Location is great for city shopping. Restaurant is nice and food quality is high. Stayed in a very small room without lake view. People at next building were doing gym and able to look clearly the room without too much privacy. Very noise on traffic due to proximity to the main road if you open windows for fresh air. The bathtub plug is too old and hurt my finger with loose metal chips come off. Recommend to stay only for lake view room during non-peak season. Otherwise, not very cost efficient except you get a big pocket.

Very beautiful hotel with the most wonderful view of the Lake Lucerne. Paid to get upgraded to a junior suite in the hotel and did not regret at all. The view was stunning, also the hotel provides a pair of binoculars which can be used to view the mountains too!

Very nice hotel, but preordered room breakfast came late, and they didn’t tell us the fee for the parking, which was expensive of course.

酒店本身就是歷史建築，在當地也很有名，進到酒店每一個細節角落都充滿歷史沉澱的優雅。 房間本身不大，但一應俱全，準備的welcome gift也很暖心，而且mini bar 第一輪還是全free的。另外好評是自帶多國轉換插頭，不需要另外再用轉換插 且居然還有電熱水壺！ 服務更加好得沒得説，工作人員真的很nice！ 酒店的位置非常好，從火車站步行不到8分鐘，然後就在盧塞恩湖旁邊，去每一個景點都超級方便！ 早餐就在網紅餐廳Juliette，分自助區（一些水果/麪包/冷食）和單點的熱食，很推薦 Eggwhite omettle（可以外加配菜，我選了三文魚+n種蔬菜）, 是最近吃過最好吃的一家！ 總結：很推薦的一家性價比五星級酒店

盧塞恩全國大酒店 前台帥哥人超讚 前台辦理入住，前台超級帥的小哥哥熱情的給招待冰水、給巧克力、介紹周邊旅遊景點、幫助拿行李、介紹酒店大廳服務配置、介紹房間各個功能區細緻介紹，房間有充電直插、細節服務感覺超好小哥哥會講一點英文、可能因為他有一箇中國女朋友，所以對中國人很熱情、酒店體驗第一e 祝你們幸福快樂G，下次該來這裏居住！點贊👍

住在盧塞恩湖旁，景色宜人。每天可以在窗外眺望（酒店居然佩了高倍望遠鏡）雪山、湖泊。房間也適合，寬敞。去火車站、各景點也不遠，每天晚上還送巧克力，就是價格真心貴😄，一切很滿意。
