餐也非常豐富。地理環境非常好，步行可達市中心任何景點。

L'hotel è a 50 metri vicino all'hotel intercontinentale, anche sul fiume.Ma a causa della decorazione e della trasformazione, sembra buono, ma vivere, non importa se è un letto o un mento, non è più comodo come l'hotel intercontinentale.Il prezzo non è molto vantaggioso rispetto all'intercontinente. Abbiamo pianificato di vivere tre notti a Lyon, ma il continente può fornire una casa di due notti, e vivere qui per una notte senza ostacoli.Inoltre, l'hotel offre la colazione inglese e c'è anche una grande differenza tra la colazione americana offerta dall'intercontinente.

Hotel 5* ben posizionato fiancheggiando il maestoso e suggestivo fiume Rodano Meno suggestivo l’hotel che pur non avendo nulla di specifico da recriminare non ha una sua personalità che lo distingue, è una struttura classica ben frequentato, per Business. La suite che abbiamo avuto di 80 mq. è invece da definire ottima: un' ampia camera matrimoniale con relativo grande bagno e tanti prodotti di cortesia Hermes. Vasto soggiorno che separa la camera da un ampio salotto, che puô diventare anch'esso una camera con annesso un proprio bagno. La sala colazione all’ottavo piano godeva di un’immensa vista panoramica sulla città e il fiume, il buffet era buono e vario, non così i piccoli tavolini spogli. Abbiamo prenotato il cenone di Capodanno che era anche di qualità, ma la sala era la stessa della colazione con gli stessi piccoli tavolini spogli, senza una tovaglia, senza un addobbo. Una particolare menzione per il Concierge Sébastien, che è stato gentilissimo e molto efficiente. La colazione non era compresa nel prezzo della camera, come pure il Garage.

Questa è la seconda volta che ho soggiornato al Grand Hotel des Terreaux. L'hotel è in una posizione centrale a Lyon, e mi piace lo stile. Il servizio era eccellente, parlano inglese, e mi piaceva il buffet per colazione. La camera che ho soggiornato era molto bella, ma sul lato più piccolo, tipica per le camere d'albergo in Francia. Il letto era molto comodo per me, e la camera aveva un aria condizionata grande, perché può essere molto calda in Francia. L'accesso senza fili è stato incluso, e veloce e affidabile. In generale, un ottimo hotel posso consigliarlo molto.

Era la mia prima visita a Ibis Style. (conosco e frequento Accor da un vita.) ma in particolare questo marchio.. Situato alla gara di Lyon onestamente ci ha parzialmente delusi. Mi aspettavo più comodità. Nessun frigorifero in camera. Non era presente il phon tanto meno una presa 220 in bagno. TV bella e piatta ma fissa al muro e scomoda per uno dei due ospiti. Insomma per quasi 100 euro con colazione potrebbero fornire qualche accessorio in più. Letto al limite per 2 trattandosi di un matrimoniale alle francese. Personale comunque molto gentile e accomodante in particolare la signorina Pauline.

La posizione è sul bordo della stazione ferroviaria, più turbolente ma molto buona.Il servizio di ricezione ama rispondere in modo inconveniente.Il pavimento della stanza è sporco, e la porta della stanza accanto può essere aperta, sentendo la finestra di notte.Il colazione è comune.Non vivrà qui la prossima volta.

The Best Western St. Antoine, Lyon, is beautifully situated steps away from the pedestrian bridge to the old town and steps away from the multitude of good cafes on rue Merciere. Many museums and important sites are walkable. Although small, the hotel has been designed for customer comfort. Our room had a closet, desk, night tables, wonderful shower, tv with one English language channel, mini-bar fridge, and a very comfortable bed. The room was very clean. We don't always take breakfast in a hotel, but the breakfast here was fresh and varied, including a fresh fruit salad each morning offered in a well lit room. Lastly, staff was knowledgeable and accommodating. We would stay here again.

J'avais zappé de laisser un commentaire. Le système d'évaluation ne permettant que de mettre moyen ou très bon, j'ai mis très bon mais pour moi, l'évaluation serait serait : bon. En résumé, points positifs, très bien placé et même si le quartier est bruyant et animé, nous n'avons pas été gênés. L'accueil était sympathique et le personnel agréable et serviable. Appartement propre. Points négatifs, la pièce à vivre était trop petite ainsi que la salle de bains. Par ailleurs, alors que nous ne faisions rien de spécial à part discuter avec nos deux adolescents, on a aussi dû bouger la table pour installer le couchage, nous avons été tancés par un agent du personnel de sécurité parce que des clients se plaignaient du bruit (il était 22h...) la forme de la remontrance au vu du non sujet.

01.Hotel De Ville
When you travel you expect to be treated fairly and justly. This hotel did not. It started off ok but it was hot when we were there and there was no air conditioning in our room. Our room was on the street side and we either had to open a window and listen to loud noise or sweat. They did give me a broken fan and the next day when I complained they said that I should have asked for a better fan. BUT they knew the fan was defective as previous guests had stuffed paper into the neck to try to get the fan to stay upright. The staff said they would call the police to stop the noise after 10 but you cannot call enough police to hold down a crowd of noisy people. The staff promised me a better room the next day but then changed their mind (after I complained to **********) telling me that since I purchased a reduced fare through a discount site, that I would not get a better room. I decided to move to a better hotel since there were many in the area. Then the hotel would not give me a refund. I am out $275 SO here is my suggestion. There are many hotels in the area a lot better with a lot better customer service. Find a better one. Next, never book a hotel that does not say specifically that they will give a refund. Next, never pay at the hotel, pay through **********. Next, if you book through a discount site, make sure the hotel has air conditioning in ALL rooms or you will get the worst room in the house. Un hotel ben situato, purtroppo, il parcheggio è pubblico Parcheggio Place de la République senza accesso diretto all'hotel. Il personale di pulizia ha preso il tempo di mettere i miei bagni nel kit di mio marito ... tanto per rendere il vostro ambiente a casa. Il bar non è molto ben memorizzato, ma il colazione è buono, la ricezione è ben attrezzata e la gente è molto amichevole e utile.

Grande posizione, nel cuore del centro di Lyon. - Una stanza pulita. Molti buoni ristoranti in strada e intorno - e fortunatamente non sono nudi in camera. Il ricevitore del turno notturno è amichevole e bello. Per un hotel 4-star, sarebbe bello se l'acqua in bottiglia potesse essere fornita nella stanza, anche se il riempitore d'acqua è disponibile alla reception. Ma bene, il fatto è che 4-star hotel standard in Europa è certamente inferiore a 4-star hotel in Asia.
