In città per una visita di famiglia ci siamo trasferiti in questo hotel per la prima volta. Uno dei migliori nella zona. Check-in era veloce e senza saldatura. La chiave della nostra stanza era pronta all'arrivo. Mike al di fuori del dipartimento era estremamente utile con qualsiasi domanda che avevo riguardo al nostro soggiorno. La stanza era pulita, luminosa e tranquilla. Le letti erano confortevoli e le mutande. La stanza disponeva di un sacco di attrezzature per farvi sentire a casa e se avete bisogno di tutto il personale di pulizia era disponibile. Doccia moderna con buona pressione acqua Una colazione eccellente con molti oggetti da scegliere e Clarice era lì per tenere tutte le stazioni ben stoccate. Non posso nemmeno iniziare a descrivere che cosa è un buco assoluto di questo posto. Ma ancora più di quanto sia disgustoso e timido, è il cosiddetto manager generale e il personale di custodia! WhT una battuta. Ho avuto il personale camminando nella mia stanza, mentre occupato! Senza annunciare chi erano. Prenoto la mia stanza su un sito web di terze parti ogni notte. La maggior parte del personale capisce che lavoro a mezzanotte, quindi durante le ore di mattina presto sono sonno addormentato! Fino a questa mattina, quando il direttore generale ha iniziato a strillare sulla mia porta, urlando verso la parte superiore dei suoi polmoni, su di me dovevo venire “segnare un pezzo di carta” in 10 minuti o posso far uscire il h*ll!!!!! Seriamente firmare un pezzo di carta. La stanza è stata pagata. Molto in anticipo. E il modo in cui il personale agisce è più che inaccettabile!!!! Questo posto dovrebbe essere chiuso permanentemente. È vecchio e disgustoso e ha bisogno di riparazioni che chiaramente non possono permettersi!!! Fai un favore e stai lontano da questo dump!!!!

The hotel was overall an excellent place. Some rooms are older but being renovated. The renovations were not intrusive during my stay. My room was quiet with no traffic or noise from other rooms. The breakfast selections were a small variety and could vary day to day. They do have coffee available 24/7 which was a plus to me. There is a small patio behind the pool area that could use some new cushions but was otherwise a nice surprise. My room and bedding were clean. The furniture was clean with no stains. I will definitely be staying here when I’m in the area
