Consigliato, ottima la posizione per muoverai a Londra ed hotel pulito con buoni servizi.

Ho soggiornato 4 notti, la colazione è stata la stessa per 4 giorni. La colazione non è buona e non è molto varia. L'hotel è in fase di ristrutturazione e la finestra è bloccata con rami di ferro. Non c'è il frigorifero in camera. L'aria condizionata è buona. La camera è piccola e non si possono aprire due valigie grandi. L'asciugacapelli non può essere utilizzato nel bagno con doccia perché non c'è una presa adatta. La metropolitana di Southwick è raggiungibile a piedi in 7 minuti. Ma la metropolitana era chiusa durante la mia visita. La metropolitana di Waterloo è raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti. Il Tower Bridge è raggiungibile a piedi in 30 minuti.

Posizione eccellente, vista mozzafiato e servizio impeccabile, soprattutto da parte di Natalia. Torneremo sicuramente e consiglieremo questo posto ai nostri amici!

Il cibo per la colazione con scelta limitata e non cambia. C'era una macchia sull'asciugamano da bagno. C'è stata una pulizia tardiva nella mia stanza verso le 16:30 mentre ho esposto l'avviso sul nodo della porta che la mia stanza era pronta per la sessione mattutina.

La posizione è buona. Minimarket a 2 minuti a piedi. La stazione ferroviaria è a soli 5 minuti a piedi. La colazione è decente. Il posto era in costruzione in alcune aree.

Conveniente e situato in posizione strategica. Il servizio offerto dall'addetto alla reception è stato molto buono. Mio figlio ha accidentalmente premuto il pulsante di accensione e l'addetto si è subito avvicinato e ha chiesto se c'erano problemi. Questo servizio è per la reception. Ne avevo quattro colazioni di fila. È così frustrante che il tempo non sia cambiato.

La camera è spaziosa e confortevole, il servizio è caloroso e premuroso, fantastico!

Ottima esperienza a un prezzo accessibile. Ci è piaciuto tutto dell'hotel, la camera comoda, il personale era molto cordiale ma soprattutto la posizione. La colazione era fantastica, adoriamo tutto di questo hotel. Torneremmo di nuovo. Grazie.

La camera è carina e la posizione è molto comoda

Willian, il direttore è stato molto rapido nel fornire i servizi. Abbiamo chiesto un cambio di stanza e William è stato veloce ed educato nel gestire la questione. L'ho visto durante la colazione mattutina mentre introduceva e assisteva gli ospiti con i posti a sedere per la colazione. Un 5. Stelle per la squadra e William. Ben fatto.

This is a good hotel if you're looking for a more economical stay with a good breakfast. We had a great check in experience where we had arrived early and had a short wait for an early check in. The staff were very good here helping us find a table each morning for breakfast, made an ice pack for my wife's sore foot and they have a fridge to store food items behind the front desk. The location was pretty good and it was a short walk to popular attractions like Tate Modern, Shakespeare's Globe Theatre, and Burough Market. There were a few restaurants nearby and we enjoyed grabbing quick bites at many of the nearby shops including Tesco, Sainsbury's and Amazon Fresh. There are lots of hotels in the area as well. The hotel is located about a 7 minute walk from Blackfriars station which offers Thameslink Service to Gatwick Airport and connects easily to the Elizabeth Line to go to Heathrow. It is within a 15 minute walk to Waterloo and Southwark stations and there are busses that go through the area too so it makes the city very accessible. It is worth checking out the train schedule because some trains go every 20-30 minutes instead of the frequency north of the Thames. The room was nicely appointed with a comfy bed, four pillows, a small work space, a small wardrobe, tea station, large television, and some shelving to store our things. We were transiting through London and had brought three large suitcases with us and there was plenty of space for those. The hotel is located in a quieter area and the air conditioning is very strong so we enjoyed each night's sleep. There were signs posted that they were undergoing some maintenance work during our stay in August 2025 so it was very noisy after 9:30 am in the hotel. This is a temporary issue. We felt that the housekeeping could improve because we were provided with dirty hand towels a couple of times and they did not vacuum the floor at the entrance of the room. The wifi was good and if you've set up an IHG account before you can quickly and easily log in but we found that we had to reconnect each night. The bathroom was pretty good with a nice new and clean shower. The shower was very good each night with an adjustable head, eco setting, good temperature control and tight seals to keep the water in. They have unique shampoo and body wash that are kale and parsley scented. There isn't much room to hang wet towels in the bathroom but they do have hooks in the bedroom that we used. The breakfast was good and we were happy it was included in our stay. They had all the fixings for an English breakfast with particularly good sausages and rashes of bacon. They also had yoghurt, fruit, cheese and some cereal for a lighter breakfast. The coffee machine was good for made to order options and there was a good selection of tea. You can make yourself a go bag as well and they will let you take food too. If you have dietary restrictions you can let the front desk know when you check in and they will accommodate. We had a good stay here and it fit our itinerary. Picking a hotel in London can be tricky but the price, location, and room were right for us.

Close to train station and bus stop easy access to popular sights. Room and breakfast is basic but has all the essentials, staff are friendly and accommodating
