Hotel con piscina a Liverpool

La posizione è ideale se si utilizza il bus e la stazione di autobus. Nel giro di 15 minuti dal Club Cavern, la stazione stradale di Lime, ecc. I lift con carta chiave sono in grado di fornire una certa sicurezza. Camere piccole ma confortevoli. La colazione è disponibile ma non incluso come standard a differenza di altri hotel Novotel. Il personale è felice di lasciare la valigia dopo l'uscita. Sicuramente usava il rega come è davvero centrale e pulita.

È bello, proprio vicino all'arena, il colazione era davvero bello. Non c'è niente da denunciare. Se vuoi una grande stanza alberghiera con buone attrezzature, questo è il posto per andare.

L'unico svantaggio era con ”TRIP.COM”, come quando prenotavo la mia stanza per 2 adulti e un bambino, la conformazione lo confermava, ma quando il check-in in camera è stato prenotato solo per 2 adulti, la manager ha spiegato che non era colpa loro , e mi ha detto che non è la prima volta che questo è successo e noi gli ospiti sono lasciati confusi perché questo può succedere, ”Così TRIP.COM VOGLIA RICONOScere LA SUA azione e ordinare questo trucco, da Paul

La nostra esperienza era grande, camera pulita molto spaziosa. Molte strutture in camera e sul sito. Il personale è stato in grado di aiutare con qualsiasi domanda e domande che abbiamo avuto circa l'hotel e l'ambiente vicino all'hotel. La struttura di macchina del ghiaccio con i bucchi di ghiaccio nella stanza è stata molto piacevole, perché è stato un ultimo minuto di prenotazione.

Very disappointed in this hotel thought it was going to be something special but sadly let down on many levels. As a special treat my friend and I upgraded our twin room, the room was small with a tiny window nothing like the advertised room, we spoke to reception and we were offered an alternative however we were staying 5 days and had already unpacked so we decided against this, there was little by way of apology or any offer of a refund etc, the receptionist did admit there was an ssue with photos of the rooms. If this had been an isolated incident I probably would not be writing this poor review but other things were poor, tv not working properly, remote control battery not working handed 2 batteries at reception but when i got back to the room it required a screwdriver, issues with air con, cleaning was not the best, cleaner attempted to clean at 09;30 we were getting ready for a spa so she said she would be back, spa was 3 hrs long but no show from cleaner, coffee maker in room 2 different pods mild or rich, what if 2 people wanted the same one, no hand soap, wet gowns in wardrobe on arrival so many small thing not up to standard. Other issues was price of spa, £45 for residents per person per day despite producing an email stating £35, lady at spa reluctantly honered the original price but advised there had been an increase since we booked, thats a heafty increase over 20%. As a treat I booked a rasul mud treatment it was expensive and I wasn't sure what to expect, we were taken to a room given a plate of mud advise one mud for the body, one for the face and one for limbs, told once we put the mud on to go to the steam room wait for the steam then a shower will come on to wash off the mud. After applying the mud we sat waiting for the steam which was extremely hot so much so we had to move our legs from the jet,after 15m showers came on but were scalding hot we could not adjust the temperature as it was above the hot steam jet so we had to leave the steam room unsure what to do we waited for the next step but no one came back, having never had this treatment before I wasn't sure what to expect but at a price of £60 it was definitely expensive for 15m and some mud, when I looked at other spas it appears there is an exfoliation and moisturising step, no explanation given regards this. I am not normally a complainer but felt we had overpaid for our room, the spa and the treatment, I fully intended to speak to the receptionist when checking out but when she asked if i enjoyed my stay I replied it was ok she did not ask why it was only ok I felt she didn't want to hear what my issues were. In total we paid over £1000 for 5 nights room only basis, we had 1 two hour spa and a mud treatment so I do regret not speaking up, however I did not find the staff as nice or approachable as i have in other hotels I've been in, also a £50 hold per night is taken from your bank on arrival, not everyone has the luxury of not being able to access their

Il servizio aveva ancora problemi di dentista. L'atteggiamento è in corso con alcune eccezioni, ma sembrano essere problemi di formazione. Devono andare verso un crociera di alto termine per il personale. Ho visitato di nuovo, ma mi sentivo incazzato piuttosto che guardato. Sarà fantastico, ma non è stato promesso che questo non accadrà.
