È un soggiorno piacevole e confortevole. La posizione è proprio accanto al Lucerna Banhoff. La colazione è ottima e McDonald, Starbucks e Migros sono a portata di mano

1. Vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, esci dalla porta laterale sul lato sinistro, proprio di fronte 1. Fai il check-in e vai al mono hotel accanto. L'hotel deve essere stato ristrutturato ed è rimasto disabitato per molto tempo. C'è un odore nell'aria, quindi dobbiamo aprire le finestre per un po '. 2. Le tubature dell'acqua nella toilette, nella doccia e nella toilette sono nuovissime. 3. Il riscaldamento non funziona e l'aria è fredda di notte. L'aspiratore può essere acceso solo tutta la notte, facendo rumore tutta la notte. 4. Poiché non ci abita nessuno, i mobili hanno il cervo grigio 5. Mi sento come se fossi l'unico a vivere al primo piano

La stanza è piccola, ma il prezzo è molto conveniente vicino alla stazione ferroviaria.Il personale della reception è molto professionale e ha un buon atteggiamento, ma poiché faceva molto caldo quando sono andato lì, non avevo un condizionatore d'aria e non riuscivo a dormire bene la notte. Spero di migliorare

Located 5 min from Lucerne train station. Got to check in and out at Mono Hotel which is actually bigger. It’s a clean traditional room. Likes the breakfast spread and quality. Got coffee machine in room too.

Room is clean. However do expect a basin in the front of your bed and 2 fans as there are no air conditioner. Always keep your luggages with you and don’t leave it unattended. The hotel has only a security camera in the entrance area, there are no other cameras placed in the hotel. Just be extra vigilant!

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Alpina Luzern! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Lucerne and just a short walk from the train station and iconic Chapel Bridge. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, offering a peaceful retreat after exploring the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a warm smile. The hotel’s charm and excellent service made my visit truly memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and convenience in Lucerne !

Receptionist was friendly, patient and helpful. Hotel was conveniently located. Room was small, light bulb spoiled in the other part of the room and wasn't replaced. Coffee and tea bags provided. Bathroom was very small. Lift was very old and small. Can only fit 1 pax and a luggage each time. No frills hotel. Enjoyed the proximity to the train station, old town and the lake.

Good choice for 1 day stay in Lucerne. Less than 1 min walk from train station. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Close enough to the train station, at one of the exits. Checking in and out was a bit tricky as staff needed us to check in/out via hotel monopol. Fruits at the entrance were complimentary and at plus. Decent enough stay for the price at Lucern!

The hotel is conveniently located near the station. The receptionist was very helpful in assisting our travel need and even upgraded our room. The check in was 4 pm although we try to ask for an early check in. We will recommend this hotel to travellers

Great location....neat and clean.... nice breakfast... courteous staff.

There’s no reception at the hotel and you have to walk back to another hotel to check in / check out which is strange and troublesome. There’s also no amenities in the hotel and they expect you to go back to the location where you check in to request for it which is rather strange because by the time you realise it and is going to brush your teeth, it’s late at night. Fortunately the reception is quite friendly. Aside from that, we knew the reason why we booked the hotel was because of the location so that was a given.
