Wow, what a great place. Not too loud as it’s in a side street but the staff were amazing. VIJAY, ELIZA and Sainadh were all superb, very helpful printing documents, 20p each, helped me with early check in £30 and very helpful with local infrormation. If you’re going to the embassy it’s a £7 Uber away, perfect location and great place.

thhe room was too small and had an opening on the roof wigh a glass cover, so youhave dayflight in thhe room always. i had to pay for a differnt room

Excellent location, very comfortable bed, stayed at underground level was very quite & private.
Perfect sleep at night with NO Siren sound leak into the room.
Hotel staffs are super friendly especially hotel manager Vijay & Breakfast service man (Indian - Mr.Sinir) **sorry if I remembered his name incorrectly **

離美國大使館走路15min還是很方便的，服務態度也很不錯，房間裏有拖鞋和免費水；但是問題是隔音特別差勁，我住在G層，別人關門開門我聽的清清楚楚所以沒睡好；窗户是在頭頂有個天窗，但是詭異的是簾子拉開了一半而且自己沒法關，所以第二天早上陽光就直射你的眼睛；還有就是衞生，我第二天早上才發現床單上有黃色污漬，但剩下的還好，也沒覺得很臟；總而言之如果是為了辦簽證來的那可以湊活住一下，剩下的就算了

總體很不錯，算是乾淨的，窗子有點小，附近很安靜，前台很熱情，入住有小零食，在倫敦這個價格算是不錯了，位置跟着google map很容易找到，攜程的價格我感覺很棒對比了幾個這裏最低，離美簽的地方步行10分鐘左右，附近步行10分鐘的地方有超市和地鐵，公交，火車三合一的站叫”vauxhall”，離倫敦眼，大本鐘步行30分鐘左右，離國王十字火車站地鐵30分鐘可到。酒店門口有可以吃brunch的當地小店，店主很熱情，很普遍的英式早餐。

周圍很安靜，工作人員也很好。離地鐵站稍微有點點遠，大概要走10分鐘左右。最好別訂沒窗的房間，在負一樓，有點悶悶的。沒窗的房間白天也很暗，很適合睡覺。

如果沒有特別理由為啥住這個鴿子籠！且不論，淋浴水在冬夜裡根本不可能給你一絲温暖，分明是故意設定的低温。居然沒人會主動打掃房間，晚上回來，還是和出門時一樣，連浴巾都沒更換，頓時悔不住利茲卡爾頓。前台小哥態度永遠客氣，他會驚訝地告訴你：沒人告訴過你嗎？你不主動提出來，是沒人給你打掃房間的。好吧，我衹想泡杯茶取暖，小哥説，這兒有茶袋，衹管隨意。並非特別不好，沒地方時將就一下的地方。對了，入住時，要刷卡，以為是刷按金，結果發現刷的是預訂時的房費，問了三回並告訴他已預付，這才發現錯了。否則如果你退房就這麼走了，這得多麻煩

Was upgraded to top floor, room 22. Very comfortable. Shampoo, shower gel provided. Tea /coffee/water. Couldn’t work out how to close the window, reception kindly came up to assist. Portuguese restaurant next door was good. Short walk to Nine Elms (8 min walk) and Vauxhall (10 min walk) stations. US Embassy 7 min walk from Nine Elms. Solo and felt v safe.
