Fantastico. Location top, ambiente molto friendly, personale amabile. Pulito e comodo. Terrazzo panoramico. Offrono colazione a prezzo stracciato. Nel cuore della città, accanto a castello, ma dentro hai spazio per l’abito, per leggere e per sorseggiare una birra locale al tramonto. Mia prima esperienza in un hostel. Consigliatissimo.

Lovely staff, beautiful setting and good facilities. Two nights with a good sleep. Conveniently situated for the transport hubs and sights. Will return in two weeks as we head back to Scotland after our Camino to Santiago de Compostela Love, Kevin and Marion xx

From the moment we arrived we felt welcome! The friendly staff and guests make staying at the Lisbon Hostel a wonderful experience, quick to offer advice on attractions in the the area. The casual atmosphere includes a well stocked kitchen that offers you a home cooked breakfast at a very reasonable cost. You can head out on foot to the many historic sites from its old town location. We are already planning a return trip to enjoy more of this old world flavour. The view from the patio says it all.

I had a great experience in Lisbon hostel. Our friends in Lisbon recommended us to stay there. I was very glad to meet Anastasia that also speaked our language(Greek). She made our experience there fun, easy and amazing. She's an amazing person and I was happy to see that all the stuff members were also great. We met the beautiful Flavio, mysterious and smiley Eve, very helpful Sebastian, very friendly Leon and extroverted and fun Camilo. Thank for all the great memories and the beautiful balcony. As a hostel, it will have everything you need: - Good location - it didn't feel too far from anywhere on foot and the terrace is a great selling point - Affordable - we paid around £25 per room per night - Good breakfast (3euro pp) - and they will make you eggs if you are nice! - Friendly staff - Anastasia was very welcoming, friendly and helpful There were a couple of disappointing factors: - No locks on the male toilet doors - Our room (4 bed dorm) only had two narrow windows about 10ft off the ground which meant it got a bit stuffy - but that's the luck of the draw I suppose!

The staff was very nice and helpful, the rooms were okay for a value stay and the hostel offers everything you might need from a great breakfast (only 3 Euros) to free tea, coffee, and bread. The other guests were very friendly and kind. The location is great although it does require some stairs (which wasn't a problem for us). I recommend staying here.

Your own private miradouros, a northern prospect from the biggest Lisbon hill, and an easy walk (downhill) to Rossio, etc. But you will want to Uber/taxi up the hill. Twin room sharing bath, with access to the terrace, for c. 45/pp. 3 euro breakfast, cereal, good bread, eggs, coffee/tea . That was all very nice, and relatively affordable for a European capitol, but the real highlight here is the staff -- friendly and helpful in every way. Anastasia was awesome helping with a minor health issue on our first night. Leon played a Tom Petty request when I was hanging in the common room. Flavio helped with a reservation. Camilo made sure we had a 6 am taxi to the airport. But that's just me, your experience here may well be even better.

This was one of the best hostels I have ever stayed at! Right when you walk in you are greeted by the kindest staff ever! The staff was so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Rooms are clean and comfortable! Easily one of the highlights of this hostel was the terrace-- the view is everything.

we didn't feel safe here both inside and outside the hostel and we cannot recommend it. The hostel is located in a solitary alley up to the hill and in order to reach it there are a lot of stairs and taxi cannot arrive over there. Toilets and showers can't be locked. My glasses got stolen inside of the bathroom, my friend called the receptionist for help and we didn't receive any assistance AT ALL. Despite the fact the thief was caught in the act with my glasses, the hostel didn't intervene, didn't banish the thief guest, neither call the police. Very bad experience and very bad hostel management.
