Service was excellent! Room is comfy and clean. Good size toilette. Food is good. Many varieties in both dinner and lunch buffet. Spacious parking space which is free! Will definitely return.

Hotel is ideally situated for city skyline views, quite amazing! Local walkways, bicycle paths, and gardens along the river are just a couple minutes away, walking! Hotel staff are courteous and very helpful, choices for meals are delicious! Highly recommended for personal and business stay, travels! Thank you, Lorenzo Zhang, a wonderful hotel!!

Nice to have welcome desserts but should remove after first day

It has been a pleasant stay in this hotel. It is clean, spacious and has a really good view across the river. The night scene is great and we get to stroll along the river just across the road. Nicole, Kylo and George have been very helpful during our stay here. They have assisted us in every way we needed cos it was our first time here and we didn’t know how to go about it. Overall it was a great stay! Will definitely come back to this hotel again if I were to visit Hangzhou again.

在婦女節和媽媽入住，體驗很滿意。江景房的風景很不錯，早上醒來拉開窗簾就能看到江景，心情很好。早餐種類也很豐富，中西式都有，味道也很不錯。特別要謝謝Eric，服務非常貼心，提前幫我把花送到了房間，整體服務也很貼心。整個入住過程都很愉快，下次還會選擇這家酒店！

洲際系的忠實愛好者，週末帶小孩出遊，選了這家比較新的皇冠。酒店設施都很舒適，中餐廳保持了彩豐樓一貫的水準，房間裏就算是下雨天也依然乾爽暖和，且邊邊角角都是圓潤的，整個房間內沒有鋒利的稜角。唯一的bug是地庫沒有充電樁，要開出去充電😂。 訂了兩個房間，提前致電酒店預留了聯通房和小童用品，酒店工作人員在入住前一天特地電話詢問了到店時間，並且當天很貼心為小朋友準備了小禮物🎁。特別值得一提的是餐飲部coco劉安娜及前台、餐飲部的各位同事們，得知我們有小寶寶需要吃輔食，每天都特地想辦法為寶寶準備最新鮮食材。還有大堂經理張鼎，每次遇到都主動和大人孩子們打招呼，細心熱情，服務非常周到，對小朋友十分友好，特地為小朋友們準備了水果。真的非常感謝每一位用心呵護着小小住客的皇冠員工，濱奧皇冠絕對是一家人情味十足的皇冠，下一次來杭州依然會選擇這裏。
