Perfect stay! Too bad it’s foggy and I can’t see much of the view from the room. I would be back here again next summer or autumn!

The hotel locates alongside lake where is amazing view to enjoy in the morning. You can spend a whole day sitting alongside lake. Although the hotels does not locates in the city center but 15mins by bus which is bus station opposites hotel.

Even though the location requires you to take a bus to the hotel around 20mins. Bus stop just outside the hotel. 2-3mins walk. We were delighted with the hotel. Very well thought out room and design very tasteful. Very nice view of the lake. The staffs are very friendly and helpful as well.

酒店服務非常好店員 10分有禮貌笑容很好 可以預先把行李寄存，然後再琉森過來也很方便只需要搭24號巴士大約10分鐘就到酒店門口下車 而酒店的設施也很乾淨很新 酒店望花園湖可以很清楚望到雪山很 值得去住一次

整個瑞士行最滿意的酒店。出了盧塞恩火車站，馬路對面就有24路巴士，坐個幾站就直接到酒店門口，十幾分鍾，很方便。酒店直接在湖邊，我定的房型打開陽台門就看見湖泊和雪山，真是太美了。整個房間挺大的，裝修設計別具心思，濃濃度假風。適合多住兩天。

The hotel is quietly located on the outskirts of Lucerne directly on the shore of Lake Lucerne. It is only 10 minutes by bus to the city center. E-bikes are also available free of charge for our hotel guests. During the day the free of charge bus takes you to the nearby city center every 15 minutes, alternatively our front office team always calls a cab with pleasure. 在歐洲住過最舒服的酒店了，這才是名副其實的四星嘛，歐洲好多四星酒店和國內三星水準差不多。我的房間是新裝修的，寬敞、佈局合理、視野好。每天都有送小點心。服務人員也都很可愛。

雖然酒店確實不錯，但是還是覺得可能不值這個價格，確實有點虛高了，入住時間比較死板，必須要到規定時間，從火車站坐公交車要差不多十幾分鍾，直達到酒店門口，但是這一路上人着實不少，而且出行的話就必須坐公交車，不是特別方便。
