La prima notte in Europa, quasi non ho visto la stanza dormire e sono svegliate alle quattro del mattino.Il posto è tutto a posto, è ancora necessario andare da una stazione ferroviaria, ma è molto conveniente per quattro settimane.La colazione è buona. Il garage sotterraneo non è molto spazioso, il parcheggio richiede le tecniche e raccomanda di rimanere.Il letto è molto comodo e dormire bene. Il quartiere dell'hotel è **. Puoi provare. La stazione ferroviaria passava attraverso un parco stradale. I grandi sono stati mossi da me come se fossimo seriamente insidiosi. La prossima volta, prova a vivere in una città più piccola.

Posizione abbastanza comoda al centro, raggiungibile in 7 minuti a piedi, struttura a casermone di 12 piani, proprio sul Danubio, (bella vista soprattutto di notte , con le molteplici e variopinte luci di Linz). La climatizzazione è centralizzata e non è possibile regolarla autonomamente, e nella camera che ci avevano assegnato c' era un caldo insostenibile. Ci siamo fatti cambiare la stanza, qui l' aria condizionata funzionava bene ma mancava completamente una tenda. Non ci andava di tornare nuovamente dalla signora della reception, che gia' sembrava abbastanza scocciata, (molta freddezza, empatia zero) e così abbiamo dormito male, con la stanza completamente invasa dalla luce fin dal primo mattino. L' albergo necessiterebbe di un restyling, l' ascensore è tutto scrostato, la moquette molto macchiata, così come le mattonelle dei bagni. Ci dovrebbe essere una sona e wellness, ma è inattiva. Improponibile la colazione a 25 euro. Complessivamente il rapporto qualità/prezzo non è buono. Un lato positivo è che l' hotel si trova proprio accanto alla stratosferica piscina comunale della città, una delle più belle piscine mai viste, il cui ingresso costa solo 5, 20 euro.

The location is close to the city centre and just across the courtyard of the hotel is the Promenade Gallery building (Promenaden Galerien) with a no. of good restaurants. The hotel offers breakfast (chargeable), but no lunch or dinner. Both the rooms and bathrooms were spacious. The rooms have a work desk, tea/coffee service and a mini refrigerator. A large window provides light and a view of the outside world.

Modern Courtyard - pulito e ben mantenuto. Le camere sono belle e spaziose. Posizione tranquilla, quindi non rumore di notte. Parcheggio in fondo al pianoforte molto conveniente. Non ha colazione perché si prezzi €24 che è un tag di prezzo troppo alto per un colazione Courtyard. Bar: personale accogliente e molto amichevole. Personale della ricezione: si può correre in attesa di lunga durata, mentre la ricezione assume anche compiti di concierge che possono portare a conversazioni piuttosto lunghe. Abbiamo assistito a una conversazione quasi infinita su dove si può trovare parcheggio gratuito. Questo è un no-go. Inoltre, strano trattamento dei 10 EUR al giorno e persona credito F&B che si ottiene come cliente Premium. Lo basano su US$, quindi applicare Fx per equarlo a EUR e poi installare il credito che ti porta a spendere EUR 20 (rotolare fino a 20 con suggerimenti) al bar e a correre in un EUR 3.96 onere aggiuntivo (Fx delta EUR 1.98 per persona). Non è un senso un po' economico anche. Non c'è altro non-US Courtyard che ho mai soggiornato lo fa. È questo tipo di cose che dovrebbero finire - lascia solo un'impressione miste nonostante l'hotel stesso sia di buona qualità. E' una peccato, ma ho fatto una simile esperienza in Europa quest'anno - forse un tentativo post-Covid di recuperare il denaro. Dio lo sa. E: guardate il conto Bonvoi - i punti non appariranno immediatamente. Dio ancora sa perché.

Amazingly good!! Reception was warm and then the bar man was fantastic, he suggested an Austrian beer which was great and then he fed us too cos we arrived just a few minutes after the restaurant had closed!! Phew. The room was great, clean and very comfortable and we had a great rest and sleep, well worth a stop!!! Car park under the hotel too was also vert good with a lift up into the hotel.

... auf einer Reise wollten wir uns endlich mal Linz ansehen Dazu haben wir ein ruhiges und schönes Hotel gesucht und sind etwas außerhalb auf das relativ neue Park Hotel in Hagenberg aufmerksam geworden. Da alle unsere Vorgaben erfüllt waren, haben wir hier zwei Übernachtungen mit Halbpension gebucht. Das Hotel hat uns bei unserer Ankunft schon erfreut – ein großes Haus mit nicht allzu vielen Zimmern und doch kein Klotz. Allerdings ist die Eingangssituation etwas ungewöhnlich – man kommt hangseitig bei der oberen „Tiefgarage“ an und muss dann erstmal einen Stock höher zur Rezeption, die bergseitig im Erdgeschoss liegt. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und unsere kleine Gruppe war schnell eingecheckt – wir hatten den Vor-Check-In nicht genutzt. Nach den kurzen (üblichen) Erläuterungen zum Hotel gingen wir zu unserem Zimmern. Auf dem Weg dorthin hat uns der überaus großzügig gehaltene Flurbereich überrascht. Dabei haben wir befürchtet, dass der über alle Stockwerke offene Innenbereich laut sein würde – dies war aber spätestens in den Zimmern nicht der Fall und man hat von Geräuschen im Haus nichts gehört. Die Zimmer sind ebenfalls großzügig und modern eingerichtet. Interessant ist die Verglasung zum Duschbereich, welche mit einem Vorhang als Sichtschutz ausgestattet ist. Positiv ist in dem Bereich auch, dass die Toilette durch eine Tür abgetrennt ist. Im Kleiderschrank (es ist wirklich ein Schrank!) ist ausreichend Platz für die Kleidung und es gibt auch noch einige weitere Ablagen. Ebenso ist ein Tresor vorhanden, in dem neben einem Laptop auch eine Kamera und weitere Gegenstände verstaut werden können. Die Betten bzw. die aufgebettete Couch waren sehr bequem und durch die großen, fast zimmerbreiten und zimmerhohen Fenster war auch vom Bett aus ein schöner Ausblick gegeben. In jedem Zimmer war eine Minibar vorhanden, deren Inhalt kostenfrei zur Verfügung stand und die auch aufgefüllt wurde. Das ist ein toller, aber leider viel zu seltener Service. Jedes Zimmer hatte auch einen schönen Balkon, der leider – vermutlich wegen des dort eingerichteten Fluchtwegs für die anderen Zimmer – nicht möbliert ist. Außerdem hat er eine Beleuchtung, die zentral gesteuert wird und bis nachts um 24:00 Uhr das Zimmer erleuchtet – hier wäre eine Möglichkeit für das Abschalten wünschenswert. Der Zimmerservice war insgesamt gut, allerdings war es für uns unverständlich, dass in unseren Zimmern zwar die Bettdecken gerichtet wurden, die Kopfkissen jedoch alle blieben, wie sie waren. Toll ist die Möglichkeit, den mitgebrachten PKW kostenfrei und geschützt in einer der beiden „Tiefgaragen“ abzustellen. Der Raum dort ist auch gut bemessen, so dass wir auch unser größeres Fahrzeug gut abstellen konnten. Bei der Halbpension sind wir leider nicht so zufrieden gewesen, wie beim Rest des Hotels. Das Frühstücksbuffet war umfangreich und hatte eine gute Auswahl an verschiedenen Wurst- und Käsesorten. Auch gab es verschiedene warme Sachen und auf Wunsc

The Stadtoase Kolping Hotel is located in a rather quiet street with hardly any traffic, close to the Linz new cathedral and at a walking distance from the city center where most of the interesting and cultural points of the city find themselves. It's an excellent hotel having everything needed for a pleasant stay. The staff members are nearly all of them very kind, helpful and friendly. One can get from the ladies working at the front desk all the necessary guidance to take as much profit as possible of one's stay in the marvellous city of Linz. In addition to that, they are always ready to give the best advice for the benefit of the customers even at the former's own initiative. The hotel parking is at the same level as the ground floor. Upon leaving the parking on foot through a door on the left hand side thereof as one drives into it, one finds himself at the reception area, what turns out to be very convenient as far as acceding into the hotel building is concerned, the more so if a heavy luggage is carried. Once inside, the fabulous atmosphere reigning in the premises is perceived. There is something special inside, something magical about which cannot be described but that sensitive people feel and thus makes them think that by choosing that hotel at least the best option has been selected. The room I was allocated is very nice and comfortable, as well as peaceful. I hardly heard any noise during the whole stay at the hotel, which was essential for the enjoyment resulting from visiting the mentioned city. The bed was indeed comfortable, its mattress having the necessary toughness for getting the adequate rest. The other pieces of furniture in the bedroom are also very appropriate particularly the table desk where I could get some work done. It's up to the guests to decide whether or not the bedroom is cleaned up on the days they deem convenient, which could be, by the way, the entire period of their stay. That's a great idea. By hanging the right card on the room door handle, one may have the certainty that while he is out visiting some interesting places nobody will enter his room and touch his belongings. That's very reassuring and besides it's extremely good for the environment. The breakfast is also excellent. Everything offered for that meal is of a high quality. The pastry and the fruits are very good and tasty as well as the orange juice. The breakfast room is decorated in such a way that the mere fact of being there makes one feel in high spirits. Owing to all the aforesaid elements, the time dedicated to having the stated meal can turn out to be a great moment and thus one of the best ways to start the day. The hotel concerned is therefore by all means a recommendable place to stay in Linz. The fact of lodging in there makes of course more pleasant the visit to that charming city. One would never quit that hotel once inside. Such a stay is absolutely an unforgettable experience which one is always wishing to repeat.
