The best hotel that you can stay at! First time in Da Nang and managed to find such a cheap, convenient & people friendly five star hotel to stay at! Hotel is located near several eateries, bars and clubs! Not sure if its an actual "Korean town", but the neighbourhood is full of Korean spots (barbershops, restaurants, shopping). Koreans can also be seen aplenty at this area. Hotel is also 15min drive from the airport so you can save on travel time and cost. Sockets are all international type, you can forget about using/bringing additional adapters. There are additional USB and HDMI ports which you can connect to the TV (although I did not try this feature). Staff are all English-speaking. So no worries about any troubles you might have. Room service is available from 10am to 10pm. Laundry is also available. Paid SG$669.20 for 2 twin rooms for 4 nights. I do not think you can find any place that offers better luxury hotels at this price. Will definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Da Nang.

This is my very wonderful stay ever in Da Nang. Service is excellent, and I enjoy very free afternoon rea and pre-dinner campes at the executive lounge.

Booked corner suite with terrace panoramic Han River View. Super spacious, beautiful view. Bed is super comfy and towels are nice and fluffy. Staff are super friendly and attention to needs of customers. Breakfast is not bad, only place where I was able to get banh cuon for breakfast. Highly recommend it.

Such good location, 5 minutes to the main street, just cross the street then to the sea directly. And the breakfast is super good, with so many choices. Good impress on their local street food and Vietnam Coffee and many different fruits. Staff service are also good.

My family & I personally is happy & extremely satisfied with Novotel. All the service staff are friendly, helpful & full of smiles which can make anybody to feel so welcome to Da Nanang. As a first timer visitor to Da Nang, Novotel definitely present an amazing first impression to this beatiful city. Location is convenient & room unit is very clean with fantastic view towards Han River & nearby ocean (stayed in 24th floor). Plus points for just a walking distance (approx. 5 min) towards Han river cruise booths & (approx. 15 min) popular Han market. Breakfast buffet is good & tasty, with both local + international & few selections of Korean food available. A recommended hotel to stay if chosen to stay in downtown instead of beach resorts. Two thumbs up for a pleasant & enjoyable stay in Novotel which made my family vacation experience a meaningful & satisfying one. Mini markets are available at walking distance (10 min. away) located below Hilton Da Nanang as well as smaller one behind the hotel too (5 min. away). Nearest Starbucks coffee outlet location is below Hilton Da Nang, for those coffee junkies hunting for a perfect cup of coffee to kick-off the day. A nice 5 star rating hotel, worthed the price paid.

The staff is very helpful. The location is very convinient from the airport. And the cleanliness is also good

Rooms are small without an upgrade option or space for additional cot. The location is quiet where the action is close to the beach. Though hotel is quiet decent but some amenities were not in working condition like jacuzzi

First day, the hair dryer is not hot and I requested them to send a moveable dryer and they sent someone to repair the hair dryer. By the time the person fix it my hair was dried. Second day, I was so disappointed as after I showered and I wish to use air dryer and the hair dryer totally not working and I need to call them again. They sent someone to change a new one at last!

Great hotel beautiful view of the Han River on the 26 th floor. Staff was great too and got a birthday cake too

Friendly staff, nice view from the room, breakfast with lots of varieties. 10minutes walk to Han Markets.

Love the location of the hotel. It has a spendid view of the Han river and just opposite the cruise pier. It also has a nice restaurant beside and live band playing in the evening. We had some issues with our room door lock and the staff quickly help to look into this and eventually put us into a new room. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

We stayed for 6 nights and we had a comfortable stay. The bed and pillows were great for us. We love the separate cubicle of the toilet WC, so washing basin and shower can be used by the other person. All necessities for body, hair and cleaning were provided. The only issue is the bedside table space we’re a little to small fir my Cpap machine and phone charging needs. Otherwise all are in good order. Thank you all who served us in Novotel
