Staff were amazing upon arrival and during our entire stay. Concierge go above and beyond. Location couldn’t be better. Rooms were comfortable though lighting could be better. Turndown service was a nice touch. Lifetime titanium and no upgrade on either of the rooms booked. Luggage room for drinks is a must! Great atmosphere and staff. Ate at restaurant for breakfast one morning, everything was wonderful. The only thing that was not on par was the M Lounge.. comfortable room on basement floor, staff there as well were very friendly but the morning selections were cold. Eggs, sausage, bacon all cold. The food is put in the warmers warm but the warmers are not plugged in to keep food warm? That was the only downfall. I might stay at another property in same area next time.

Abbiamo soggiornato per La prima volta in questo Hotel, con mia moglie ci siamo trovati benissimo. L’accoglienza alla reception e stata molto professionale. Edson il ragazzo della reception ci ha accompagnoto in camera spiegandoci le facilities dell’hotel. I ragazzi del breakfast molto gentili. Il buffet del breakfast e sublime, con una vasta scelta di piatti molto gustosi.Alessandro uno dei responsabili del servizio in sala ci ha regalato un’esperienza indimenticabile. La location e nel cuore di Mayfair comodissima x lo shopping. Ve lo consiglio vivamente

Our stay at the Grand Residence was amazing! Everyone treated us like royalty and were so very attentive! The concierge, front desk staff and housekeeping were first class, they knew our names, answered any requests immediately and made our stay amazing! Our suite was huge, spotless and beautiful! Our kitchen had high end appliances and everything was brand new! The location in Mayfair was the best in all of London-so beautiful and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, sightseeing spots. This hotel made our vacation so memorable! We can't imagine traveling to London again and not staying here-we will be back! Thank you to all the staff for making this vacation our very best ever!

Il Grill è poi di gran pregio alla luce della T-Bone Steak e della Dover Sole che ci hanno pienamente convito. La cantina è semplicemente superlativa affollata da una verticale di Opus One di assoluto rilievo. L'accomodation è in liena con le aspettative, essendo stato ristrutturato di recente e la colazione nella veranda un must da non perdere.

Come viaggiatore di diamante elite con IHG, pensavo che le camere fossero date e potessi fare con un piccolo aggiornamento. cose semplici come gli estrattori USB, che sono abbastanza standard nella maggior parte degli hotel IHG, ecc. La nostra camera iniziale era al 5° piano e non ci era stato consigliato che l'A/C non funzionasse. Solo una nota per aggiungere - si può qui la linea del tubo se si è sui piani inferiori, quindi ricordatelo se si è un sonnoletto leggero.

Bellissimo hotel in una splendida posizione, personale così accogliente prima ancora di entrare, sono fuori sorridenti e ti danno il benvenuto, facendo il possibile per aiutarti. La reception e il concierge sono fantastici, i casi consegnati nella nostra stanza quasi istantaneamente. Il bar ristorante e il tè pomeridiano erano 100/100 torneremo sicuramente, ci siamo sentiti come a casa?

Questo hotel ha alcune stanze strane. Ci è una piccola piattaforma all'interno della stanza. Un tavolo da caffè più 1 sedia sulla piattaforma. Poi non c'è spazio per mettere i miei bagagli. Viaggiamo in Europa per quasi un mese. Abbiamo 4 grandi bagagli e 2 piccole bagagli. Posso aprire solo una valigia e non posso aprire la porta o andare in bagno. Dopo un'ora di negoziazione con la ricezione, il direttore del Front Desk finalmente ci permette di avere una stanza più grande. In ogni caso, siamo felici di rimanere in questo hotel durante il mio viaggio di compleanno. La reception mi offre accesso alla sala a causa del mio soggiorno di compleanno in questo hotel.

Posizione davvero eccezionale per spostarsi ma piedi e ritrovarsi quasi tutto a pochi metri. E poi svegliarsi scendere ed essere a piccadilly circus non ha rivali😍 Le stanze sono piccole ma in fin dei conti si sta poco in stanza e comunque c’è tutto quello che ti serve. Ci hanno pure dato una multi presa perché non avevamo l’adattatore. Gentilissimi. Super consigliato

The hotel is located in a great location, minutes walk from different Tube stations and close to the National Gallery. You can also take a nice walk up the Mall through the garden and towards Buckingham Palace. And you can get to Chinatown within 15 minutes walk and Covent Garden within 10 minutes walk. The hotel is a bit old but they have maintained it well.

La stanza è normale a Londra, e tutti sono pochi strani.Alto livello, fai attenzione all'entrata.In generale, il grado di pulizia del pavimento è sempre vecchio. Errore di calcolo generale 👍

Buona esperienza! Check-in anticipato inaspettato al mattino quando pensavo che mi sarebbe stato permesso di lasciare i bagagli solo al concierge e tornare più tardi per il check-in. La signora ha reso la mia giornata quando ha detto che la mia stanza era pronta. La stanza era di buone dimensioni, pulita e aveva luci intense. Anche il bagno era pulito. Ho solo pensato che il ristorante potesse essere aggiornato un po '. Buona varietà di cibo per la colazione. L'unico aspetto negativo è che troppe persone in piedi davanti alla porta fumano anche se c'era il cartello ”Vietato fumare”. Altrimenti, l'hotel era comodo per visitare luoghi come Buckingham Palace, fare shopping e se hai bisogno di viaggiare fino alla stazione di St Pancras, puoi prendere l'autobus 30 proprio accanto all'hotel stesso.
