The best hotel ever!!

就當地環境來説，算不錯了，餐飲還行。但是和高爾夫沒有什麼關係，也建議別去球場了，走路去球場，球場條件很差，幾乎沒車，還各種坑。

房間小，偏貴

Abbiamo soggiornato con i nostri figli una sola notte prima di partire per il safari, ci siamo trovati bene, camera molto spaziosa, bella piscina che purtroppo non abbiamo usato perché siamo arrivati nel tardo pomeriggio e faceva freddo. La cena e la colazione molto varie e buone, servizio eccellente, consigliato!

Abbiamo soggiornato a Luglio prima di fare uno stupendo Safari, hotel molto bello e pulito. Consiglio di cenare dentro l’hotel, dove si mangia bene e i prezzi sono onesti! Complimenti a Massimo , il responsabile sul posto del Safari (Tutisanda) è un ringraziamento speciale alla nostra guida SAFARI (era il suo nome) abbiamo lasciato un pezzo del nostro cuore la!

Albergo pulito e con personale davvero gentile e disponibile. La colazione e i pranzia buffet hanno pietanze locali di vario tipo, saporite e con ingredienti freschi. La camera è modesta e pulita, con tutti i prodotti il bagno già a disposizione. Vi consiglio solo di fare attenzione al pacchetto che avete..noi avremmo dovuto avere le bevande comprese ma, a causa di un loro fraintendimento, ce le hanno fatte comunque pagare.

Hotel molto comodo come partenza per il safari. Si trova a circa 45 minuti dall'aeroporto Kilimanjaro. Hotel molto pulito, camere spaziose e molto accoglienti. Personale molto gentile. C'è anche la piscina ed il ristorante dove abbiamo mangiato molto bene. Lo consiglio.

Relax prima del safari. Ottima camera, elegante e pulita. Sono presenti i comfort necessari (incluso asciugacapelli che non abbiamo yrovato in altri hotel) e non abbiamo trovato disservizi. Anche la piscina sembrava pulita ma non l abbiamo provata. È presente ristorante con possibilita di mangiare a buffet (al costo di circa 20eur) ed alla carta. Il buffet permette ampia scelta ed è stato sufficientemente buono. Staff davvero cordiale e disponibile. È presente inoltre servizio massaggi (40 usd per 30 min) e piccola palestra (gratis). È stato il migliore hotel in cui abbiamo soggiornato!

We arrived late at night from many days of International travel. We were exhausted and hungry. We were greeted at the door, porters took our bags. The keys were handed to the porter and we shortly arrived at our room. The room and the bathroom was nicely appointed . We ordered room service, which arrived shortly. We awoke the next morning to sunshine and a view of beautiful grounds. Buffet breakfast was overlooking more beautiful grounds. A truly wonder start to our safari.

Excellent hotel facilities before starting our Safari from Arusha. The room isn’t too big but very comfortable, Wi-Fi signals were very good throughout the hotel facilities before starting, including the swimming pool area. Breakfast was very diversified and delicious

The most beautiful and classic hotel in Arusha town. We stayed here for two nights after the seven days Kilimanjaro trekking. The staffs are very friendly,Very well organized hotel .The food was very delicious,The service was 100% ok.Must come back.

Cons: - check in to check out, the entire process is very slow. They have two terminals and plenty staff but it seems like one person does everything while the rest hang around. Getting checked in and then waiting for my statement at check out was a very long arduous process. Give it 15-20 mins atleast for a process that should take 5 mins. - could not get hold of the spa nor room service. I had to call reception to connect me to room service and only then would they pick up the phone. Food took almost an hour to get to the room and yet again I had to go via reception to contact them at all. - Hotel and rooms outdated. Would not return.

We only stayed one night en route to safari but it was a nice place to start our journey from and delivered everything we needed for that night - a good coffee shop, a tasty buffet meal in the restaurant, a comfortable bed and a good selection for breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful.
