Pay no attention to the negative reviews! I booked this holiday in January while half asleep and after reading reviews I was worried. However, my experience so far has been nothing short of excellent. I emailed ahead to let the staff know we would be arriving late. I got a response quickly and was offered a cold dinner for arriving. I declined and was told that we can have a lunch any day we choose instead (we are half boars so breakfast and dinner) When we arrived we were greeted by a lovely, friendly and efficient staff member. I wish I had her name as she was beyond helpful. Our room was 315 and it was fine. 2 double beds, wardrobe space, decent bathroom with toiletries, hairdryer, bath and fantastic shower. The down side was our neighbours. A bunch of rowdy English men who thought it was appropriate to create all sorts of noise on the balcony until 5am. I visited the reception this morning and was warmly greeted by the intern. I was desperately asking for a new room due to the noise which was no fault of the hotel. He quickly advised the experienced receptionist of my issue and I was given a new room. The reception area was busy with check ins and checking out but the red haired angel on the desk sorted me out promptly. I am beyond grateful. Our new room is bigger and has a sea view! The food at breakfast and dinner is great. Lots of choice and it's very fresh, we have been here 4 nights so far and no dinner have been repeated theres a vast variety every night. There are 3 of us and we have all enjoyed plenty to eat. My son (age 15) is particularly fond of the many pastries on offer in the morning. Every member of staff from reception, pool bar, breakfast, dinner and cleaning staff that we have dealt with have exceeded what I was expecting. The hotel is very big and even in mid October it's busy and they are doing an excellent job. For what we paid for this holiday the value has been excellent. The location is good just a few mins from the beach and and array of bars and restaurants within walking distance it is on a hill though so something to bear in mind if you struggle. There is a car park available for guests charged at €14 a day. The spa is small, must be booked in advance but has a lovely warm pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.

Myself and 2 friends spent 3 fantastic nights here. Don't get me wrong the hotel is a little dated, but very clean and comfortable and the staff couldn't do enough for us. We checked in which took a while, and you have to pay a deposit of 10€ per person which you get back at checkout. The room Was a family room (422) it had a king size bed and 2 singles. A large balcony , the view was a street view and not the best, but we hadn't gone there to sit on the balcony. The bathroom had a whirlpool bath and a shower. The shower was lovely. Good pressure. All spotlessly clean plus there was a fridge in the room. A kettle would have been good to make a drink in the mornings, but other than that facilities were great. Towels were changed daily,and sheets changed once too. We were there to celebrate our friends birthday and emailed the hotel before we arrived to see if there were any Little touches they could offer to make it more memorable. We were really fussy to receive a complimentary bottle of fizz in an ice bucket left in the room when we returned from our walk. You have to pay to use the safe 5€ per day plus a refundable 10€ deposit. The air conditioning wasn't very cool. When we asked we were told that they arent allowed to have it below 23° or above 27°. So it was a bit too warm. The pool area was in the shade until around lunchtime, but we found the sun terrace where the Jacuzzis are got the sun until much later than by the main pool. The sunbeds by the pool weren't great, but the ones on the terrace were lovely, really comfortable. I think in peak season sunbeds would be an issue as there werent very many, however being october, we didnt have any issues. We took our own pool towels, but some guests were using the ones from the rooms. I was disappointed to see we couldn't use our floaty in the pool, but given its size it's understandable. We were all inclusive,the drinks that were included were quite limited (only 3 cocktails ) which weren't very nice, but we got a little creative with the options available. ( the whiskey cream is lovely when added to the chocolate milkshake,and adding tequila to the strawberry one was also really nice!) The snack bar was also extra. The food in the restaurant was really nice. There was always fresh salad and fruit. Soup,pasta, meat and fish dishes and pizza and chips so no one should go hungry. Desserts were good too! The staff were all really nice and helpful, and very chatty. Especially the ladies on reception. We used the spa which was really lovely. For 18€ you get 1 hours use of the circuit, including hammam, sauna, steamroom, showers and the hydrotherapy pool, with its various massage jets. We also opted to have a massage which was incredible. The therapists were very good and the hot stones definitely hit the spot. All in all we couldn't fault this hotel. Its not 5 star but doesn't pretend to be, you get what you pay for and we thought it was great value. The location Is good. Its ideal

Dopo aver pagato la metà tavola per 6 notti in un hotel a 4 stelle, abbiamo avuto grandi speranze per l'hotel. Quando ci siamo accolti, non abbiamo pagato l'altre 20 euro per notte per la sala di vista sul mare, e abbiamo ricevuto una stanza con vista laterale sul mare, con vista su una strada. La stanza era buona, ma la pulizia non era quello che si aspettava da un 4*. Sono stati abbassati i polveri sotto i letti, le lampade sul lato del letto erano spesso con polvere ecc. Non ci sono bottiglie d’acqua nel frigo ecc che si aspettano all’estero. Le opzioni di pasticceria/frutta e freddo al colazione erano carine, ma le opzioni calde non erano fantastiche a meno che non ti piacciono le uova a scacchi acquatici e salsicce e goujon di pollo o chips per colazione. Il pasto serale abbiamo provato la prima notte, poi mangiamo ogni notte dopo. Ci sono state opzioni molto limitate, pasta che non gusto mai bella quando si parlava di essere tenuti caldi, pesce e pizza, ma siamo stati in Spagna e non volevamo opzioni di partenza inglese di base, ci aspettavamo meglio delle opzioni di cena. Abbiamo avuto un viaggio in parte attraverso la vacanza (che non era colpa degli hotel) degli ospiti vicino alla nostra camera che si sbattevano sulla nostra porta alle 3:00 e cercavano di entrare. Quando abbiamo lasciato la stanza in mattinata erano malati in tutto il nostro cancello. Siamo stati trasferiti in una sala di vista marina gratuita, che non era molto più pulita della prima stanza, con le impronte grasse della gente ancora sul vetro balcone, e le impronte muddy sul muro. La piscina al tetto era sorprendente e incredibile, e la posizione non poteva essere molto migliore. In generale era tutto a posto, ma ci aspettavamo di meglio dall'hotel. Non sono sicuro come sia classificata come 4*

Well what a lovely surprise Hotel Anabel was. I wasn’t expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. It’s a lovely little hotel right in the heart of Lloret De Mar. Five minute walk to the beach. Staff are friendly, rooms are nice, the bar/seating areas indoor and out area are really lovely as is the pool and there was plenty of sunbeds so there’s no fighting over them. The hotel is spotlessly clean, even the pool toilets. If I return to Lloret, and I’m likely to as by husbands friend lives there, I will always try to stay in this hotel. The temperatures were 35 degrees plus when we were out there so the air conditioned bar was very welcome. We only had bed and breakfast as we prefer to eat out locally but the breakfast was perfectly adequate. The only thing we missed was regular cups of tea, being British and there’s no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. Nicest hotel I’ve stayed in for a long time to be honest.

La posizione è eccellente a due passi dal mare, che è pulito, trasparente e profondo fin da subito. Vicino , proprio una passeggiata di pochi minuti, si raggiunge il centro di Lloret pieno di negozi e locali vivaci e folcloristici. La pulizia dell'hotel è buona, il mangiare è vario e di qualità e punto di forza è il banco del grigliato al momento, pesce e carne freschi tutti i giorni. Ottima la colazione, con molte varietà di dolci e di pietanze salate e frutta a volontà. Il silenzio e di come si riposa bene fanno la differenza, stanze comode e i locali comuni spaziosi e ben arredati. Ottima anche la reception sempre disponibile e cordiale. Lo consiglio vivamente. Esperienza indimenticabile!!!.
