E'solo che le cose brutte sono successe, ho chiesto un letto inferiore, ma comunque non mi l'hanno dato, invece, a un'altra persona che è già rimasta lì, e ha cambiato il mio letto.La gestione sbagliata del sistema di prenotazione.Non possono farlo.Se non hai il letto inferiore, almeno, informa il cliente prima che il cliente arrivi.

Vorrei dilungarmi un po parlando anche un po della città e non solo dell'hotel. La città si presenta bene già dall'aeroporto per pulizia e ordine. I trasporti urbani, sia la metropolitana sia i bus che i tram sono molto sviluppati e puntuali ( certo prendere il tram 28 alle 11 del mattino è da spararsi, perchè c'è delle code da ”Uffizi”, Interessanti i musei visitati ( quello delle carrozze e dell'antichità ) nonchè quello del monastrero S. Geronimo. Il più bello è l'acquario, che ben merita una visita. I portoghesi non mi sono sembrati ne così ospitali ne particolarmente simpatici verso i turisti, ma neppure il contrario. Molto enfatizzata invece è stata la guida della città in mio possesso che parla della città in modo un po troppo esaltato. I prezzi sono praticamente uguali a quello delle città italiane. L' hotel dove eravamo stanziati, erano degli appartamentini che il rapporto qualità/prezzo ha premiato ( molto comodi perchè la fermata del bus e quella della metro sono proprio lì davanti. Un bel 4 alla E-Dream ( con cui ho prenotato il viaggio ) che ha fornito pochissime, e alle volte importanti, informazioni preoccupandosi solo di farti scaricare la loro App. In definitiva un 'posto carino, dove però non andrei di nuovo ( inoltre mi aspettavo, vista la latitudine, un tempo e un clima un po più clementi, invece era freddo al mattino 7/10 gradi e ventoso,in una settimana solo due giorni pieni di sole.

It’s been a long time since I was last in a youth hostel, and as a now 45 year old man there is probably a reason for this. Arriving late on the Tuesday night with fond memories of dorm parties and tequila slammers, I was greeted by what I initially thought was captain Jack Sparrow, but who actually transpired to be a very friendly chap who helped us to navigate the intricacies of the main entrance. Door buzzed, suitcases lifted up the stairs and ugh who let mum and dad in looks absorbed, we were handed our keys by a lovely member of the team alongside vouchers for two free shots. Enthusiastically we were informed that the bar was open until 1am that night, although we had missed the pub crawl for the evening. I’m flattered I guess, however we decided to give the shots a miss in favour of a nice sleep. Yup, Father Time catches up with us all… We had a private double with a shared bathroom, and although very small it was comfortable enough. The pillow has perhaps seen better days, but the A/C was a life saver! Spending the days walking around town and doing some gentle exploring, the nights were largely spent for myself at least in the bar area downstairs. It’s a small but perfectly functional area, and in all honesty wasn’t the screaming mess of teenagers away from home for the first time that I had been expecting. At 3 euros a pint I was certainly very happy to sit and read whilst various cool young things did their thing in the background. Declining participation in the pub crawl for a second time, I was tempted with the tapas tasting but plans for the night changed due to friends arriving a day early and diner reservations being made. From a comfort point of view, our bathroom was shared between three double rooms I believe on the third floor, and this was never an issue. I attribute this to the fact that we were likely on very different schedules with us going out for the day and back for the night, as opposed to the perhaps more night based activities of our fellow residents. Bedroom like I said small, but hey, who cares, we weren’t here to sit in a room all day. The breakfast was absolutely fine, and for 5 euros a day you really cannot complain. All in all very happy with my stay, though peeking into an open dorm room one day my god I wouldn’t have survived the week unless you could take 25 years off me! Good job though overall Sant Jordi, and I’d certainly consider staying again - safe, friendly and somewhere I’m sure 20 year old me would have had a blast!

Amorevole e vicino all'aeroporto, un check-in tardivo, il personale era felice, e' venuta anche in camera mia per aiutarmi con la finestra, il manico era rotto, così non si chiudeva correttamente. Toaletta, sedile era libero ... Bella stanza, ma un po' di rumore stradale con finestra aperta. La colazione è stata grande e a €9.50 molto ragionevole, buona selezione e anche una fresca macchina per la spruzzatura arancione. Se avete un volo mattina presto, consideri seriamente questo posto. Nessun stress circa 10am checkout 👍

Ogni aspetto dell'hotel è buono, la stanza è molto pulita e le strutture sono complete, specialmente l'aria condizionata è un bellissimo marchio prodotto dalla Cina. E' davvero forte, l'atteggiamento di servizio è anche buono, la colazione è buona. Ci sono molti piatti e supermercati intorno a loro, e vi è un'idea dell'amore locale e del suolo, Il bordo dell'hotel è un piccolo parco. Oltre a un po'di distanza dalla città, in generale, un hotel ad alto rapporto costo.

Favoloso appartamento. Ero in un viaggio in solito ma questo sarebbe perfetto per amici, coppie familiari o affari. Fullamente servito con frigorifero, forno, cucina ecc. grande pressione di doccia. Comfortabile letto/sala da bagno. Aveva un piccolo problema di check-in, perché è un check-in elettronico, ma c'è un telefono disponibile e hanno mandato qualcuno direttamente per aiutare. L'unica critica che è così minore è che potevo sentire l'odore del cibo cotto nell'appartamento vicino alla porta. Altrimenti non posso sbagliare il posto! A quanto pare hanno 18 località in Portogallo o a Lisbona, quindi defo userò di nuovo gli appartamenti!!

Albergo situato a circa 2 km dall'aeroporto (citca 10 euro di taxi di giorno e 18 euro la notte). L'hotel è nuovo e confortevole. Punta molto sulle aree comuni con una lobby molto vasta, con tante postazioni e the e caffè gratuiti e disponibili h24. Check in e out veloce ed efficiente. Ha anche un piccolo spazio esterno. Pur dando su una strada frequentata è molto tranquillo. Ottima la biancheria letto, cuscini e materassi. Camera piccola ed essenziale coerente con il concept della struttura. L'unico motivo per cui non do 5 è per il prezzo un pochino troppo alto per essere in settembre

È la seconda volta che usufruisco di questa struttura sita in Rua da Beneficencia, ed è perché è possibile risparmiare un po' soprattutto sui pasti avendo una cucina completa di frigo e microonde. Di per sé, Lisbon serviced Apartments sarebbe valido: è silenzioso grazie ai doppi vetri che isolano efficacemente sia il poco rumore del traffico sia quello degli aerei in rotta; ha aria condizionata e cassaforte gratuita dove riporre i preziosi, lo spazio interno è ben organizzato anche se prenderete un monolocale; c'è acqua, potabile, e uno scaldabagno, potente e durevole; tv ad alta definizione e un letto davvero comodo così come lo è il cuscino. Il lato dolente è la pulizia: entrambe le volte ho trovato tutti gli interruttori e le maniglie mai puliti, con evidenti tracce di sporco, cosa rischiosa in epoca Covid; la cappa della cucina oltre a essere unta e con tracce di grasso sul metallo, in certi orari lascia entrare in camera l'odore di cucinato e il rumore di altri appartamenti anche se non la accenderete. L'ultima volta, il bagno aveva un lieve odore di urina malgrado sembrasse pulito. Il piano a incasso della cucina presentava un po' di polvere e altre tracce lievi di unto qua e là. Ma la chicca è aver trovato la spugnetta dei piatti e lo straccetto per asciugare già usati e non nella confezione sigillata, cosa ridicola perché con 50 centesimi di euro avrebbero fatto una migliore figura Giudico quindi la pulizia abbastanza superficiale, e questo non mi va affatto bene, considerando pure che i prezzi sono aumentati sensibilmente. Ho immediatamente scritto alla direzione, allegando prova fotografica dello sporco ma loro, oltre a propormi una pulizia della camera e 1 riga di scuse non ho ottenuto altro; avrei gradito poter disdire e rimborsare 1 giorno e andar via. Per risolvere, ho passato carta assorbente con un poco di detergente sulle superfici incriminate, onde poter avere più igiene dove avrei passato 3 giorni, e la carta è uscita piuttosto sporca. Massima attenzione quindi a lavare con disinfettante piatti, stoviglie e pentole che userete, perché questa struttura non offre pulizia della cucina inclusa in quella della camera, quindi sarete alla mercé della pulizia, per usare un eufemismo, di chi vi ha preceduto. Questa è l'esperienza vissuta a Campos. Non posso giudicare le altre case offerte in varie zone dalla struttura.

Albergo piuttosto grande, servito in maniera ottima dalla metro: fermata praticamente fuori dall’ingresso dell’hotel, 15 minuti per aeroporto e 20 minuti per centro città. La camera piuttosto ordinaria, ma molto pulita. Letto di buona qualità, non lo stesso per i cuscini. Bollitore e bottiglia di acqua in vetro ogni giorno, visto che l’acqua di Lisbona non è per nulla bevibile! La colazione invece piuttosto ordinaria e non sempre riassorbita con velocità.

We stayed there in September, for 6 days, as we had our wedding in costa caparica. We had a happy week in Portugal, but the quality of the service in the hotel was poor. The building itself is clean, and has a kind of desing, thats a plus. But the staff was not kind or nice at all. We literally felt bad whenever we went to the reception to discuss something (basic things, like reserving a table etc). They looked pretty grumpy and when we approached them, we felt uncomfortable, they just wanted to get rid of us. Applies for the Reception and the breakfast and bar staff. Only the cleaning ladies were nice and smiling. It was pretty difficult to order or ask in English durint launch or breakfast. Our parents arrived one day later, around 1 am in the morning, after a 14hours trip, and after check-in we had to do all the paying in this late hour, even though we asked and promised that we will come down first thing in the morning to pay, as they are exteremely exhausted after the trip. They didnt care at all. At other hotels we always paid upon leaving but even if they want to make sure and have it in advance, i truly believe they should be more emphatic and not keeping exhasuted people at the front desk for an extra 30 minutes in the middle of the night. My father has diabetes and high hart rate, he was really suffering after this trip and just wanted to go to bed. All the parents are above 65, it was unpleasent welcome. At this hotel you have to book the breakfast table in advance, doesnt matter how late you arrived,and even if this is the last thing you want to do on your holiday, to follow a schedule. When we ate at the bar, it took literally an hour to get some snack. The 3person room is not really a 3 person room, it is a normal room with an extra bed which is only suitable for smaller children. (It is not like a must, but a good indicator: we had our wedding there, walking out from the hotel, and no one from the staff had a kind word - even all the flight attandendts were nices that anyone in the hotel.) We choose the hotel as it is close to the beach by car, so it fulfilled the purpose, but we would not go back. For the price you can get better.
