Niente ascensore, connessione Wi-Fi scarsa e, cosa peggiore, in piena estate, l'aria condizionata in camera era rotta e il caldo era insopportabile. Ho provato a cambiare camera e mi hanno detto che l'hotel era al completo. Sicuramente non vale più di 150 sterline a notte.

La posizione dell'alloggio è eccellente, con comodo accesso sia alla metropolitana che alle linee degli autobus. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile e la camera è pulita e confortevole. L'unica pecca è la colazione, che è più uno spuntino leggero che un pasto completo. Nel complesso, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccellente e consigliamo vivamente questo hotel.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno fantastico in questo hotel! La pulizia era assolutamente di prim'ordine, con ogni angolo della stanza immacolato e ben tenuto. La doccia è stata un altro punto forte: pressione e temperatura dell'acqua perfette hanno reso l'esperienza incredibilmente rinfrescante. È chiaro che lo staff è orgoglioso di mantenere standard elevati. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque cerchi comfort e qualità durante il proprio soggiorno!"

È un hotel a tre piani senza ascensore e con scarso isolamento acustico. Il banco assistenza è al primo piano e risponde a tutte le domande. Il servizio è abbastanza buono. Vedendo che avevo una valigia grande, ha preso l'iniziativa di aiutarmi a spostarla al terzo piano. Naturalmente ho anche dato una buona mancia. L'igiene è accettabile. La stanza è relativamente pulita e completamente attrezzata. Nel complesso va bene.

Hotel molto pulito e funzionale. Perfetto per le nostre esigenze. L'unico lato negativo sono i molti gradini, niente bar/ristorante. Le camere erano minime ma proprio ciò di cui avevamo bisogno.

More than adequate for a short city break. Many cafes,shops , pubs and restaurants around walking distance.  Reception guy is very friendly and cheerful.  Room is a bit tiny but this is expected for London.

I thought this was going to be a better hotel than what it actually is. It is a clean, nicely decorated cheap hotel. I come to London once or twice a year and always stay in Earls Court or Hammersmith. The seraphine always comes up as an option in my booking searches, but is always notably more expensive than places like the Premier Inn, Point A, W14, and Best Western: Boltons, so I always choose one of those. This time I had a last-minute change of itinerary, and needed to book only a week in advance of arrival, and Seraphine was less expensive, so I stayed here. It is not, in any way better than those other options. There was nothing "wrong" with my stay here, but nothing stands out as a reason to choose this. As long as the Premier Inn Hammersmith exists, there is no reason to choose to stay at the Seraphine. The fact is, however, that if I do a search now, for a stay 4 months from now, the Seraphine would cost 50% MORE than the Premier Inn on Shepards Bush Road. This place is not equal to, and certainly not better than the Premier Inn. My main negative was the size of the room, compared to what is pictured on the booking sites. I am very accustomed to tiny rooms at some of the affordable London hotels, but the way this room was laid out, there were only a few inches of space between the foot of the bed and the wall on which the TV was mounted. To get from one side of the room (where the door and closet are) to the other side of the room (where the desk and the bathroom are), you have to crawl ON the bed. There is not enough space to walk at the foot of the bed (the space is less than the width of your foot, much less your legs). I don't think there will ever be a reason for me to stay here again; there are better options for the same or less money.

The location is good, there are a lot of stores available nearby and and it is not far from Hammersmith station. The room was small though and didn’t correspond the picture. Very small sink. No elevator. The reception desk was in a different corner and had a separate entrance. The breakfast is in the box. The staff was good though! The water pressure for hot water was good. However, I still do not understand why in some sites the hotel is rated as 4star-hotel. It is one hundred percent 3star-hotel. I am not sure if I want to stay next time…

Perfect, I stayed here alone for 2 days and it’s a really nice place, no elevator but if your luggage isn’t too heavy it should be fine :) The room was clean but there were still some stain like toothpaste on the bathroom door and other stains but it’s not really disturbing… The free breakfast is nice and changes everyday. I highly recommend this place, the lady at the reception was also really lovely :)
