Il personale del bar, in particolare Carlos Ricapa, è stato amichevole, conoscente e serve le migliori bevande. Valeria al desk front è il migliore. Sono così felice e mi sento a casa ogni volta che sono al Westin di Lima. Il bagno è fantastico.La pulizia della stanza e il servizio in camera sono grandi. Lo amo assolutamente lì. Non posso aspettare di tornare.

Terrific hotel: Excellent location and value. Clean, spacious room. Service from employees was tops: helpful, courteous, attentive, knowledgeable. We liked all aspects of the service--desk staff, room attendants, security, chauffeurs/drivers, restaurant employees. The breakfast buffet--included in the room charge--was as good as it gets and our lunch was delicious. We have stayed in hotels in six continents and the Hyatt rates as one of the best.

Bellissimo hotel , ben arredato con personale molto gentile. Reparto colazione super … di tutto e di più con camerieri sempre puntuali, sorridenti e precisi. Non mi hanno mai fatto sentire in difficoltà per le imprecisioni linguistiche. Un solo importante problema, ospite della 801 stanza molto rumorosa. Sembra di dormire x strada . Non è per niente insonorizzata . Provvedete x favore. Grazie

BTH San Borja has become my default go-to-hotel when in Lima. While most visitors in Lima may find San Borja to be a bit far from touristy (and lovely) Miraflores, the benefits of staying at BTH, for me, outweigh the appeal of being close to the ocean, especially during the winter months of Lima. As a matter of fact, the city's micro climates will show you are more likely to see sunlight in in July or August in San Borja than if you'd stayed in Miraflores or Barranco. To boost, San Borja is one of the greenest neighborhoods in Lima. It has beautiful well-kept parks and paths for joggers and cyclists. A big walker and jogger myself, I've loved warming up at BTH's well-equipped gym and then head off for nice long jogs along San Borja Norte Avenue, for example, which is just a couple of blocks from the hotel. But what makes BTH truly unique is what they have inside. As you may have seen in the photos of the hotel, some rooms have a dry sauna AND a steam room adjacent to it. Some have steam rooms and jacuzzis. I can't imagine a better way to unwind after a full day in Lima. And in my most recent visit I was happily surprised when I was upgraded to their Business Room which--located on the top floor of the hotel--has a great layout, a super comfortable bed, high ceilings, cool views, and more importantly, they are quiet. Just great. While I love the vibrant scene that BTH carries in its DNA, some guests may be bothered by the noise from the first floor, especially when Mad Bar is hosting events or parties, which happens regularly. If a quiet night's sleep is a must during your stay, I would definitely suggest you look into getting a room in the upper floors. The staff at the hotel have always been super friendly and accommodating. Every time I walk into BTH, they immediately make me feel at home. To top it off, the food at the hotel is way better than average--I had one of the best burgers I've had in Lima for room service!--and there is even a supermarket around the block from the hotel. Uber services in Lima are widely available so if you choose to stay at BTH San Borja you are basically right next to San Isidro and making trips to Miraflores, Barranco, Chacarilla or downtown Lima are easy to do. Overall, It's all very convenient and very different to what you may find in most business hotels. BTH is, hands down, the coolest hotel experience you will have in Peru's capital.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 2 notti in famiglia, e abbiamo deciso di andare a questo hotel, perché ho una famiglia a pochi isolati da casa, volevamo visitare senza dover saltare su un Uber. L'hotel è molto pulito, le mobili erano in buone condizioni e il letto era super comodo con lenzuola e cuscini di qualità. La colazione era molto ampia e ci hanno fatto anche gentile colazione per andare la nostra mattina scorsa quando siamo andati all'aeroporto alle 4:30. Raccomanderò sicuramente questo hotel a San Borja per i visitatori che devono essere nella zona.

Questo è un bel hotel nel cuore di Lima. Il personale alla reception e al colazione erano molto amichevoli. Check-in e check-out era facile. Le camere erano molto grandi, pulite e letti comodi. Ho avuto una stanza di angolo, così ho avuto grandi finestre dal tetto al piano, con grandi viste sulla città in due direzioni. Il colazione aveva una buona scelta di cibo caldo e freddo. Mi hanno anche fatto cucinare un paio di uova come li amavo. Io ribookerò in questo hotel IHG.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 2 notti in famiglia, e abbiamo deciso di andare a questo hotel, perché ho una famiglia a pochi isolati da casa, volevamo visitare senza dover saltare su un Uber.
