Hotel a 4 stelle popolari a Liverpool

Se vuoi conquistare a piedi il centro di Liverpool, questo hotel è il tuo perfetto campeggio di base. Situato sul Monte Pleasant, è una vista per raggiungere la distanza di passeggiata in tutte le direzioni. Le camere sono mantenute semplici, ma hanno tutto quello che ti serve. Il personale è amichevole e utile, e anche se la maggior parte degli ospiti sono giovani viaggiatori è un luogo tranquillo, così si può riposare una buona notte dopo i giorni sulle strade di Liverpool. Devi iniziare il giorno con un colazione nel ristorante/bar molto arredato. E mentre si gode il caffè e si pianifica il giorno, si dovrebbe chiederle dei punti di interesse in città. Può anche fornire alcuni dati interessanti sulla storia dell'edificio che stai soggiornando a ... sarete sorpresi.

Il nostro soggiorno qui è stato eccezionale dal momento in cui siamo arrivati al momento in cui siamo partiti. La posizione è fantastica e l'hotel reale era davvero carino. Siamo rimasti particolarmente colpiti dalla piccola area caffè / snack (e dal fatto che facessero spuntini praticamente 24 ore al giorno - le pizze erano deliziose!) Il fiore all'occhiello di questo hotel è il personale. Tutti quelli con cui abbiamo parlato sono stati di grande aiuto, ma voglio fare una menzione speciale a Kerry che ha fatto di tutto per rendere il nostro soggiorno confortevole. È una tale risorsa per questo locale e puoi dire che le importa davvero. Staremo qui solo quando torneremo a Liverpool!

A brilliant hotel in a fabulous location. The staff were so helpful and friendly and even ready to help late at night. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spotlessly clean and really lovely. The addition of a little kitchenette was a brilliant touch as were the complimentary drinks. My only teeny negative was there were two temporary beds in the room which would have been fine for children but not so comfortable for adults however this did not impact at all on our stay. I would definitely return again.

L'hotel è in una posizione molto buona vicino a tutti i negozi e a pochi passi da Albert Dock e la stazione ferroviaria. È una strada molto rumorosa, ma questo non ci ha fermato a dormire una buona notte in un letto davvero comodo. La stanza era pulita, a parte che ci erano diverse tinture sul tappeto, che è sempre leggermente distante, e anche il letto non era il solito bianco, fogli di lama che ci facevano chiedere se fossero puliti. Forse non fanno il letto, che è la norma, ma il bagno è stato pulito senza spot con una buona doccia e un sacco di acqua calda. Il colazione a Mason, collegato all'hotel, è stato assolutamente fantastico - benvenuto da personale molto gentile con un bel spazio luminoso e luminoso, siamo stati veramente sorpresi dalla scelta e dalla qualità del cibo che davvero vi pone per il giorno - brillante. Il centro di Liverpool è un hotel con una terrazza sul tetto, che offre una vista magnifica sulla città e un bel posto per un drink.

Grande hotel, anche meglio posizione a piedi a piedi bar bar ristoranti docce ect.. era davanti l'hotel sul terzo piano solo gripe è che il bar Celtic era aperto fino a 4 sono con la musica alta, quindi non abbiamo avuto molto sonno fino a 4!

Nice and clean hotel with good size room and amenities. We have been upgraded to a bigger room for being a new member. But be prepared to paid £13 a day for parking.

Firstly the bad points- *The Carpark was full of old furniture from the hotel and empty beer barrier preventing you getting parked, *The hotel has turned into more of a party venue hotel rather than the beautiful hotel it was when I last came with my daughter 2018. *tap in the kitchen area in our room only let out hot water and unfortunately the room stunk of what I could only describe as a sewerage smell? Whether the drains needed maintenance I’m not sure but I I just sprayed some deodorant around to help make it not smell quite as bad because I was so tired I didnt want to have to swap rooms. *There was also no phone to call reception which I found strange and the remote for the tv was missing the back of it. I put all this bad points down to the fact that when I previously came it was owned by someone who really cared about the maintenance and reputation of the hotel but now I’ve found it’s since been sold it seems the new owner isn’t as bothered and all what the shankley represented before eg, maintenance, luxury, football themed has kind of turned more into a tacky themed hotel and doesn’t feel classy anymore. I’d probably not stay here again as it’s not the same as it was and just the whole feel of hand hotel is different. It’s not the best if you have come with kids as there’s lots of drunken guests in the hotel and it’s noisey but thank goodness it’s a large hotel as you don’t hear the noise from downstairs. We were on level 3. Our room was lovely and big with a large double bed and 2 twins pushed together, a kitchen area with tea bags and coffee (no biscuits but that didn’t bother us as we had snacks with us The upsides were- *Staff were pleasant, *breakfast was amazing with everything you could possibly as for, *hotel was mainly quiet on the 3rd floor, room was on the whole clean and had a hair dryer, iron and ironing board with a safe. * . The bathroom was lovely especially the bath as it was a jacuzzi with a waterfall shower. Everything was clean from what I could see.

Bella brisa passeggiata sul doc, non troppo lontano da OneLiverpool, le shopping e facile accesso a trovare cibo. Il personale è moderatamente amichevole. In camere sono di media ma il basso è lì. Era deluso che la mia in camera sicura non funzionava. La connessione Wi-Fi è buona, non mi delude mai, perché questo è un fattore importante che credo sia per tutti in questa era. In generale, il valore del soggiorno e consiglierei se qualcuno cercasse di soggiornare.

La posizione è buona solo pochi minuti al museo. La pulizia ha bisogno di un po' di miglioramento e il legno ha un sacco di tintura. La notte ci sono poche volte persone che cercano di aprire la nostra porta e non so perché. Chiedere servizi per il caffè, ma fino al checkout nessuno manderà i servizi per il caffè nelle nostre camere, ma il servizio di front desk è eccellente.

The location so near to the city centre and the staff were so friendly. You can always chat with them if there is anything you need , staying there 4 nights really worth it. Im sure will staying there again if i go to Liverpool. The kitchen amenities superb.
