Hotel di lusso a Phuket

My husband and I recently spent a wonderful long weekend at Naka Island and would definitely recommend this hotel. From the airport, the property is a quick drive and then five-minute boat trip, but yet we felt so far removed from the crowds and noise of many other parts of Phuket. We stayed in a garden pool villa which had almost 360-degree windows making you feel connected to the natural environment even while inside. The room had everything you could need, want, and then some. It was a beautiful, serene space that also did a lovely job of honoring its Thai roots. Outside was completely private, and we could sit by the pool either in the sun or in the shade on our covered, separate porch. Although we had our own plunge pool, we loved sitting by the main pool and enjoying the incredible views of the Andaman Sea. The food was great at all the restaurants, but we especially enjoyed our dinner at My Grill (kudos to Kit), and loved sunset at Z Bar which is an absolute must! The ladies who served us each night were fantastic! We also enjoyed kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, and biking. All equipment is provided complimentary by the hotel and was super easy to take out. The views are beautiful throughout the property, so staying in a garden villa was completely fine. But I must admit that we were able to see inside one of the ocean view villas when the gate was open for the cleaning staff, and the view was so stunning that I likely will pay the added cost to stay in one of those when we return. Some resort “ocean view” rooms are not worth the cost; I believe at Naka Island they definitely are. So … lovely room, yummy food, fun activities and stunning views … all these features definitely make Naka Island worth visiting. But what makes it so special and worth returning are the people. The warmth of the staff and what seemed to me a genuine desire to engage, befriend, and provide top-notch hospitality in every manner possible sets the hotel apart. Kudos to Kris for his role in creating this lovely environment and personally setting an example for his staff on how to make guests feel both comfortable and special. We look forward to returning to this little slice of heaven.

L'hotel ha un vasto territorio e paesaggi spettacolari. Ci siamo trasferiti in “villa piscina 212”, aveva abbastanza vecchi interni e piscina pulita. Villa deve andare alla rinnovazione ma ancora in uso. Colazione visitata una volta, così. Niente di buona qualità. Grande scelta. Non sarei tornato alla stessa villa. Ci sono anche nuove villa...

We stayed at 1BDR pool villa, and happy to have Gam as our butler. She is sweet and taking great care to us like friend. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast everyday, we love the variety and taste of food, especially the thai soup noddles! We had Tea and Happy Hour in The Club. We loved the snacks and drink in HH more(maybe we are not sweet favour), choice of snacks is not as much as other IC, but are signature. Choice of drinks served alcohol lover~ Staff are cheerful, no matter who you met in the resort. Buildings are beautiful and remarkable! We slept very good for 3 nights with cosy beds and good room temperature, almost no mosquitoes disturbed . only minor cons to remarks: 1. floor in bathroom area is slippery even it is dry, a bit dangerous. 2. temperature of fridge is too high, drink is not cold enough. To conclude, I will certainly back to IC if I revisit Phuket :)

Rosewood is the most magical resort, and my husband and I truly had one of the best nights of our life here! The beach is beautiful and feels like a private oasis, the food and restaurants are absolutely delicious, and the spa was incredible!! I surprised my husband for his 30th birthday with a private dinner, and it was a night we will cherish and remember forever. The entire room decor and set up was stunning, the food was absolutely divine, and we danced the night away - but truly the most special part was the entire Rosewood team- thank you so much Chef Luca, Kanokwan, Mew, Boouthong, Anne, and Nun. We are forever grateful for you all, and we will remember this night for the rest of our lives. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything.

Un hotel molto buono è costituito da 18 piccoli palazzi. Ogni casa è dotata di un servizio di manager speciale. La funzione della stanza è completamente super grande. Tranne che il prezzo è costoso, non c'è altro problema!

My husband and I wanted to enjoy a one-of-a kind wedding and honeymoon, and we found Keemala. We booked well in advance and found that communication with our wedding planner, Gam, was smooth and efficient. She helped arrange transportation to and from the airport, made sure we had a beautiful room, and walked us through our wedding ceremony, and after wedding events. (She even arranged for the bathtub to have flower petals in it!- very romantic!) Everyone was so pleasant and the room couldn't have been more beautiful. The staff is great, the food is amazing, and the view is breathtaking. I would highly recommend this resort. It's absolutely worth the trip.

We had an incredible stay at Amanpuri. We made sure to stay at the end of the season before the annual closure of the hotel. Communication pre and during our stay was flawless and the staff really made sure everything was prepared for our arrival. We had a beautiful Partial Sea View Pavilion which was in reality fully facing the sea and beautifully appointed. The Pavilions are in perfect condition and feel simple but luxurious just as you are expecting from an Aman hotel. People that find the rooms outdated and simple, clearly do not understand why one stays at Amanpuri. The room offers all modern amenities should you need them, but I honestly cannot remember when I last turned on the TV on a holiday stay. The entire property constantly kept in perfect condition. You mostly have the beach or pool or gym to yourself. The only time you really see all other guests is during meal times. All food and drinks was excellent, housekeeping was excellent, beach service was mostly perfect. We had one day where the service at the beach felt a bit lacklustre but it is forgivable. Every moment you spend at Amanpuri you have to remind yourself that this place really exists and you are really there. It is that beautiful. If there wouldn’t be that many Aman hotels to explore we would come back again and again and again.

Ho richiesto un piano più alto, lontano dall'ascensore e da una stanza tranquilla. La stanza Yaya che mi hanno dato per la prima notte è al livello più basso, il più vicino possibile all'ascensore e ci sono dei lavori al mattino che possono romperti l'orecchio. Il vicino canta al karaoke fino alle 3 del mattino. Sono andato al ristorante giapponese per teppanyaki, tutto quello che volevo ordinare non era disponibile. Ho richiesto uno spogliatoio ma mi daranno semplicemente cose simili. Il secondo giorno sono stato infettato dal covid, mi hanno detto che non potevo lasciare la stanza ma prima non mi era stato detto. Il rumore dei lavori è insopportabile e pagare 350 dollari per la camera Ya Ya con una piccola piscina e un rumore terribile è ridicolo. Mi hanno trasferito alla villa dopo aver richiesto il rimborso e aver provato a fare il check-out un giorno prima. Vabbè, la villa è carina ma l'esperienza complessiva non è l'ideale.

I recently stayed at this resort and overall, I had a decent experience. Thay upgraded me to romance sea view which i think not much different from what i had booked,view was blocked by trees and other villa . The staff was very friendly and accommodating, which made my stay more enjoyable. The place was also very clean and well-maintained, which was a huge plus. However, one major downside was the number of insects that came out at night. They were very noisy and made it difficult to sleep well. If you're a light sleeper or easily bothered by insects, this may not be the best place for you. The breakfast was pretty standard and nothing to shout about. It was good enough to get me through the morning, but nothing special. The biggest downside for me was the price. It was quite expensive compared to other hotels in the area, and I'm not sure if it was worth the extra cost. Overall, if you have plenty of money to spend and are looking for a quiet place to stay, this hotel may be a good option for you. However, if you're on a budget or easily bothered by insects, you may want to look elsewhere.There are plenty of resorts and hotels near kata,my 3 cents worth of experience One last thing ,i was bothered by the breakfast staff who impatiently told off a chinese lady,wait wait,just wait.If she decided to work in a service industry,she need to have more patient towards customer

Abbiamo apprezzato molto il nostro soggiorno, molto adatto ai bambini e la piscina è fantastica e la spiaggia di Nai Yang è bellissima. Le tipologie di camera con accesso alla piscina sono le migliori!! La colazione offre ottime varietà e il personale è molto attento. Gli addetti ai buggy sono super disponibili (Breeze è quello che mette sempre i suoi sorrisi😊), grazie ancora per averci regalato una vacanza memorabile.
