Hotel in zona Bulgari (Luzern), Lucerne

Quando arrivate alla stazione di Luzern, andate alla stazione di base fuori dalla stazione di treni e prendete il bus n. 1 o n. 19 in direzione verso Lowenplatz (3 stazioni lontane) e il bus si fermerà molto vicino all'hotel.

Perfect hotel to be close to the city centre. The price was fair, considering the location and the fact that Switzerland is generally pricey for foreigners. We happened to be here at a very hot time so an air conditioner in the room would not have been extra luxury though. Otherwise, the room was clean and the breakfast basic, but more than sufficient. The staff was also friendly and helpful. Perhaps one small note: the sanitary facilities did show some wear and tear and ageing. A shower head with lime and the sealants and grout that were a bit mouldy, these are small details, of course, but of many people pay attention to them. Apart from that, we did have a super good stay.

Definitely the best hotel service that I’ve ever had!! Staffs are super friendly and amazing, creat a really nice vibe here! I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Lucerne, I will visit again in the future. Lastly, just wanna express my sincere appreciation to the male staff who’s working at the front desk in the morning of both Feb 18th & Feb 19th as he helped a lot.

È stato un vantaggio che la colazione fosse inclusa nel prezzo. Le camere erano tenute pulite Tutte le strutture erano tenute pulite La posizione non era delle migliori, ma ti hanno dato una tessera gratuita per l'autobus durante il tuo soggiorno a Lucerna!

C'è acqua calda gratuita 24 ore su 24, c'è un supermercato con prezzi speciali in isolamento e viene fornita la cena. Ci vogliono 10 minuti per andare alla Stazione Centrale ed è facile raggiungere tutti i punti panoramici. Ma la cosa più bella è che il bagno e il bagno non sono chiusi a chiave.

The hotel is very cosy and I felt there really good. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. When I arrived they showed me everything in the hotel and explain me the important thing. I totally recommend for solo travelers. The room and shared bathroom was kept tidy and cleaned. The breakfast was really delicious. The hotel location is also perfect. From the hotel you can walk around and you are everywhere close to the nature. For me it was very pleasant stay. Thank you for everything. And I hope I will come back again :)

L'ostello era molto accogliente e una posizione conveniente. Anche se non è in realtà a Lucerne la stazione di autobus è fuori e si ottiene biglietti gratis! Le letti erano molto confortevoli e abbiamo dormito molto bene. Tuttavia, il check in desk non ha nessuno lì dalle 11 alle 14:00 controllare ... dove dovremmo mettere il nostro bagaglio? Inoltre, il doccia non sarebbe drenato e era molto piccolo e grosso. Se sei un viaggiatore di bilancio, consiglierei ancora di rimanere qui!

Overall the hotel is clean and re-newed. Good for short stay. But reception service was so slow, we arrived at around 9pm and we waited 30-40mins for the reception counter and get back to room at 10pm. Also the staff keep suggesting us to park our car in nearby carpark instead of parking slots in front of the hotel.

Ieri(20.3.22)sono stata al ristorante con famigliari.Dopo aver ordinato e espressamente richiesto la carne molto ben cotta-a mia sorella e arrivata rosa..su richiesta l‘hanno ripresa,ma senza scusarsi per i disagi di non poter mangiare insieme.Il colmo un’attimo dopo che riportano di nuovo la carne rosa dopo aver sbiecato che la voleva cotta benissimo.La rimanda di nuovo in cucina ed allora che arriva il capo del ristorante e invece di cercare di spiegare comincia ad insultare la ospite.sinceramente una cosa che non mi e mai successo!!!assolutamente incomprensibile e totalmente fuori luogo!!!alle fine c’è l‘ha fatta ad avere una fettina di vitello bencotta ma di sicuro non ci torneremo più! Dopo circa 40 anni che abbiamo festeggiato in quel locale.che tristezza e che disagio e tutto per un proprietà incapriccì e non professionale.magari bisognerebbe informazionlo che il cliente ha sempre ragione!!!!

Prima di tutto, la posizione è bella. L'hotel è pulito e tempestivo, e il personale molto amichevole. E 'un posto meraviglioso per soggiornare. Usiamo questa posizione come base per esplorare la regione. È molto tranquillo e non c'è molto traffico sulle strade in qualsiasi momento (eccetto in giro a Zurigo in un'ora di fretta). Lei ha bisogno di un'auto qui, perché non c'è niente da fare in zona. Ti faranno pagare 20 franchi per la notte per il parcheggio. Quando ci siamo fermati per 7 notti, hanno pagato un massimo di 100 franchi. Non è male, immagino. Il lato inferiore è la camera da letto. L'illuminazione è terribile. Non c'è neanche un con d'aria. Hanno fornito un fan per far saltare l'aria intorno, che ha aiutato un po'. C'è un sensore nel bagno che rileva il movimento e si accende. Il tappeto decorativo ha avuto più luce del resto del bagno. Forse tre candele sarebbe stato meglio. Il doccia ha molta energia e acqua calda, ma come si trova sopra il bagno, non mantiene l'acqua in esso.È un lavoro smettere di bagnare il pavimento. Anche la luce nella camera principale è terribile. Non abbiamo avuto una vista del lago che era la nostra scelta, ma non ci aspettavamo di essere in vista completa degli altri residenti. C'era un cieco che potresti usare per aggiungere screening e rifugio dal sole, ma sembrava avere una mente propria. A volte non scenderebbe, a volte si alzerà di nuovo senza avvertimento.
