Purtroppo, questa è stata una delle peggiori esperienze dell'hotel che ho mai avuto e che viaggia un po'. La stanza è come un caffè, è così incredibilmente piccola. Per qualcuno con claustrofobia, è estremamente difficile essere in uno spazio come questo. La finestra guardava il lato della stazione ferroviaria, che aumentava solo il senso limitato, la doccia (distinta dal bagno) è anche piccola e l'acqua si riempiva e scavava sul pavimento della camera da letto. L'acqua di doccia si riscalda, ma non si riscalda mai. Mi sono recato all'hotel (Nadia al divano frontale) su questo e lei si rifiutò di aiutarmi e, oltre a essere molto generosa sulla situazione, mi ha suggerito di pagare un'ulteriore $65 Euro per notte per cambiare le camere. (che era $35 euro più di quello che è stato annunciato per la notte su Expedia/Reserva). La sua ragionamento era che avevo già controllato - questo mi sembrava ridicolo perché ovviamente avrei dovuto controllare per sapere che cosa è l'esperienza in camera. Non si è mai preoccupata del mio livello di comfort, che era deludente. Non mi consiglierei mai di rimanere in questo hotel. Ci sono anche molte costruzioni che si svolgono intorno all'hotel che non è direttamente collegato all'hotel, ma ancora un disturbo.

Piccolo hotel di charme a Lisbona, tranquillo con un bellissimo giardino e una piccola piscina. stanze grandi e luminose, ottimo servizio e ottima prima colazione, sia nel giardino coperto che all'aperto, nelle varie terrazze. Ottima vista sulla citta, a pochi metri dal tram che scende verso il centro ogni 15 minuti. Personale efficiente e molto gentile, sono stati in grado di farci prenotazioni nei ristoranti sia a Lisbona che fuori nel periodo di Pasqua.

Mia moglie e io siamo appena tornati da una pausa 5-day a questo bel hotel nella meravigliosa città di Lisbona. L'hotel è bellissimo, perfettamente situato e dotato di personale da parte delle persone più amiche alla reception, al ristorante e tutto il viaggio verso la squadra di pulizia. Sono un vero credito all'hotel. Tutto era perfetto per noi. Infatti, la nostra unica denuncia riguarda i piedi dolorosi che abbiamo sofferto di tutti i passi che abbiamo fatto intorno a questa città storica e vibrante. Grazie alla squadra dell'hotel per un super soggiorno.

Il soggiorno in hotel era dal venerdì al lunedì. Purtroppo non è stato possibile ricevere cure nella spa durante questo periodo, soprattutto tutti i massaggi erano al completo. Altrimenti è stato un soggiorno molto piacevole. Il concierge è stato sempre disponibile e ha dato ottimi consigli su richiesta.

Our first time in Portugal, wasn’t sure what to expect. Arrived on the back of some major cities, such as Barcelona, Rome, Budapest and Dubai. Lisbon takes the top prize! So good in fact I need to figure out a way to escape here permanently! We stayed at this beautiful hotel, staff are what makes this place top tier! Madelina at reception was awesome, very polite and personable.The service is amazing, rooms very comfortable and drinks/food delicious! We found ourselves drawn to their rooftop every day/evening overlooking the square and valley of Lisbon. The rooftop bar had an all inclusive, chilled music vibe (no need for own playlists here)! If you want great value but top service look no further. Staff at the rooftop bar were so welcoming and we even had the head bar tender check in on us! It’s too good to risk trying another hotel from now on. The hotel also have good connections for private excursions. We were set up with a personal driver who drove us around Sintra in an E class Mercedes! Was an excellent experience and not expensive at all! I will return very soon thank you so much for the amazing memories we have created!

Abbiamo soggiornato quattro notti e abbiamo avuto un bel tempo. Le camere erano pulite e confortevoli. Il colazione era anche molto bello. Tutto il personale che abbiamo interagito era assolutamente fantastico. Arrivammo all'hotel poco dopo mezzanotte. La posizione dell'hotel è perfetta per passare giorni di nuvola a Lisbona. Ci siamo camminati quasi ovunque. Devo certamente raccomandare l'AVANI Libertà.

Uno dei piu vecchi 5 stelle in Lisbona ma ancora di grande importanza. Le stanze sono grandi. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere per cose che mancava ma risolto immediatamente. La prima collazzione e estiva. Non si puo chiedere di piu. Un bel piscina anche se con sole solo nel pomeriggio. In Generale e un bel Hotel e I prezzi sono moderati. Eravamo solo sorpresi con il parcheggio: 19e per una sera.

Pur non essendo nel centro storico, lo stesso è raggiungibile facilmente con il metrò la cui stazione è a pochi passi. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite, altrettanto dicasi del bagno che, finalmente, ha una docce spaziosa. Avevamo compreso la prima colazione, a buffet, questa nella normalità. Nonostante i 18 piano dell'hotel non c'era confusione e l'attesa degli ascensori non era lunga. Personale cortese. Due pecche, forse: il frigorifero in camera era sottochiave e il televisore, nonostante i 103 canali, non ne aveva nessuno in Italiano.

The three of us-two parents and our 20 year old-stayed for five nights in March 2023. We chose to travel to Lisbon primarily because this property came highly recommended by our older child and her aunt who stayed in October of 2022. The hotel certainly didn’t disappoint. The public areas, restaurants and the rooms were nicely appointed. The furniture was not the newest, but was of quality and very clean. The service was attentive, but not aggressive nor overwhelming. As if in anticipation, the hotel provided us with all the comforts without having to ask. And on occasion when we needed something minor, they swiftly accommodated. To us luxury travel means being able to relax and be pampered in a private and peaceful setting without extra unnecessary attention. The level was perfect at the Four Seasons Ritz. We liked our experience so much that we are planning to stop over for a couple days in March 2024 on our trip to Europe. We highly recommend this property.

I booked this hotel as it had a decent corporate rate, plus I have stayed at other InterContinental hotels in the past and have been impressed. interContinental Doha as a great example, so I had high expectations. The hotel is in a decent area with connections to various parts of the city. The room wasn't very large, but was decent and the bed was comfortable. It didn't have any kind of wow factor though, it was fine but not exceptional. I guess where my expectation fell through the worst was with breakfast. Simply wasn't very good, and was exactly the same every day. I often judge hotels by their food, and breakfast buffet quality. Essentially from my opinion, nothing was homemade. Croissants were the type they thaw and bake. Quality 5 star hotels will have their own pastry chefs to make these from scratch. The egg options also were awful. No omelette options, just fried eggs in buffet container or scrambled. The fried eggs were like rubber, not even fried it seemed almost steamed. And scrambled were runny with strange taste so didn't eat them. The ”rosti” potatoes were essentially round hashbrowns that would have been frozen and reheated for the buffet. Quality again would be actual handmade rosti. To me food quality is important, and was very much looking forward to the breakfasts here as was InterContinental after all, but was Very disappointed. The breakfast staff were professional and nice, but again food quality really needs to be improved significantly for a supposed 5 star hotel. I did enjoy my dinner at their Akla restaurant. Tasty and nicely plated food. Lastly the porters never acknowledge you at the entrance when you come or go. Vast difference in feeling of 5 star hotels when they always acknowledge and appreciate you and your business with the hotel, they need to improve there as well.

Una bella giornata, un incredibile luogo, rinnovato in modo bellissimo con una storia interessante, i proprietari sono bellissimi, molto appassionati della ricostruzione e sono felici di condividere il loro amore per l’edificio e la sua storia. Il giardino è un'oasi tranquilla di silenzio in una città altrimenti pazza. Il caffè è eccezionale, il colazione è meraviglioso. Belli opere d'arte e speciali toccano l'hotel come i bellissimi fiori freschi. Il mixologo/barista è coinvolto nel suo lavoro, interattivo, conosciuto e appassionato su quello che fa, una grande persona per parlare di bevande e vini locali. In tutto un soggiorno meraviglioso, tranquillo, e una grande connessione alla storia della città, non posso colpire il mio soggiorno nel più piccolo, tranne che ho perso il tour della fabbrica di caffè!

Ho prenotato qui per un licenziamento di una notte a Lisbona. Nelle vicinanze alla stazione di metro significava una facile andata dall'aeroporto. La signora alla ricezione era super utile, ci ha controllato in fretta e professionale, e ci ha dato consiglio di esperti in merito a venire in giro. Ha chiamato per un taxi per noi la mattina prossima per un volo a Marrakech, e ha anche suggerito di venire presto alla sala da pranzo per prendere qualcosa da mangiare prima che iniziassero ufficialmente a servire colazione. Che cosa bello fare per i viaggiatori! Le signore della sala colazione erano già state messe in piedi, e ci permettevano gentilmente di prendere una tavola e di ottenere un pasto veloce e delizioso prima che la cabina arrivasse per noi. La posizione dell'hotel è ben situata, a pochi passi da molti ristoranti, caffè o shopping, e il suo conveniente posto vicino a una fermata della metropolitana rende una scelta logica per i viaggiatori che si basano sul metro e sui loro due piedi. Se saremo a Lisbona in futuro, rimarremmo qui!

It’s been a long time since I was last in a youth hostel, and as a now 45 year old man there is probably a reason for this. Arriving late on the Tuesday night with fond memories of dorm parties and tequila slammers, I was greeted by what I initially thought was captain Jack Sparrow, but who actually transpired to be a very friendly chap who helped us to navigate the intricacies of the main entrance. Door buzzed, suitcases lifted up the stairs and ugh who let mum and dad in looks absorbed, we were handed our keys by a lovely member of the team alongside vouchers for two free shots. Enthusiastically we were informed that the bar was open until 1am that night, although we had missed the pub crawl for the evening. I’m flattered I guess, however we decided to give the shots a miss in favour of a nice sleep. Yup, Father Time catches up with us all… We had a private double with a shared bathroom, and although very small it was comfortable enough. The pillow has perhaps seen better days, but the A/C was a life saver! Spending the days walking around town and doing some gentle exploring, the nights were largely spent for myself at least in the bar area downstairs. It’s a small but perfectly functional area, and in all honesty wasn’t the screaming mess of teenagers away from home for the first time that I had been expecting. At 3 euros a pint I was certainly very happy to sit and read whilst various cool young things did their thing in the background. Declining participation in the pub crawl for a second time, I was tempted with the tapas tasting but plans for the night changed due to friends arriving a day early and diner reservations being made. From a comfort point of view, our bathroom was shared between three double rooms I believe on the third floor, and this was never an issue. I attribute this to the fact that we were likely on very different schedules with us going out for the day and back for the night, as opposed to the perhaps more night based activities of our fellow residents. Bedroom like I said small, but hey, who cares, we weren’t here to sit in a room all day. The breakfast was absolutely fine, and for 5 euros a day you really cannot complain. All in all very happy with my stay, though peeking into an open dorm room one day my god I wouldn’t have survived the week unless you could take 25 years off me! Good job though overall Sant Jordi, and I’d certainly consider staying again - safe, friendly and somewhere I’m sure 20 year old me would have had a blast!

L'hotel è situato sulla via centrale di Bangladesh Town. Strada vivace fino a tarda notte, ma c'è rumore per questo. Ci sono molti uomini per strada fino a tardi, quindi non è minaccioso per gli uomini, ma può sembrare minaccioso per le donne. Il sistema di check-in automatico è un po' sconosciuto, ma una volta effettuato il check-in è comodo. Tuttavia, è necessario assicurarsi di non dimenticare la password dopo il check-in.
