Smashing .Outstanding place..Staff couldn't be better..polite, helpful .Stay here again for sure

The room is spacious and is with standard microwave, kitchen utensils etc. Would he great if there is clothes washing machine and dryer. The water is hard to adjust between cold and hot though. There were insects flying around prior entry to the lift. Overall still ok.

Our room was on the ground floor right near the front entry sliding doors the noise was terrible and I was unable to sleep with traffic flow late and early hours I spoke to reception about it and the answer I got was they get complaints about this situation all the time Not happy

Room was clean and generous in size. Service was good and we were offered free coffee and welcome drinks too. Excellent hospitality

Very clean, nice food but room service coffee was cold. Spa was broken so was very disappointed as we chose the hotel only for the spa. Room key and phone didn't work.

I stayed in Bunbury hotel 4 times..Every time I stay there I loved it…excellent location, close to all major things, ocean view rooms, clean rooms & amazing service, thanks to the staff…highly recommended..

Great location, parking super easy. It was quiet over Easter weekend, but hotel was serving food so no issue (although we bought our own food from the supermarket instead). Room was huge and clean, and we like the small kitchen facilities and sofa area. I would say it's great value for money! Only issue we had was that they charged our credit card upfront, together with a credit card surcharge, which meant that you had to pay the surcharge as they naturally only refund the deposit amount. It would have been ok if they had told us upfront, but unfortunately I had not checked my invoice upon checking in, which resulted in some queries back and forth. The issue was resolved in the end, and my own fault for not checking, so just wanted to highlight to others.

Great staff very friendly. Only stayed one night but very nice beds and food at the restaurant.

Good location, restaurant serves great food. Service was superb and friendly.

酒店位置極佳，後門直通沙灘，也可以走去海豚探索中心。房間比較舊了。除了電視機換了新的以外，其他設施有待更新。過路班伯裏住一晚的話我覺得問題不大。
